Sadly, the hotel is in pretty bad condition. Unfortunately, the pool had to be closed. While we were there and that was not good. The rooms were moderately.Okay, probably the cleanest part of the hotel, but there had been some construction.That wasn't cleaned up in the foryer and the breakfast area, The breakfast wasn't great.I hate to make a bad review.But I need to tell you like it is.

Nice stay. Handicap room was on third floor, far from the front desk, which was very difficult, but otherwise, no complaints at all, will be back.

Everything was good, breakfast very nice

Hot tube not hot and key cards not working had to go to the office every time I left the room.

AC was Cold, comfortable and quiet. Convenient location to avoid rush traffic.

The facilities were adequate overall, and staff helpful and friendly. However, the hotel appears to be an older hotel that could benefit from some much-needed updates to restore it to its former appeal. On a positive note, the restaurant's (Ocho Ochenta) food very good and stood out during my stay.

Room key stopped working, gym was trash with broken and missing equipment. Pool was cool but no towels available and water was freezing. No issues with the room or staff.

1st night was ok the second safety concerns had cars speeding like crazy and they closed all roads nearby due to a shooting be very carful would not stay again due to safety issues please do not cancel this review this is accurate people need to hear real reviews

First night was great like I said the next day it was super weird. There was a shooting nearby all the roads were closed and I felt unsafe not sure what happened be very careful I would not stay due to my safety issues.

Very busy. Seem to be understaffed. Everything is always empty on breakfast. There's a whole lot of action going on around that hotel all through the night. Rooms aren't bad.

Cleaning staff need to be more thorough , the rooms need to be inspected often due to tank behind toilet not filling and some tiles in one of the rooms restroom coming unstuck especially it being a handicap room.!

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Room was clean and AC was extremely cold....perfect for the humid 99+ degree weather we were having. Did notice the room was missing the smoke detector and under closer observation, the wall where the smoke detector should have been mounted was chard as if the wires caught on fire.I did bring it to the attention of the front desk personnel.

Might next time we are through Midland.

Perfect stay love it

Our room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub for a little while even though it was almost time to close, the AC worked really good and the shower was very nice and warm. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We always like to stay there.

they welcome pets but make sure you are aware of the fee, caught us off guard how much it was compared to most places. other than that it was good.

Pics were definitely deceiving. It is an older hotel that could use some work. I overheard the front desk worker complaining about how “there are a bunch of kids staying here right now, so it’s really loud.” To someone checking in (who told her after the fact that they had kids in the car). They have a restaurant and bar, but it’s completely separate and you can’t take food or drinks in annd out. Did the job for one night but won’t stay again.

The only issue we had was there was very low water pressure with the sink and the bathtub/shower. Super friendly and knowledgeable front desk.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and family members for a funeral in Midland, Tx. When my cousin arrived at this hotel, the desk clerk was sleeping on a couch in the lobby. He woke the clerk up. My cousin was told that he did not have a room at this hotel and the clerk sent him to a different Wyndham hotel. My cousin was sent back to this hotel and the clerk found his room. This is unacceptable. My cousin should get a partial refund for this room. He didn’t get any sleep. Had the room for only 4-5 hours before he had to attend his father’s funeral. And the breakfast was horrible!

Out of the 3days we were there, on one day the room wasn’t cleaned. Also, the breakfast selection was terrible.

The rooms were small but had everything we needed. The ac works good, great water preasure and temp in the shower. Just be sure to send a husband down for towels or any extra amenities you may need.As a woman, I was told there were no extra towels for the shower. We had 2 towels in the bathroom, but 3 of us stayed in the room and needed to shower. We checked in as a party of 3. Thankfully they were able to find towels when a man asked. Just something to note.

The bathroom was not in good condition, it was dirty. I don’t think it was cleaned at all as well the floors. I don’t think they swept or mop.

My go to when intown... pool and hot tub on point.. i do hate to restroom space they should do away with the tubs and put in showers only...

