I appreciated the cleanliness of the property and rooms. The breakfast offerings were substantial, including a hot breakfast buffet. The staff were very kind. I would stay here again when visiting family in Midland. The only downside was that the mattress in my room had some "nesting." It wasn't huge, so I slept OK, but it did distract my sleep a bit.

We booked Hotel Encanto in NM on the same trip and it was a beautiful hotel with great amenities and they charged us less than the Holiday Inn hotel, which was an older hotel and they charged 3.01 on 4/29/26, which went thru 5/3/20026. I have not idea what it was for.

The breakfast was fine and the location was close to everything but the road noise was excessive. The building was older and most of the clients were construction workers. There is a lot of construction going on in the area and all the hotels along that stretch had lots of work trucks and equipments. Staff was awesome and friendly, the room was perfect. I asked for certain things top floor, bathtub, and my room facing towards the city. Everything was met I was more than happy. N/A

The light and plug didn’t work by the bed and I called front desk for 3 days straight so they can fix it and then they finally fixed the problem. I was charged $24. For something I don’t even know why. I didn’t eat there or buy anything there so I’m confused on that. So I’m going to call hotel or dispute the charge.

Haven't been to this property for 10 or so years... They've updated pretty much everything and made the rooms very modern with a simple yet purposeful design... Well done, my stay was what I had hoped for...

While in Midland we stayed four nights. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and I love the freshly ground coffee each morning. I will stay here again when in Midland.

The beds were terrible, I assume because of the heavy oilfield industry around. The mattresses were on metal bases that did nothing but squeak all night. I've never seen those in any other Holiday Inn's. Also the breakfast said it opens at 6:30 but didn't open until after 7:00.

Quite puzzled by the fact guest are charged a daily fee to park in the hotels parking lot. It's the only available space to park in the area. No alternative parking options were provided. This wasn't disclosed when I booked through Expedia. The front desk shared this is something the hotel had just recently implemented. A real stretch and opportunistic act against "supposedly valued guest." The fee wasn't a lot, it's just a poor customer service practice!

Overall good experience, one of our beds needs new springs. It kept making a noise every time my kids turned or moved.

Decent hotel, however on Friday morning we got to the breakfast at 0845 and it was open til 0900, had no food. Asked the worker she didn’t even respond to me just walked off.

Parking lot construction made Ingres and egress difficult.

Hotel is being remodeled, if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked. pretty noisy, from vehicles driving by, doors and locks were loud, and the Beds were loud too, you can hear a metal sound probably the base of the bed when you move. Staff was slow to replenish food for breakfast. Staff at check in was very nice and respectful. Check in was at 3 but we werent able to get room until 430. Terrible toilet paper.

Even though it was under renovation, this place was super clean. The room was modern, roomy and all new. The staff was friendly. We will be making this our first choice when we are in Midland again.

Stay started bad from beginning. I request a king size bed and girl put me in.a double bed room. That room was like if I had left the light on. Toilet tan all night.

This hotel is under construction, staff is nice and friendly. The room is ok, where the seating chair is at , it is scraping against the wall and taking off the wall paint. The bathroom tile is missing near the shower.

When booking the room the website indicated the reservation could cancelled and was fully refundable. A personal emergency situation occurred forcing my cancelling the reservation. When I tried to cancel the reservation I was informed that a refund was not available. Your website is very deceiving and I do not plan to ever use Expedia or stay an a Holiday Inn again.

We love staying here anytime we go visit family. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Alexis got us checked in with all our requests fulfilled perfectly. The breakfast room was clean, had fresh cooked food, and both ladies were very present for anything you might need. Thank you everyone, we will be back!

The breakfast choices were OK but not great. The stay was OK but will spend more time looking around in the future.

I couldn’t get into my room. I went to front desk and hostess said the lock was broken and management had no plans on fixing it anytime soon. She said they were going to remodel soon so all locks would be changed. Every time I left my room I had to go to the front desk and ask to be let back in. At one point I had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes while front desk staff checked in new guest. I was told there were no other rooms available. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I reached out to the hotel and they wanted to offer me some points to purchase any of their products. I want to be reimbursed or made whole for my inconvenience. No other guests had to go ask access to their room every time , if they knew the door lock was broken, they shouldn’t have rented it out the room.

We were pleased with our stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast could have been better. But other than that, I would definitely recommend!

The property had hot breakfast available which was greatly appreciated. And the staff: Alex, Melissa, Amber (check-in/front desk) were extremely friendly and helpful. Beatrice (breakfast attendant) even remembered our faces & coffee orders from the previous day. They made us feel at home.

In town for a baseball tournament. Hotel was fine. I just don’t understand a parking charge. It was only $7 but why pay extra for parking?

The next morning the desk clerk gave me options for the to-go breakfast bag, again prompt and friendly.

The stay was good one of the rooms was on the front of the hotel. The security lights on the outside of the building made the room stay lit at night.

Only complaint- music systems playing in the breakfast area was too loud but the desk personnel said they didn’t have authority to turn it down. I was the only guest down there (after breakfast) looking for a quiet place to read while my husband slept in the room.

Bed was hard and they did not bring me clean towels for my second night stay. Neither did they make the bed the next day.

We have stayed here before but this time it was very different: no front desk not friendly, only two towels in room, no bottled water as listed as amenities, no hand soap, hotel site lists hot breakfast and only served muffins and cold cereal, etc...

The parking lot was in bad shape, construction near the hotel entrance blocked off a large part of the lot. I had booked a king room, we had an additional person come on the trip, and I called the property direct to see if I could get a king suite with a sofa bed. The staff told me that all king rooms had a sofa bed. It turns out that is wrong. We had to move to a room with a suite, which is fine, but dont like being misinformed in the first place. Then, the sofa had no sheets or blanket to put on, went back to the front desk to request. An hour later, still no sheets, so I went back to the desk, and the lady there said the housekeeping staff ha dlocked the linen rooms and she didn't have akey. Long story short, the sheeted finally got delivered late in the night. THe new room we were reassigned was a "handicapped accessible" room, so the shower has not rim or lip to keep water in, so the bathroom floor got pretty wet. All in all, kinda crappy.
