Excellent room for the price the only small issue I had was with the tv constantly having an HDMI cable issue that would not let my lady and I stream movies. That was remedied by me resetting the box connected to the tv a few times. Other then that small issue it was an excellent stay

Staff was super friendly the room was clean and comfortable. I have stayed at this location many times over the years, it's a little more worn than it used to be and it looks like they're trying to do repairs and updates.

Bait and switch! The hotel listing mentioned a pool and hot tub, which is what I was looking for and the front desk worker said nothing during my check-in. I later saw a sign on the door indicating the hot tub was out of order. I asked the same front desk worker and was told they never plan to fix it! What a joke! Don’t stay here if you want a hot tub!

Staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful! That being said, the hotel(unbeknownst to us until arrival) was having renovations done in various areas. We were told no hot breakfast for a few days. A perk that was listed on the Expedia app. The Hot Tub was out of order. The A/C unit was leaking so bad in the first room that we had to change rooms. Then the room they put my daughter in had a leaking A/C unit as well. She didn't bother moving and just put the ice bucket to catch the water. There were baseboards missing throughout and the outlet covers and light switch covers were cracked or ill fitting. I realize they were renovating, but, again, no mention on Expedia. Needed to extend stay by one night and hotel couldn't do it. Had to go through Expedia and cost per night was raised. I asked the Expedia agent if he could check on this. He said he would but that it would be up to the hotel. Asked at the front desk and was told Expedia had to take care of that. We were at the pool one evening, and wanted to purchase water and soda from the little snack shop at the front desk. We were told that we couldn't add them to our room charges because we booked through Expedia. The staff was nice enough to jot down what we got and let us pay later when we had cash or card with us. Evidently third party reservations have a lot of restrictions and rules. I'm thinking we will not be using Expedia again.

It was clean but needed lots of repair work done. Unfortunately, there is NO insulation in the walls as we spent both nights awake listening to loud music, arguing, screaming, cussing, and doors slamming. We did not get much sleep. The front desk was called but the issues continued. Not sure we will stay here again.

The room was clean and cozy. They made sure to put us on an upper level because we mentioned we were going kid free and they wanted to make sure we had an excellent experience! We’ve enjoy this hotel and will definitly stay again in the future

Our room was clean and breakfast was good. The lobby and hallways smelled of mildew and the elevator stunk. We were there for a softball tournament and the washer and dryer were really old so we went to a laundry mat. The hot tub was out of order and there was broken glass and beer caps in the pool.

Served it's purpose to stay one night. There needs to be more communication among the staff. Staff was ver nice and immediately fixed the problem with my stay. Unfortunately the hotel has a very unpleasant smell.

This is the 4th time coming to this hotel and the frong desk is very professional and nice people. We love their breakfast as well.

In addition, it would be nice to have a boiling kettle (small one) in the room to make hot tea instead of going downstair to get hot water. Not everyone takes coffee.

There was no water to drink in the room. The washing machine nor the dryer were working...in addition, the dust in the lobby were very visible on all furniture

We usually stay here every year for our High School Reunion. Always clean. Staff is always courteous and efficient. Problems with key cards deactivating daily. Was to the point we needed the key card reprogrammed every time we returned to the property. Other than that, great stay.

The room was huge and comfortable. There was a dirty towel left in the restroom and an empty bottle of liquor left in the room. Another issue was that the refrigerator was not working. They did offer to move us to another room but we were already unpacked and settled. We did not want to move.

When we pulled back the comforter there was a stain on the sheets. And someone came into our room when we left to go see a movie.

Room and staff were good, pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. Gym was small but ok. Now the bed was horrible, it was hard and uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on the box spring it was so hard. The sofa in the room was more comfortable and I slept on that the second night. They did give me an extra hour to check out because my flight was delayed. Other than that I am still having lower back pain from the bed.

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned after previous guest, trash cans were not emptied. Even though the bed was made the sheets were clearly dirty.