Brenda working the front desk made the trip enjoyable.

I arrived very late for check in. The person working the front desk was sleeping on the couch. After I woke him, he told me I did not have a reservation. He sent me to a different hotel. They sent me back to the original hotel(your hotel). Then the guy at the front desk found my reservation. I was in town for a funeral. This was unacceptable.

The room was clean...I would not say spotless, but part of that was the carpet was torn and very worn. The bathroom could use a remodel, but linens were clean, although yellowed. Overall, it met our needs for 1 night.

But overall, hotel was clean and check in was smooth. Every employee we saw was kind and helpful.

Best place to stay at

I realize that breakfast is complimentary. But I feel like it should at least be edible. The girl that makes the food was rude. Eggs were burned, the biscuits were hard as a rock. All the other staff were wonderful. and the room itself was also great.

One room had someones underwear hanging in the closet and a cottonball in a bed. The bathrooms were little and the breakfast was mediocre.

We stayed in a handicapped room and it was clearly one that they had tried to adapt from an existing room. The bed was way too high for a handicapped person; the toilet was way too low and made a loud whistling noise; No USB outlets for charging devices...an old hotel that was just sort of "hanging on".

Everything was just fine. Good location and okay price for anyone flying out early morning.

The executive room (bathroom) is not big enough, with the door being very close to the toilet.

The location is great. The place is a bit run down, but it's fine for the price. What really made the trip was the incredible customer service by Jose at the front desk - so courteous, kind, and went above and beyond every time I interacted with him. He is truly a gem!

They were going to charge me $100 to have my tiny dog in the room. A terrier-Chihuahua mix. Obviously an animal they will destroy a hotel room. The attendant declined to charge me the extra $100 but only because I told him it was highway robbery Aside from that, the place was okay.

Check in was easy and so was checking out. Staff of friendly couldn’t ask for a better last minute stay.

Only complaint was no hand soap in the bathroom

We did not stay. We walked into the roof and made the decision to leave because it was dirty and was not a true reflection of the pictures online. This should rates a one star hotel

Overall happy with my stay. Only thing was the TV was outdated, not many channel options

Staff was polite and kind. Room toilet didnt flush when i asked about joining rooms, since we rented 2 rooms i was informed they would be attached when infact they were not. We opted for late check out and were called and told we didnt have late ck out.

Ocho 80-the steak was so tough that I couldn't chew it and was over cooked. I brought it home and gave it to my dog. Potato and steamed veggies were really good. I will save my $35 for somewhere good. The hotel part was good, the restaurant maybe a 2.

Cleanliness was great, along with staff, but the hotel is a bit outdated. It does the job for a weekend of softball ball.

Was charged $50 for incidentals at check in. Was told it was in case things were broken or we left our towels on the floor…said it would be back on my card in 7-10 days if everything was good.

At first my key wasnt working so i had to go back to the front desk and it turns out that my key wasnt working because they tried to give me a room that already had someone staying in it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The “luxury suite” looked like it is still in the last century. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine preparing for takeoff, and the “complimentary breakfast” was a slice of white bread and something pretending to be orange juice. The staff looked as thrilled to be there as I was — which is saying a lot. I left with more questions than when I arrived — mainly: what did I just pay for? I had to get my door key rekeyed 3 times and each time, some how, it was something I did incorrectly. The manager said that I could check out, but they were going to still charge me. Customer Service is dead, especially at this hotel. This is not a Wyndham Garden hotel. Save yourself, stay somewhere else.

Had my ice chest stolen

The walls are paper thin so unless you like hearing your neighbors' TVs and normal conversations, I wouldn't stay here. And if you think calling the front desk on the room phone AND your cell phone to ask for assistance will help, it won't because the front desk doesnt answer the phones. I won't be back.

Good for price, clean. Water pressure wasn’t so great. Noisy hallway, however can’t beat the price and it was clean and the staff was nice and professional.
