It was perfect for what I needed

This is a very comfy hotel in walking distance to multiple food options and an HEB. The area is well lit and clean.

Everything was perfect, thanks to the staff for allowing me a few extra minutes after check out. Didn't feel good and I was not rushed or anything. Ill be staying again and highly recommend....thank you for a great stay

Perfect location, employees were constantly cleaning something, perfect for our family of 4 (two little kids), ice and water machines all worked, friendly staff. Will definitely return if we need a place in the future!

I later found out the elevators had not been working for AT LEAST 2 weeks. They could have easily updated hotels.com and/or reached out to us directly so that we could make other arrangements. After waiting at the desk for over an hour, they moved one family to the 2nd floor and offered for me to go to their sister property (around the corner) for the same price. It turned out the sister property rate was HALF of the comfort suites, yet I WAS CHARGED for my comfort suite room AND the sister property. I'm just returning from several weeks on the road and will pursue getting refunds and/or reversing these charges. The desk staff was unhelpful with an attitude of too bad. What's your problem, it's just 4 flights of stairs...when we asked about the rest of the week, we were told they could not do anything about it and would not even adjust any of our party's room rates or other adjustments to compensate for the lack of an elevator. Had we known, we could have made the choice. It was clear they only cared about their profits. The elevator repair people I ran into at a different hotel (I moved) told me that the comfort suites hotel elevator had been out for weeks and was one of their clients, BUT NOT EVEN ON THEIR SCHEDULE TO REPAIR! Money?

Always great place to stay for baseball

Elevator out of service and they put us on the fourth floor and then sent the staffs children to help us bring our luggage down from the fourth floor when we were leaving. We refused their help, because who uses child labor??

This property was always our go to for our trips to Midland but since the last time we have been back it as really gone downhill. The carpets in the hallways and elevators are gross like housekeeping doesn't vacuum anywhere. There were holes in the bathroom walls. It was so loud from the people above us we could not get any sleep.

Hotel was clean, cookies at check in was a plus, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, breakfast was good except its the same everyday.

The elevator was broken and we were sent to another hotel. The staff was courteous.

Overall the room is clean, the staffs (room service, kitchen) are friendly. However, the elevator is down without fixes on sight. Climbing 4 floors during hot Texas summer can be taxing. The checking out time can be a little more flexible. We asked the front desk if we can check out at 2pm due to a delayed event, after spending 5 nights. Unfortunately, we were denied, though the hotel doesn’t seem to be fully occupied due to the broken elevator.

We had a comfortable stay, the sink in the bathroom was very slow but outside of that it was good, the room was clean and shower was good, the pool could have been a little warmer but it was clean and hot tub worked great. The front desk was able to accommodate us on the first floor as the elevator was down so it was a good stay and breakfast had a nice variety

Tried getting a top floor room to avoid stomping from upstairs guests but they didn’t have any available and once settled in we had constant stomping from above. When trying to go out the elevator wasn’t working for hours on end so everyone resorted to use stairs with no sign on elevator to signify if it was working or not. Rooms were nice just don’t feel like it deserves the 4.9 stars it says has

Hotels.com should implement a way to verify all amenities are working. For the majority of our stays, we choose based on quality of breakfast and the most important is a hot tub. I am disabled. Ofter I need to soak after a long day. When we go to check-in and are told, "no the hot tub is not working" I feel I have been bait and switched. If a hotel does not have what they advertise there should be a penalty. Hotels.com needs to have a way to show this.

This was our second stay here. Rebooked because our first stay was great. Very clean and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast the first time was amazing. They had breakfast bowls. However, this stay seems like they got rid of the bowls. The family and I were looking forward to those. And the breakfast this time around was a little bland. Not as many options as our first stay. That was the only disappointment. The eggs were very water and soggy. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable stay. Mostly quiet. Except for the noisy people that were on the floor above us that made alot of noise.
