Great clean place I was impressed 😁💯

It was ok for a one night stay but too noisy due to being across the street from Walmart. Lots of traffic.

Breakfast sucked.

Beds were very uncomfortable, we had to change rooms due ants.. you can hear other people.. in there rooms.. bathroom tubs feel like it would go through the floor. Not a great experience..

Elevator was not functioning and they did not notify me ahead of time. It was going to be fixed the next day the whole week I was there

It was good room, good price, they are remodeling at the time of this review, 7-21-26, some flooring is missing and elevator isnt working so can be a pain for many on 2nd,3rd,4th floor. But the rooms are still in great order. Staff was helpful and curtious so a big thumbs up for that. Appologised for the issue during remodeling but its understandable in my opinion. And the A.C was cold a.f which is a huge plus, along with bathroom clean even the ones in the main lobby.

Have me the wrong room. Elevators wasn’t working so had to tote all bags up 2 flights of stairs and room was so hot it was 78 degrees with 100 degrees weather outside

Surprisingly the place was very clean and a really nice place to stay given the fact that it was being renovated while staying. Price was budget friendly. The staff was nice, inviting and helpful. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay that's nice and affordable

The location The rooms where small, the tub/shower seemed very weak and was scared to get in it cause I wasn't sure if I would fall through it or not. Wasn't cleaned the best the ac cut off and took awhile to turn back on. Elevator didn't work so we had to climb stairs to get to our room.

Our room had a broken window which had been taped up but there was a small hole in the window that didn’t have any tape on it

Location was very good; close to highway and main roads, restaurants, gas, etc. Facility was being renovated while still being open. Base boards missing, painting being done while we were there. Bed sheets had stains - Rust? Blood? Pillows were tiny.

Place was clean and updated. Perfect location for where we had to go. Staff was friendly and very polite. Breakfast was the same thing both days we stayed which i didnt like so did make a request that they change the breakfast.

Good location, nice cosy hotel, good beeakfast!

I was only there for a stopover/less than 12 hours, I wouldn't book it if I was staying longer. Bedframe was very very squeaky, shower water never stayed a solid temperature. Walls are VERY thin, could hear my neighbors conversation and their dog scratching. A value yes, and it served its purpose, just not a restful environment.

Room was filthy, broken thermostat, floor in lobby broken and not maintained entrance is not wheelchair accessible at all yes it had ramps but then the side walk in had a huge pillar in the middle blocking wheelchair access. Breakfast had cold eggs and sausage. Apple juice tasted spoiled. Very very bad experience. Only good thing was the check in staff was friendly and nice. Everything else awful.

Breakfast simple but good!! Close to I-20 and walking distance to Walmart. Also multiple fast food restaurants within 5 min from hotel.

This is my favorite place to go when I need to get away The staff are always friendly and understanding they have you in and out the breakfast is outstanding and the rooms are always clean

Very nice hotel and staff

Very clean rooms, very calm and relaxing place. Breakfast is okay, ive had better. But they had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links. Waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, apples, coffee, OJ, apple juice, milk! Breakfast starts at 5:30 on weekdays and 6am on weekends. Check out time is at 11am

Floors were not done. Paint in gym and laundry room was not aired out. The rest was nice

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was large and clean. Overall the value, location, and services were good. The facility was/is going through remodeling and I expect a more comfortable and useful place when it's done. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage, coffee. The only issue I had was no half and half.

The hotel seemed to have been under remodeling but the bathroom in my hotel room had an old, seemed moldy strip of white tape or looked like a peace of tape.

Was okay for a stay for 1 night. Property is decent, didn’t feel the cleanest. The shower had a very low waster pressure and the fridge was noisy. The bed and pillows where comfortable

Pictures didn’t match what the hotel looked like. Seems they are in the middle of remodeling. Door to room wouldn’t seal. Smelled like paint.

Friendly, helpful check in staff, property was convenient, quick with good restaurants close by. A nice place to stop.

Beer cans left in hallway from workers attempting to remodel, no tv channels, low water pressure, never had to fill out a sign in sheet just to get towels before at any hotel, remodel workers doing more talking and blaring music then work and hotel workers hanging with them so poor service during those hours or able to talk and hear reasonably

The room was clean but very plain. There wasn’t a hairdryer but the front desk let me go pick one up. Overall it was a good stay for the price.

The women at the front desk are amazing so nice like literally the best people !

The bathroom light went out. The description said bathtub. We did not have a tub and I had my toddler with me. When I first walked into the hallway it reeked of marijuana. On the door it said no smoking allowed I don’t know why the smell was so bad if this is not a smoking facility. House keeping did not come not once to refill toilet paper, or towels we had to go to the front desk to get them ourselves. At night there were tones of people in the parking lot. I’m not sure what they were all doing but

2 star motel at best. Even the "renovations" are cheap. Seems family owned.

