The rooms were really nice. It seemed like a new building and the staff was very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by how large and nice our room was! It was beautiful and had nice amenities like a full fridge, 2 burner stove, dishwasher, and a nice large bathroom!

Reserved 2 rooms so we could join my granddaughter to celebrate her White Coat Ceremony as a Physician Assistant from Texas Tech and didn't have to worry at all about the rooms. They were beyond clean, comfortable and everything we needed was available. Restaurants, shopping, freeway access were also so easily accessible. Great place to stay - no complaints at all!

There’s a reason I choose to stay at this hotel every time I need to be in Midland… from the delicious breakfast, friendliest staff, awesome gym and pool, grilling area, basketball court, SPACIOUS rooms with everything you need in them. You can’t stay anywhere better in Midland for the price. Nothing at all!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. Upon arriving, Morgan at the front desk was very helpful, kind and polite! The lobby was very clean, the inside pool was amazing, and our suite was very clean and spacious! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, comfortable, quiet and family friendly hotel. Conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores and dining.

We had a great experience! Only bad thing was other guest were running down the halls knocking on doors and running away. When I informed the front desk they took care of it right away. Great experience overall.

I love the big, clean and quiet rooms, the gym, pool, the parking, the front desk staff, the cleaning staff, all they was very nice persons. So yes, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay overall. The rooms were modern, very clean, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The property also has a lot of activities for kids, which made it perfect for families. I’d definitely stay here again.

Toenails on the floor hair in the bathroom and did not looked like it was cleaned. Wine corkscrew on the floor. It didn’t look clean rather than touched up. Front desk moved us to a room down the hall. It appeared clean. Until our baby found wrappers to feminine products and old candy. We also found Pubic hair all along the tub and toilet. There were food crumbs all along the bed.

When I spoke to the front desk again, I was told that many guests had already reported the issue and that they even had CEOs staying at the hotel. The way this was communicated made me feel as though my complaint was less important or less valid than others. Every guest deserves the same level of comfort and service. Due to this experience and the lack of resolution, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Clean room, friendly staff

Upon check in, no one was at the front desk so we had to wait until someone arrived to complete check in. Waiting is the last thing anyone wants to do after traveling and needing rest. We had to use the pull out bed so we asked for extra pillows and were told they were out of pillows so we could only have 2. (Needed 3 because that’s where the kids were sleeping), apparently the water had been shut off for maintenance (which should have been communicated before booking some could make a decision whether or not to stay there). Remotes to tv were unresponsive so we had to download an app to control the tvs. Just wasn’t the best experience but I’ve definitely had worse.

Lafonda was exceptional, getting us booked in, the 3rd party I booked with didn't have our reservation, Lafonda was very courteous and very helpful with the situation.

Really enjoyed the room- except the couch which was so uncomfortable that it was almost unusable.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, the room location wasn't great. It was right by a main door into the building, and it was so noisy. The door banged very loudly each time someone went in and out which was a lot. It was very hard to sleep. They did say we could change rooms but by then we had everything unpacked and had gone to bed, so we toughed it out. There was also a strange strong smell when you walked in the building, like they were trying to mask some odor. It traveled down the hallway, too.

I would encourage management to go into that particular room and try and have the door open to the bedroom while opening the bathroom door. Also, the bathroom floor was filthy and the door wouldn’t close all the way.

We are an older couple, so it was nice to be close to an outside door to take our dog out to potty. We were on the third floor but was close to elevator and back door

Clean room great staff

My son has allergies to dairy, eggs, soy, some nuts. We were able to have oatmeal and sausage at breakfast which was nice. The oatmeal did give him some redness. I’m not sure if there was a cross contamination in the toppings or an ingredient in the oatmeal. We will be more cautious next time.

Everything here was good, but it seemed very strange having to pay an extra $7 to park in their nearly empty parking lot!

The staff is really really incredible at this location! The rooms are always clean. It’s a nice good hotel with an excellent location off of the loop easy access to north or south Midland.

Room was nice, needs a little tlc, carpet fraying and bathroom needs new lighting as well as lighting in bedroom by beds. Bedside table table was on verge of collapsing and housekeeping should check that both remotes work before signing off on rooms. No interaction with staff other than check in and she was very nice.

Our stay was good, comfortable, the living area was not up to standard, couch was filthy and dining chairs in room were worn and stain just as bad as the couch, dishes in cabinets were dirty overall not bad for the price and location! This was a family trip so we didn’t stay I. Room too much!

