So the place is being remodeled-updated. Our room was older, but very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. Pool area looked clean and maintained. My sister stayed in a newly renovated room. That room was nice! Would definitely stay again.

Pool is open from 6 AM to 11 PM. My granddaughters loved that

The only good thing os that its close to some restaurants and bars and a highway. There is not enough parking its hard to find a spot after 6 pm The room i got i had problems with the toilet and it smelled bad like feet from an oilfield worker who doesn’t wear socks all day i had to buy air fresheners to let it smell good and clean . The shower gave me a bad athletes feet and a super itchy rash! The room service only comes every 3 days and if you’re staying for a while you will have a pile of trash

Location We booked this hotel on a rainy weekend so we wanted and indoor pool but the water was extremely cold, so it ended up being pointless. Could’ve booked a cheaper one and closer to where we needed it.

Not much Extremely noisy, baseball team there with no adult supervision. Called front desk twice to do something about it with no results. I finally had to go out in the hall and take care of it myself. Told the kids that was enough to go to their room and keep it down or I was calling the police.

Loved that the indoor pool had extended hours (6am - midnight). Great breakfast options with egg sandwiches that were easy to take on the road. Comfortable beds. Building was a little dated, but clean.

There were several options on the breakfast menu that made it a very viable hotel breakfast. Waffles, oatmeal with a variety of toppings, breakfast sandwiches, eggs and bacon, cereal, fruit etc.

Nice room and close to anything you might need. The price for one bottle of a Dr. Pepper…4.16. Too much…actually cheaper at the steak house across the street.

Older, out dated property. Also checked out early and were told we might get second night at half cost, but were charged full amount. Disappointed as a Bonvoy member to not get better service.

Yes - it is nowhere near a 4-star hotel. I did not like anything about it - old facilty, terrible amenities, track track with loud trains outside my window, and terrible customer service.

We stayed for 4 nights and they NEVER made our room. We were never able to take a descent hot shower, the water was more on the cold side. The room was noisy because of the A/C and for being closed to the elavator. The breakfast was good though!

Water didn’t stay hot and the tv did not work except for streaming from your own accounts.

The front desk was great. One of the problems we had was the key card didn’t work. I had to have front desk recode the key card several times during our stay. The other problem was the towels were dingy and I had to ask for another set of towels.

Stay was ok but pool was in poor condition which was the main reason we went so kids were very disappointed. Filled with mosquitos making it impossible to stay in the pool room.

The property was clean and comfortable. We had already been charged on our card for our room stay but they charged us $20.00/night for our two night stay when we checked in for incidentals. They said it was a pre-authorization only and would be refunded if nothing was purchased but we have never had anything like this before and we’re not happy about it.

Nothing at all ! We have been staying at this location for many years BUT the customer service was the worst pin point to C the rude person that check us in on Friday night was and is the reason why I will NEVER stay there again. On to the room, the bathroom floor was dirty and had like muddy shoe prints everywhere, the tub wouldn't drain properly and the smell was awful

The breakfast was good. Had several choices eggs, turkey bacon, Canadian ham, bagels , waffles fresh fruit. Staff was there making sure things were full and clean. N/a

It was nice and accessible to places around. The pool was a little old my niece cut her toe with the drain and the front desk did not have a 1st aid kid only offer one band aid.

Liked swimming pool and breakfast. Did not like air condition in room.

Enjoyed swimming pool facilities and the early breakfast menu. Air conditioning in room was a problem. I had to lower to 60's to maintain decent cooling but unit was noisy. Desk clerk offered another ròom upstairs or wait for maintainence engineer who was not available at the time. Three day stay was not comfortable.

Stayed 3 times already and it’s always been the best

Property hasn’t changed much but it’s clean, has a large mini fridge, great indoor pool area and amazing breakfast buffet with delicious coffee. Housekeeping and front desk staff are amazing. Parking is easy and it’s free.

Checked in the room and turned the a/c down low to get the room cool. The room never cooled down and called the desk downstairs and they stated there was no rooms available to move to. Spent 2 nights in a hot room that i never needed covers to keep warm with the a/c unit down to lower 60s. Paying that kind of money for 2 nights and a/c never cooled the room down definitely bad experience.

Rooms weren’t very clean, everything was very old, dirty, and outdated. Breakfast was not the worst but could definitely be better. Room keys kept needed to be reset.