All in all an okay hotel to lay your head and get some sleep. Other guests were loud and did not observe quiet time

Front desk was rude ,sheets where stained , sink was clogged and would not drain on the second floor receptionists told me it was normal and that the third floor even the toilet gets clogged etc .....

All was well and great location beside Walmart.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I made the front desk clerk and manager aware that I was traveling with service.Dogs. i even showed them the ada certificates for both animals and asked again if I would be charged to which I confirmed that I would not. Several hours after checkout this morning, I was charged an additional hundred dollar cleaning fee for having pets. after contacting the hotel, I was told that I traveled with animals.The manager never marked down that I was traveling with service animals and he was the one who put the charge on my room. As well, when I first arrived, the manager told me that they don't honor service animals and I would be paying for it regardless.

Hotel stunk like raw sewage, towels and sheets were old and had spots on them. Not a good area and not a hotel for a professional to stay at.

For a short one-night stay, it may be manageable, but cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement!

Hotel was full of workers in and out of their rooms until 3am, slamming doors, staff does nothing about, 5am the smoke detector started beeping, and 7am they started moving furniture and then drilling above my head, 9am the housekeeping was banging on the door. The workers congregate in large crowds around entrances and exits smoking and make it very uncomfortable for guests not part of the crew just trying to sleep and get to and from their cars. The heater sounded like a dying animal, the room was freezing cold but there was no way to sleep with that loud screeching. Its too bad because this could be a decent hotel if properly managed. The rooms were decent,if you can sleep at all.

Nice place, great people.

When my partner became sick with norovirus we requested a late check out, instead we were told we had to book another night. We paid a full rate for a second night but only stayed two more hours. Also, don't trust the water fountain.

The Continental breakfast, besides the usual fruit & a waffle maker, also had scrambled eggs (good ones), 2 kinds of sausage (both just average), & biscuits with gravy (both great), so that was nice. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean but needed updates. Mattresses were very hard and the room had a musty, almost stale urine smell to it. Shower had minimal water pressure. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Although the staff was very nice the place itself was not. No hot water for showers, breakfast option very poor, vehicle broke into, no safe in room, extremely limited outlets and no cable TV.

If you like staying in a closet and roaches and being quiet becuse the neighbors can hear every noise you. make rv eaa

Rooms not family friendly

The main issue we had was staff. The person who checked us in should get a refresher. When checking us in she announced our room number. I've worked in hotels over the years and I'm a well versed traveler. That is a huge no-no for guest safety is to say what room number they're staying at. She could had easily opened up the card holder and said "there's your room number you're on the first floor." And when checking out the staff member couldn't had been bothered to leave the back office - we had a question about something and tried asking but she just waved us away telling us to put our keys in the bucket.

Everything was good. The sheets were stained before I got there I didn’t notice them until the day I was cleaning up. Then the neighbors were very loud but i did my best to keep my peace with them. Housekeeping is always sweet I appreciate them a lot.

Was put on the second floor Where right above my head they were doing construction till well after quitting time. Iv stayed there before and enjoyed. Not so much this time mainly due to the construction. I dont know if they were guests or construction workers but i would get woken up at 2 and 3 a.m. to people being very loud in the halls and stair wells.

We feel we were placed in a specific room where someone could watch our every move. Screen on windows were off showing some could come into our room. I’ve know a few hotels that were set up like this one that one where people stuff got stolen. Also the door was half off the hinges

The room was well kept and clean, staff was very nice since we checked in. What really stood out was when they called me to my person number to check if I was okay because my room phone was hanging off the machine. Their breakfast was fresh and hot as well. Overall this is a great place to stay if you’re looking into getting a good price hotel with a safe environment.

The hotel was generally okay. Everything was acceptably clean and the room was comfortable. The TV was horrible as some channels had no sound and other channels did not work. Selection of channels is minimal.

Bathtube was dirty. No one came tk clean room, take out trash or fresh linens. Breakfast is absolutely disgusting. Air conditioner sounded like a jet engine all night and hardly anyone spoke english.

The stay was alright, there were no plugins in the room, I had to remove a drawer to get access to one for my computer. The couch cover was dirty. Felt like the room was about 15 years behind in style and decorating. The air conditioner fan sounded like 1,000 demons coming from the depths of the earth when it started up, but at least the room was cool.

The carpet was filthy, the area around the toilet was nasty, breakfast was terrible, it was definitely not worth $105/night.

Rooms were okay. The sheets on the bed seemed to have not been changed, they smelled. My daughter's bag was full of ants the next morning. Staff member was able to accommodate us to another room. Breakfast wasn't all that great, a little more effort would be nice, as fas as cleaning around the area.
