It has cockroaches, looks like a 3 year old tried to fix the bathroom

It is nothing like the pictures in their website. It is really badly maintained. Bed was broken. The comforter was ripped. The shower looked like somebody just threw potting mix in it, and the bathroom mirror was set at a 45 degree angle. Cockroaches.

I did not stay there ! The place is junkyard

OVERALL DIRTY, SMELLED BAD, TOWELS LOOKED DIRTY... PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE HOTEL WERE CLEARLY ON DRUGS, LOUD MUSIC, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.

Room had roaches and room wasn’t clean. Still had dirty sheets

Well, bed sheets maybe I miss understand and was vintage sheets, you can see that were white a century ago but now have a vintage yellow color. Expect visitors a little brown 6 legs visitor, not a few some of them. And if you are lucky maybe you have interney.. Pillows desrved a mention but well.

Roaches, unfriendly dirty

It was okay Heater wouldn't stay on. I had to get up freezing 3 or 4 times to turn it back on...

Extremely dirty

Never cleaned the room or brought us towels.

The employee was rude. The outside trash was overflowing. One of the stairs was mess up

No food was served. The what looked like a dinning area was just stacked with chairs. It was good for what I needed.

Nothing. Very unhappy with the stay. Holes on the walls, old sheets, towels and pillows, stains on the walls, water came out brown when i turned it on but eventually came out clear, no fire alarm detector (was pulled out and covered with a rag), lobby was ugly and so much more to say. Not to mention that the manager tried to deny my stay because i didnt wanna give him a personal deposit because he assumed i would smoke in the room. Thanks to customer service from Booking.com they were able to get me my room. Much more to say about the place

The room was not clean the wall were dirty and the sheets looked dirty I like that it was close to where I was wanting to shop

I knew it was gonna be bad when I saw the guy behind the window did have on any shocks or shoes....DAMNNN!!!!! NO REFUND

The location was sketchy; maintenance in and out of rooms needed; non English speaking maid service. My bed was not made and trash taken out on my second day. I will not stay here again.

Nice place The owners are working really hard to clean it up from what it used to Be like There are still a few things here and there to be facts. But they really have made huge strides. The only real draw back is the outside

This was the worst facility we have ever visited. We requested a ground room floor and of course that was not the case. My wife stepped into the room and immediately backed out and said no way we are staying here. Stay away from this facility.

It was dirty shower had hair where soap goes it smelled wierd it was not a safe place to stay and would never stay there again

RUDE STAFF

The rooms are terrible and out of city code. There are holes all over the walls and the air conditioner hardly works. I felt dirty my entire four hours I was there and checked out early. The woman at the front desk also took a picture of my drivers license without asking me.

The hotel looked like in the transition from the past Executive Inn to Sure Stay (run by Best Western). There is literally no service except the room. The room is lean.

There modeling right now so no tv no Wi-Fi no phone service showers were dirty and not clean at all besides the up dates beds are comfortable furniture is nice. They need some house keeping workers that know how to clean it’s crazy you pay for a decent room. I won’t be going back there

No breakfast. Super dirty showers, dirty bed, dirty pillows. Not a Best western. Sign says Executive Inn. STAY AWAY.

This was a property in transition. The pool has been concreted in, the sign still had the old hotel name, there was NO breakfast available, the ice machine didn’t work, our bathroom sink leaked, the room was not fully cleaned as there was still stuff in it. The shower was filthy. The blinds were broken but still usable.
