so uncomfortable needs new mattresses I can feel the wires in the mattress and sunken the middle had to sleep sideways on the bed. Sheets were hard and crunchy not comfortable at all

The staff is awful This place kept 71.00 for the security fee to stay there. We left the room clean so the cleaning crew wouldn’t have much to do. I called a few days later to dispute and they said it doesn’t show we kept it on our end. I’m still trying to dispute it.

My room was clean and comfortable, but the rate I was charged for my one-night stay was not at all what I expected. I booked in advance for a Sunday night at a rate of $101.15 plus taxes and fees. However, because my flight was delayed, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 2 a.m. Monday morning. I checked out that same Monday morning around 9:30 a.m., but because I checked in Monday, I was charged for the Monday night rate, which was nearly three times higher at $294.71 plus taxes and fees because of a convention that week. I called back to the hotel and explained that I checked out Monday morning and did not stay Monday night, but the hotel refused to correct my bill and charge me the Sunday night rate at which I booked. I also contacted Expedia for help, and the hotel gave the Expedia agent the same response they gave me. Essentially I was charged three times as much for spending less time at the hotel. I would not recommend staying here if there is a chance your travels will be delayed.

Have stayed here before and it was great! We had two rooms. One room was fine but one room reeked of urine. Pet friendly hotels are not for me. Will pay closer attention in the future

This hotel seems to be in a newer part of town, however, it seems to be in the needs to be updated category. There were 4 different sizes of pillows, almost like they were left from previous guests, and all of them were lumpy. The mattress was also lumpy. The walls were very thin. So thin I can say with confidence our neighbor needs a Cpap because they alternated between snoring so loudly that it seemed they were in our room to stopping and gasping for air. Not the quality you would expect when you see Sharton attached to the name.

Great hotel - We highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Midland. Very, very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely nice.

It was not as nice as it looked in the pictures. Definitely was a remodel. There were multiple stains on the couch. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Guest services were very accommodating and made it really comfortable for us to travel is out two babies.

Enjoyed the stay. I was there to visit my son and new grandchild so was out of the room most of the time. I will say it was very clean, ladies at front were nice and helpful.

Our room did not get cleaned the whole time we were there. House keeping did not provide clean towels.

First off, I only received one key second the young lady called me down to the front desk after running my card for incidentals to tell me that she didn’t complete the sale when I informed her that the charge was pending on my account. She then told me to calm down, which I had not expressed any anger or had was not upset in any manner I had to remind her. She was being offensive to the customer I requested her manager, was not able to speak with her, not on Duty, the outlets in the room were not working properly. The refrigerator was not cold and the toilet did not have adequate flushing abilities. I have stayed at this property before, but this was the last time.

You now have to pay for parking, elevators had a weird smell and the key cards dont work next day. Had to get it fixed every day

Clean, quick check in, nice area right off the hwy and less than 30 minutes to the area where everything was located. AC didn’t seem to stay consistently cold, & the room kind of had a wet smell to it. The pillows were comfortable and bed but the pillows had a slight smell to them. Beautiful place, and they have happy hour at the bar.

Very helpful staff. After business completed, went to hotel, nothing much in the area, but they have a very nice restaurant and bar on the premises. Excellent food. Room clean and comfortable. All said, very nice overnight stay.

Customer service is fantastic from the general manager of the place the showers were sub par low pressure and not hot in any shape or form i do not think we will be rebooking with the four points again

I requested a crib and was told we would have one. When we checked in, we were told that the property did not have cribs, and we had to go purchase a pack and play.

This was a business trip.

I stayed a weekend here. The rooms were clean the staff was really nice. I would stay again. Some issues we had there were the lights in our hallway were out all day for one of the days and the door from the pool to the hotel was broken, but with no sign, so once you got out to the pool the door wouldn’t let us back in and we had to walk around the building to get in. I spoke to the front desk and it was a known issue. I consider those things small inconveniences that didn't affect my stay in a major way.

I stayed at this facility because it is easy access to the business areas I had to visit. Since COVID--housekeeping has been a challenge. Not the house keeping staff (they were very receptive) but the service due to policy changes. After spending days at your facility, it was difficult to get my room cleaned Items like getting cleaned towels, trash emptied was a challenge, I was even told by a staff member that the facility had a shortage of towels and other items commonly provided by the establishment. That was very disappointing being my invoice did not reflect these deficiencies. Not to fret, I will return on my next business trip. Thank you.

Had a room reserved, but when I got there to check in my room wasn’t available anymore. I booked a king suite and got a room with two double beds and didn’t get offered anything for it being changed. Basically got treated like I needed to just deal with it.

Everything was nice, clean, and the location was convenient. Only complaint would be the pillows, but I know that’s a personal preference thing. Overall wonderful place to stay

nasty inside and out side, you could hear people coming to there rooms while you are asleep and i mean at 12:00 am. i hate to have a room where i have people on the right side and left side walls are to thin where you can hear there conversation late at night and early in the morning.

Our tv did not work properly and we were supposed to have queen size beds, but the beds were definitely not queen size. The restaurant had good service and food. The hot breakfast in the morning was also good as well.

I was very disappointed about the lack of cleanliness. The tile in the bathroom was not clean...dust and hair. The easy chair had stains, the carpet needed cleaning. I had to move rooms...the television in my first room did not work, the fire sprinkler was wrapped in plastic. I called several time for the receptionist but had to give up and go down stairs to get her attention. I will not stay there again.

I was at this property less than 12 hours but I probably wouldn’t book there again. I was in Midland for work and this location is very close to the airport which made it convenient for my early morning flight. Although it looks fairly new and the lobby area is very pretty the rooms leave something to be desired. I had no hand soap in the bathroom just a small bottle of lotion. The shower still had hair in it from the previous person…gross! The nightstand was sticky and again there was a hair on a pillow that wasn’t mine. Not sure if they are just short staffed but they need to deep clean these rooms I think. Bed is pretty comfy but I only had a flat sheet and a top blanket as thin as a flat sheet so it provided very little warmth. I ended up having to turn the AC up so I didn’t freeze. This property has the potential to be great. Just needs some cleaning and upgraded linens.

Only issue was ac wasn’t on and over 85 degrees in the room when we checked in

Just needed somewhere to stay the night before an early flight out of Midland. Perfect clean, comfy hotel for that purpose.

Never saw any cleaning service personnel building was always hot but the room was good. Sheets and pillows do not seem to be clean I had to ask for different pillows because of bad odor. Front desk personnel were great!

The property didn't have enough towels. And i kept asking for more towels. We had 4 people and they only wanted to give us 2 sets. Dinner was not available Saturday, nor were we notified that it wouldn't be available.