The room I book was not giving to me ,the ac did not cool the room there was a beer can that my kids found behind the chair

They would not take cash for payment. It was said my card was to hold the room and I could pay cash at checkout. #2 I could not get any one to answer the phone so I had to deal with a booking agency to make reservations. The fees are too high to use a credit card for renting a room. I am a honors customer.

The staff were great. The bathroom sink was filthy. When I flipped the quilt over I discovered it had blood stains on it. I photographed these things and showed the night clerk the pics. The replacement quilt looked like it had been torn up by a dog. I have pics of that, too.

The room was cleaned halfway. Asked for a change of sheets, and they said they did not have sheets till the next day. The next day, in the afternoon, I asked for clean towels, THEY DID NOT HAVE NONE! The night lady was supper rude when I asked for the towels. I will not be ever staying here again!!

We did not get the king room per our reservation, wash cloth had a hole in it the size of a half dollar, no body wash in the bath dispenser and no microwave in breakfast area necessitating a trip up to the room to fix the oatmeal! The grout in bathroom floor tile was nasty. It looked as if they tried to cover it up with paint or something

Room has some cracked tile. Bathtub bottom was so slick that I slipped twice and had to be very careful. I slip resulted in actually falling into the shower curtain.

The property needs major updating. Landscaping had dead trees, carpets were stained and torn, pool area was rusty along with chipping paint, and obviously the magnetic key locks need replacing. This is a great location and all other staff especially Justina were friendly and helpful.

Beds slept really well for us. Clean. We had hot breakfast options along with standard fare. Coffee was pretty good, really we have no complaints. The hinges on our bathroom door were covered in rust, but other than that, nice and clean. It was really quiet for us during our stay. Heard no one talking or carrying on around us so that’s always a plus.

For a one night stay, it was okay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. We did not go to breakfast so I cannot comment on food, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The property is older and it is shows. For example, in the restroom there was rust, mold, broken tiles, etc., and on the exterior, the property is weathered, and the landscaping was overgrown and not manicured. After my stay, I would look for other properties, but would not completely rule this one out.

Check-in was exhausting. Needed ID, credit card, email address, phone number, basically building a database of my information that they can sell. I was told they have to have this info. Also Booked 2 rooms, two beds - but it was 2 rooms, single bed in each. Was told to sleep on the couch, which wasn't what I booked and paid for. Wrestled with the staff including the manager who blamed everything in the book, the usual list of previous shift, 3rd party booking companies like Expedia, blamed website, etc. Bottom line, we had one bed. No exchanges, no option except go somewhere else and find a different hotel. Breakfast was minimal, with a woman that said, "I don't speak english," yet went and wrote a note that they were out of milk to place on the little refrigerator in the breakfast area. Will never stay here again. Property looks so run down and worn out, this hotel has gone to trash. Terrible staff, over promise, and under deliver, yet full price.

I honestly thought I was booking at the newer Fairfield by HEB. This is not it but no fault of theirs. The property is pretty clean, no bugs running around but it is in need of a facelift. You can tell it’s an old building with issues. My co worker had a crack in her ceiling and water damage spots. I won’t be staying here again. There are so many nicer hotels to stay at in the area.

I like Fairfield Inn & Suites but I was really disappointed in the breakfast. They used to have waffles but not now. No eggs, just hard little biscuits and gravy and not very tasty turkey sausage patties. Staff is excellent. Bed is comfortable. No noise.

The pool is an indoor saltwater pool. The pool was too cold and I didn’t swim.

The room and entire facility was clean. The shower curtain was barely hanging on but not a big deal to me so long as everything else is clean. Breakfast was good. It was hot and well stocked.

This Hotel charged me for two rooms for a night that I did not even stay there I brought this to their attention when I checked out and they promised they were not going to charge me however they did and it’s been two weeks since I have been able to get a hold of a manager to fix the situation the management here is terrible at addressing customer concerns and wrong over charges of over $300 do not stay here. The heaters and fans in the rooms I stayed in were broken in freezing weather.

From outside property looks run down. Inside it looks nicely renovated. Room was small (king), but adequate. Breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast is ok, you can microwave a breakfast sandwich and there’s cold options as well. Nothing fancy here, but it’ll always be my choice when I have work in Midland!

Im not handicap abd didnt ask for a handicap room but when i got to my room thats what they gave me and said it was the only room they had. It was a real inconvenience im tall and everything was low

DO NOT STAY HERE! They will rent a room to guest knowing the AC unit is broken. Lacey the supervisor will NOT be accommodating at all, she will call the cops on your for calling her out that she knew it was broken and want a refund. DO NOT STAY!
