Great place with amazing customer service.

The check in was a nightmare. The front desk employee could not find my reservation even after I proved my stay was paid for and reserved she still said she couldn’t find it. She kept asking me for a credit card that WAS NOT MINE and didn’t want to understand that it was not my card. I demanded she call the manager to resolve the issue and her answer was “well I can’t find it”. I was in midland for a funeral and the last thing I needed was this. She wanted ME to call customer service and resolve it. Once she saw I was serious about her calling her manager she coincidentally found my reservation. I was late to the funeral service due to this. Horrible experience!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is the breakfast was basic continental and choices were limited. I enjoy a hot breakfast every morning before I have to leave to visit a jobsite and one of the reasons I selected the hotel was the promise of breakfast. Overall, it was one of the better hotels I've stayed at in Midland.

Clean rooms is a 5 star, friendly staff is a plus.

I don’t have anything bad to say , it was worth the price

We travel with our dog, so that was our primary reason for choosing this location. The rooms are large, clean and modern. All the soaps and conditioners were filled to the top and there were plenty of towels to go around. Front staff were incredibly friendly. The included breakfast is only a bagel bar and selections are limited. Loud. The neighbors above were running all night and the neighbors beside had the TV on full while FaceTime-ing friends, yelling to compete with the TV. We asked for a different room but they couldn’t move us because all of the rooms were sold out due to the mass shooting that happened hours before.

Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue we had was our AC had trouble keeping up. Overall excellent stay and will definitely be back!

Really clean and the staff really polite! Sure will stay again They don’t offer full breakfast like other hotels but they do have bagels and cereal and oatmeal but will love if they will offer hot breakfast but other then that it was ok

There was no furniture in the room, other than the bed, but it was a nice and clean stay for my family.

I liked the location! This is my second time staying at this location. Smells and is very clean honestly the first time I stayed here the staff was so nice, overly nice and helpful. This time the lady that checked us in wasn’t. She wasn’t mean she just was very monotone and almost spoke like she wasn’t happy to be working .

The pillows on the bed could have been a little better, you could tell it was time for them to be replaced, that was the only “bad” thing!!

I have stayed here at least 10 time in the last year. I have never payed has much as I did for my last stay. It was almost 3x the normal rate.

Traveling with young children is always a lot of work. The front desk Clerk was amazing! It was quick and easy, she offered up fruit to the children, asked us what floor we'd be most comfortable on. That first initial interaction hands down made the whole stay worth it! I have no complaints. Being that close to the interstate, I expected to hear a lot of traffic noise but the rooms were so quiet!

This was by far my best stay in Midland. The quality for the price was unmatched. Excellent fitness center with free weights. Cleanliness was superb. I will be back.

The only downside of the entire stay was the heat took a while to heat the room as it was cold outside and for some reason they had the A/C on when we got into the room, and the TV kept freezing.

Spark by Hilton in Midland South, I a very clean and fairly new property. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Our only issue was the charge for our dog. The website says that the hotel is pet friendly but didn't mentioned a charge. They charged $75 which was almost the amount for the room. The other hotels we stayed at charged $15. We wouldn't recommend staying there if you have a pet.

The property was obviously poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work. We had to change rooms twice. Lighting was poor, amenities were few.

Front desk staff were very nice, polite and happy to assist. Room was clean, beds were very good, room was quiet and AC was great.

Staff is friendly. The hotel seems new. I was told it was only opened last year. Room is very clean too. The surrounding area isn’t too ideal but I suppose that’s Midland TX for you. But it’s safe and pretty convenient with a Walmart literally next door. Wish there could be more breakfast choices. Overall it’s good value, decent and as expected.

Beds & pillows were comfy. No coffee in the rooms and refrigerator has no freezer. Very accommodating at the front desk. Froze my ice packs. Would be better if coffee was a better brand, hotter and more breakfast options.

Price charged was different than price on hotels.com. We were also given a coupon for a discount at the iHop next door but it had expired

$75 pet fee and poor excuse for breakfast is laughable and more than enough to make me never come back again. Clean hotel though!

This is a working person's hotel in a commercial area near the interstate, It is efficient and built for it's purpose.

The elevator wouldn't work for the 2nd floor. I had to go up to the 3rd floor and walk back down to my floor. All on a bad knee. The TV kept freezing up. Everything else was great

This was clearly renovated from some cheaper hotel. What was a let down was the breakfast but it's great that it's right next to an IHOP.

The hotel was clean and bed was super comfortable. Evening staff was very unwelcoming.

No coffee or cups for water in the room. There was also a continuous noise that sounded like a water heater or boiler that I could hear in the room.

Walmart within walking distance, IHOP literally across the parking lot, lots of food choices and next to I20. Overall not too bad of a stay, just had TV that wouldn’t connect or work, and toilet was slow like clogged when was there, room was clean and hotel was modern looking. Wish there was more options for breakfast, but if wanted real breakfast IHOP was next door.

Greta place to stay!!

Not great. Lots of hidden fees for a "pet friendly hotel", the fees are listed incorrectly on Hotels.com aswell, not to me tion very deep in 4 different menus. Paid for an additional room (cost wise) just to have a cat that's too scared to come out of its carrier in the room.

The staff was very nice and I loved the welcome message on the tv. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was a little noisy bc of the highway but other than that, it was great.

Room had cob webs and hair in bathroom. There was no ice bucket. The continental breakfast was a bagel bar... Really not impressed at all.

Nice place to stay while passing through Midland. Decent bagel bar and yogurt for breakfast.