It is very clean this is our 3rd time coming to this hotel. I mistakenly made the reservation for another date and they were able to accommodate me and my family to the desired date. Front desk is very professional and kind. We will definitely book it on our next visit.

We were a little hesitant about booking due to some of the reviews. However we did and are happy that we did. The hotel is nice, it's clean, it's quiet, ample parking, very well lit . The staff and in 3 days there were a few, they all were very nice and accommodating. Standard fare for breakfast, we had plenty, the only downside was the pool and hot tub were not working for our stay, rooms were clean, maid service was great with fresh towels, and had cleaned the room. Excellent dining options close by, over all we were very satisfied with our stay. Already going to be booking another stay in a few months.

Complimentary breakfast was mediocre with sausage gravy and biscuits daily with a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal and oatmeal. The vent and light switch is on the same circuit in the bathroom which means when the light is on the vent is running and very annoying. The staff is great, friendly and helpful.

Room was not ready for check-in time. Reason used was shampooing carpet. Manager insisted I prepay for room in advance, which is something I have never done when traveling. When it was ready, this initial room’s carpet was sopping wet due to A/C leaking (manager was aware and put us in room anyways). When afternoon person came in we explained situation and she was kind enough to move us to another room. Coffeemaker and internet service did not work during entire staff. Morning manager shrugged that off and said his was working just fine. Lots of of persons hanging in parking lot after dark. Maybe not the best part of town. Will not stay at this particular brand of hotels again. Way overpriced for stay and lack of care for customers by manager.

Was somewhat disappointing that we were there for several days, and had the same biscuits and gravy every day for breakfast ( previous times breakfasts were roasted) We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not working, and had not been working for a week or more, then a few days later the pool was also closed for not working. Obviously, that type of thing happens. Just disappointing when having flown 4 hours on a plane with kids and staying for 6 days.

It was ok. We stayed in a “new room “ but it still needed help. The bathroom was not great. The door was peeling at the bottom and there was dirty grout. The staff was really amazing though and it was close to everything. The breakfast was just ok

Front end staff was very helpful and friendly. Room at first looked great but with all the lights on you can see the chair and loveseat to be badly stained and knobs or handles missing from dresser. I went to the main desk to get sheets to cover the chair and loveseat and as with check in she was prompt and friendly I did not tell her why I wanted them.

I booked this property because of Hot Tub advertised and pictures of same. Immediately upon arrival I could see that this property was not as indicated by photos. Hot tub out of order sign on door leading to pool and water in Hot tub was discolored. Staff told I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through Expedia.

Bathroom plug was messed up. The bathroom itself needed some TLC. It looked dirty because of its condition. Need more plug availability by the beds. The elevator smelled like smoke. Breakfast was a disappointment. The hot tub wasn’t working.

From the moment we checked in until the morning we checked out the staff were approachable, friendly and always helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. Our room was lovely and spacious, the air con unit was amazing as was the onsite pool we had access to. Breakfast everyday was lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. I was told I’d have ti fix this issue myself. Not a problem, but they wouldn’t bring the equipment to fix it to the room. When we opened the pull out couch, there was dirt all over the mattress, it was so worn out that the springs were showing and there was no bedding at all. Also, they wouldn’t bring that to the room either..

The room was clean but a bit worn. Good for the price. Last weekend we stayed at Holiday Inn Express with equal conditions but double the price. One thing we didn’t like was there wasn’t front desk personal most of the time. Seemed no one watching the property. We never ate the breakfast so we can’t attest to the quality.

It was a quick, impromptu stay. Everything was great. It was super late when we arrived in town and they accommodated us without hesitation.

This Hotel was roach infested.

The breakfast is awful and beds are super hard in my opinion.

The hotel was not what I expected, there were cockroaches in the rooms. The rooms smelled like cigarettes it did not smell clean at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower was not clean there was a lot of mold, the water was leaking everywhere. I was so disappointed

There were roaches every where. I was eatting and one ran toward my food. Pulled back the covers they were in the bed. The bar of soap after I washed my face one climbed on. I have photos
