This establishment offers a wonderfully clean environment. The location is exceptionally convenient for exploring the area. I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm demeanor truly enhanced the overall experience. I would highly recommend this place for a pleasant visit.

Great place. Greeted by the front desk person and was quickly checked in. Showed me the best place to park. Easy to get in and out to elevators. Room was nice, clean, had everything we needed including a regular size refrigerator. Only issue was something kicked in twice during the night. Sounded like a motor kicking in. But it was on only for a bit, till a little later but wasn't a big deal. Trash pick up outside the window was early. But the place was nice, room was good. Breakfast was usual hotel buffet type. Good to start the day.

It was clean The elevators were broken and someone with terrible knees can’t walk flights of stairs. Also, the lady who worked night shift Litterally told us that she didn’t have access to get us blankets for our pull out bed as there was none in our closet.

The property is run down. The elevator was not working properly, My room window was broken and duct taped together. Big crack in the bathroom sink.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The rooms are suppose to be cleaned every other day. Ours was never cleaned. Every time we went to front desk for assistance no one was ever there to help. The elevator is very flaky and doesn’t work right. We were on the 4th floor and the button to call the elevator was broken and staff said to just call them and they would get the elevator to return to 4th floor. Every time we called no one answered. The breakfast tasted like it had been out for hours. We will not be staying here again.

This is a nice place and well run. The personell is welcoming and supportive. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, incl. a gym, pool, and breakfast. Our in room kitchen was well equipped with bowls, glasses, pan, etc. The locations is good and easy to reach from everywhere. The maintenance is not on the top. For example the handle of our toilet flush was broken or one of three treadmills was broken. The hotel could use a soft renovation, by replacing old furniture and get better TVs.

Our rooms were fine but the hallways were hot and stuffy. Also I noticed black tape on a couple broken windows. And the breakfast was just not worth getting up for. This used to be a prime hotel, not sure what happened.

Room 130 had a strong cooking odor. It needs more than just air freshener. I don’t think housekeeping can fix the problem. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan. The room was clean.

The property did welcome pets with a $100 fee for the stay plus a $5 cleaning fee. The staff was very friendly and nice. The only downfall we had were the pillows were way too soft.

The room was nice and clean. I don't like that the sink is in the bathroom with the shower and toilet because it's hard for more than one person to get ready at a time. Also, the lighting is horrible in the room and in the bathroom. The hair dryer provided is very poor quality, so take your own! The hallways elevators are very very hot, but the ac in the room was good. It wasn't clear to me where I reserved online that there is a charge for parking, so be aware of that!! Overall, I am satisfied. I will likely not stay again unless I'm by myself, but it's not a bad place to stay.

Everything was great. I've stayed here several times. I love the kitchens inside the rooms. The only thing that could stand an upgrade is the mattresses. They are the old spring style that are hard on the body. Otherwise it's a super place! Pool is nice, breakfast is always good and the staff is friendly, especially Ms. Alma!

My family and I had to evacuate our house here in town due to a Hazmat situation. We booked on the fly, and it ended up that our room had already been booked, but the front desk woman found us a room that would work for our family. Everybody we had contact with during our stay was so so nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, it was a really nice home away from home for a few days. We would definitely choose TownePlace suites again.

The location was the only thing good about this hotel. They charge a fee after you check out for parking and dont even advise you about it. The restroom door in our room did close or lock, the fan in the restroom didn't work either. The mattress for the sofa bed had a nasty stain on it. The side of the bed where the a/c it was freezing. All of the laundry rooms were out of order as well as the swimming pool. That was inconvenient.

There was an AC unit or something right outside my window that was so noisy I felt like I was on an airplane engine. The charge for parking was tacky and unexpected. Didn't even ask for the information on the car, how do you know who is staying there and has paid the parking??

The gym was a bright spot during the stay—clean and well-equipped. However, the pool was completely unusable. It was very green with visible dirt piled at the bottom, which was disappointing considering it was advertised as an amenity. While I appreciated the hospitality of the staff, the condition of the room and facilities made the stay less than enjoyable. I hope management takes steps to address these issues, as the hotel has potential if properly maintained.

When the water was finally restored, I noticed that the restrooms downstairs were in poor condition, with all stalls uncleaned and filled with waste. My husband took the initiative to flush the stalls, but it was disappointing to see that the staff did not manage this situation better. This experience highlighted significant issues in management and maintenance that need to be addressed.

To start off, I paid on hotels.com but the late night clerk charged me also. So I was charged for the room twice… they still haven’t fixed that. The pillows are horrible. Neck still hurts. Make sure you see what they are charging you for before you pay.

Our stay was wonderful as always but when we pulled out the sofa bed there were clothes under the sofa (not ours). The light in the bathroom one of them was out. The window was broken on the outside.
