Horrible the place smelled so bad I didn’t even stay the night and was charged for both nights Smell and cleanliness

We enjoy it clean and staff super awesome.

The lady that handles night check in was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel had a very strong smell of a wet dog throughout. The room was disgusting with dead bugs and other dirt all over the floor; I didn’t dare take my shoes off. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable, and everything felt wet. If I hadn’t arrived so late, with such an early flight, I would have changed hotels. I definitely won’t be staying here in the future.

Front desk staff clearly didn’t understand her job. Over charged at check in, checked out early and was not given a refund for the day I didn’t stay. Hotel smelled of cat urine. Bath tub was rusted. Breakfast eggs were soggy

The room was semi clean and bathroom was a little updated. TV didn't work no signal. I called the front desk and told them about the TV they said they would let maintance know and someone would come up to fix it. Yet know one came to fix the TV. then called again and they said some one was on my floor yet still know one came called I called for a third time and final time and they adked if maintance could enter my room I said yes. by the time I got baco to my room still no tv. Maintance was to busy cleaning air conditioner in room. Breakfast was alright. Front desk staff was nice and house keeping was nice to.

Checked in late for my 1 night stay due to flighr delays, at around 8am housekeeping knocked in the door to ask if i was checking out. Will not stat hwre again if I can help it

Nice room smelled new bed was comfortable clean sheets clean pillows bathroom and floors. Nice stove and microwave. Great location That i didn't get the room I actually ordered online with the bar inside but other than that it was a good room overall.

The TV didn’t work the entire time. They said they were full, so we didn’t get to switch rooms. It was never looked at or fixed.

One thing that really irritated me is my wife asked to go to the restroom at the front desk when she went down to get some breakfast , the man behind the counter said no , that the restroom was for employees only. That really got both of us mad , because when someone has to go , they have to go. I wish that guy was still there when i came down so i could have let him know how i felt about it !!!

My TV kept going off the last night i was there. On the online checkout there were two places that asked for staff tip. I stayed in a five star Caesars penthouse suite last week in New Orleans no tip was ever requested for the staff cleanup. I feel that that is management job to pay the staff.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and inviting. She greeted me with a smile and a great attitude.

It's your standard room, but I would not stay there again. Beds are small, bathroom needs an update, shower faucet was rusty and leaking. Kitchen area needs a update also. Floor was dirty and comforter had stains. I did not get a clean feeling with our room.

Recommend place to stay

The TV was not operating properly, I contacted the front desk. A person came up and looked at the TV and said... yep it isn't working properly, let me get maintenance to see if they can fix it. I asked if they can just replace the tv... nope, they moved me to a new room 2 hours later... and wait for it... the 27" TV was operating properly... but the room has a foul odor, bed still hard with 5 small throw pillows... DO NOT pay more than $60 for a night's stay at this place, and only if nothing else is available and you are dead tired!

The hotel smelled weird, kinda like smoke, kind of like strange food. Seemed old too. No dishes in the kitchen area

Said breakfast was included, woke up then next morning only to find a sign stating due to Christmas holiday there won’t be breakfast served. Did state Togo bags would be available which they weren’t. Definitely bad a experience , room had trash in fridge, other than that pretty standard room, stiff bed , not many food option in area made it tough to eat anywhere 15-20 minute drive basically any direction

We just needed a place for the night and other places were booked solid, otherwise we would’ve left. I had to ask the guy at the front for my ID back. The website says they have rollaway beds, they don’t. The hallway stunk so bad we held our breath going in and out of the hotel. We won’t stay there ever again.

Awful! Checked in and got to the room and sheets ane pillows had yellow stains all over them. At least try to clean the room!!

Everything was great, the only bad thing on my part is that I left my shoes, do not know if they throw them away or is place in the lost and found

If you book through hotels.com they won’t give you an invoice. Room smelled funny like old sweat everything has stains I it, carpet, towels, sheets, seats. Breakfast is basic at best. I guess for that price range there must be better options in midland. Smallest tv ever! Don’t recommend it.

Not sure when the bed sheets were changed last. Big yellow stains on the sheets. Pillows were also very small and very hard

The staff was excellent. Take advantage of the kitchen utensils in with the kitchenette.

It took 20 minutes to check in, way too long. The staff were nice, but my room door would not lock, and it took over 2 hours to find a new room. I had to really push the manager to give me another room, as they said they were full. Room was subpar, smelled like smoke. Overall I was not very happy with my stay.

The stay was great. They allowed my son to get his room early since he had not slept the previous night.

Check in was quick and painless. Room was average not really a fan of the dingy dirty looking towels yellow and grey. I am sure they were clean but they didn't appear that way. I understand this is an oilfield community and most of the people staying there could care less about the color of the towels. Breakfast was cold and unappealing and all the signs don't take food out of the area, seriously a lot of people eat on the go. Not to mention who would want to sit in that noisy area. I assume there was a ridiculously loud dishwasher or something being ran while we were attempting to eat a below average breakfast. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

I drive a semi, and even̈ though I couldn't park on site. There was room in front on the street.

Parking lot was full, had to park in back. Elevator out of order, had to take stairs up 4 floors. The TV in the room was not working and could not be fixed. Pillows on bed were tiny and worthless.

The beds were pretty hard but lots of pillows available. A/C was very cold, which I like. For last minute booking, it was pretty comfortable.

The toulet would not flush; I did not receive the requested wake-up call; there was a broken drawer handle; the remote control for the TV malfunctioned; there were stains in the floor hallway

Twice we had to go back to the desk because the key cards to the room did not work. The elevator was also out of service the entire time. Will never return to the location.

I asked the concierge to give me refund and she said that she did but I still haven’t received it.

My room was freezing. The front desk had to supply me with a electric heater. Bathtub was all rusty. Something nasty on the paper towel holder.

It was good. Got in late. I was tired. Turn the ac down. Turned the tv on louder than my wife lets me at home. Went to sleep. Small breakfast buffet, but it was enough.

This was a great hotel. Convenient to the airport, spacious rooms, modern, kitchenette and fairly priced.

Overall our stay was good. The only thing was the heater in our room did not work so we had to change rooms which was not a big deal.

You can definitely tell oil town use. Needs some tlc. Overall not bad for the price. Hallways are banged up and scuffed. There was a whole in the wall in front of the elevator on the second floor. My bathtub had the porcelain chiped off and rusty metal exposed in multiple places(nickel to quarter size each). Breakfast was good though!

Too small parking lot. No place to park while checking in or unloading. One wreck occurred in parking lot because of this. Cars were parked right at front entrance door. Front doors were locked when I first arrived. Had to knock to get someone to let me in. Complimentary Breakfast was good, but area looked like a storage room, boxes & stuff stacked everywhere. Wifi was down most of the time. Very frustrating when trying to work from your hotel room. Hotel room was very clean & updated. Enjoyed the mini kitchen with fridge, cooktop & microwave. Limited channels to view on tv. No luggage carts available, even though the hotel was clearly not busy at 3:00 pm. Had to use laundry cart. On second night, heard a loud commotion outside my door in hallway only to open it up to at least 10 men loudly talking in a foreign language, some sitting & some standing against the wall. Whataburger sacks everywhere. First thought was illegals all staying in one room next door to mine. Very scary for a single white Female!!! Elevator needs to be monitored, so 10 people can’t sneak into one hotel room.

Trouble with checkin. Apparently a glitch in th system. Had to use shoulder and hip to open and close room door. No other problems.