I like the location of this property. It’s easy access to loop 250, lots of dining and shopping surrounding it and other hotels it’s also nice and quiet. The hotel was kind enough to let us check-in at 2pm. Very appreciative of that. They put us in a hearing impaired room first off, which was not request. We did bring our little fur baby with us on this trip. So entering our room there was a funny odor that was overwhelming. It smelt musky and like pet urine in some areas of the room that had not been cleaned at all. Mostly the corners of the room had that strong nasty smell. The toliet seat had not been cleaned well and had some brown residue on the front of it and the seat itself was very loose and coming off. My husband was nice enough to fix it for me. The corners of the bathroom had this dark orangish color along with dirt and some human hairs. There was smeared stains all along the bottom portion of the walls left of the toliet that had not been cleaned either. The bathtub had green soap scum all along the faucet, which was so disgusting. The corners of the shower wall had a good size gap that was not filled with any caulking. The bathroom was in horrendous shape. So later in the evening we go to pull out the hide-a-bed couch and the couch is broken from the hinge. At this point I am so frustrated with the quality of this room I had my husband call down to the front desk and let them know that the couch was broken from the hinges so they didn’t think that we had damaged it. For what we paid for the room for 1 night was not at all worth it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They said the hotel was full so another room was not an option.

The hotel was clean which is a huge concern. Late check out time. Our only issues 1. The bathroom is in the bedroom on suites so people have to come into the room. 2. No non pork option for breakfast

The location was convenient. The property could have been more updated. The sofa in our living area was broken down. We were missing some lightbulbs in the room, and the majority of the TV stations did not work.

The only thing i would recommend iis a slip pad for the shower. Our shower was very slippery. Also we asked for an exrtra towel and a plunger because the toilet was clogged when we got in. Welll they made us go to the front to get them. Even motel 6 brings them to your room. And we had to unclog the toilet ourselves. We also had a shampoo and conditioner that were empty. I did not want to ask for refills because I didn't want to have to go get them myself . I was done after all that, and we checked in late, around 10pm so we were tired.

This hotel is in an oilfield town, so the facilities do get a lot of wear and tear. The bed was very comfortable, but the sofa could use cleaning or replacement. The kitchen. Had everything we needed and the daily breakfast was good. My only complaint was the $7/night parking fee that was not disclosed on Expedia’s site. I’ve never paid for parking and I’ve stayed at several hotels in this area. The parking fee would be enough for me to not stay here again.

Carpets need serious deep clean and freshner

Definitely one of the best hotels in Midland that we have stayed in. We were greeted right away with check-in being quick and easy. The hotel itself was very clean and the beds were so comfortable it made it hard to get up. Although we were there for a short time and didn't get to enjoy, there was a beautiful patio area and basketball court our boys would have loved! Pool and fitness center looked great as well! We will definitely be booking here again!

Blood stains in the room. On the side of the bed and on the bathroom wall, with toothpaste smeared on the couch and other random dirt throughout the room. Loud banging above us all night. Called the front desk 3-4 times to ask for help and no one answered. Went to the front desk and no one was there until someone one arrived a few minutes later. She was sassy and not the most polite, considering how frustrated we were and she would not put us in another room. Inexpensive stay, but don’t recommend with the terrible customer service and lack of cleaning services.

Room was very well cleaned and updated. Breakfast: potatoes weren’t cooked throughly and cold. Oatmeal was cold, would recommend investing in another waffle maker-was a long line if you wanted to make a waffle. Pool temperature was too cold! Towels smelled odd. But overall staff was friendly, hotel was properly managed and maintained. I would stay here again.

When we arrived, we were kept waiting by a single person at the front desk who couldn’t check in the people ahead of us. While he searched through the computer, he couldn’t tell which rooms were clean, empty, or being used. He ended up leaving all of us standing there while he went to check the rooms himself (not a single other staff member to go check the rooms, or help those of us waiting. When he got back- he knew which room he could use, but the computer wouldn’t let him check them in. We have still not even been acknowledged. When he got to us, he couldn’t tell us which of our two rooms was suite style and which was not. He then insinuated that it was our fault due to how we made the reservation. This morning we got to breakfast at 8:15. The trash can (only one) was overflowing, there were no eggs (empty, dirty steam pans), no butter, no milk, no cream cheese. Plain bagels and white bread with peanut butter, cold cereal, waffle batter and a SINGLE sausage patty. I assumed there was only one person working until we heard the laughing and joking from the kitchen. We asked if there would be more food and were told they were working on more eggs. Twenty minutes later we had finished our coffee, took the paper cups with us to throw away outside and never got any warm food. We will be returning to a non-Hilton chain from now on.
