No snack vending machines on property. They turn off the electric to unoccupied rooms so it takes a little while for the A/C to get the room cool after you get it.

Disgusting hotel! This is NOT a family friendly hotel. From the 30 minutes I was there I saw multiple workers coming in and out of the hotel. The second you walk in the lobby there is a foul odor, & dirty lobby. No one in the front then you see a child run out of the back and finally someone comes out to check us in. In the elevator there a dolls leg in between the doors and the wall (hard to explain) full of dust. There is piles of dust & dirt in almost every corner. We walk into the room and I start to check out the room and there is SO MANY stains on the bed skirt and bed sheets! They were so obvious it’s hard to believe they were missed when cleaning the room. Then I walk in to the restroom and there is hair in the shower tub and sink, & let me tell you it wasn’t a strand of hair. The tub was so gross! The carpet in the room did not get vacuumed it was very obvious as well. There was no way I was going to have my children stay here I left right away! Whoever does the cleaning here is not doing their job or just doesn’t care. You’d think that after Covid simple cleaning habits would be followed 100% of the time.

Older hotel that was clean; elevator button was broken when we first arrived but was able to call from the 2nd floor the go down and board on 1st floor for elderly parents. It was clean enough but had an interesting smell.

The elevator is very slow. People are backed up at the elevator trying to get to their room. It fills up fast and then there's more waiting for it to come back down. The sink in the bathroom was very slow draining and that's gross. The shower is a porcelain tub, nothing nonslip about that surface. I almost fell twice, once while inside the shower and once trying to get out. The water starts out cold, takes a while to heat up and during your shower is apparently still heating up and turns scalding. The shower curtain was very dingy, gets soaked immediately and that's uncomfortable to have a wet cloth hanging there until it dries. The bath mat was so thin it took was soaked the second you step out of the shower. The paint on the bathroom walls are affected by steam and peeling away at the ceilings. There's a vent but it didn't turn on. The edges of the toilet had stains by the hardware, or was just not wiped up. The curtains seemed unclean as well. There were not enough washcloths for 3 people. When we checked in they gave our party of 3 only 2 keys. One key had to be used at all times to keep the lights on leaving us all only one key! We checked in very late due to traveling and left by 7am. We slept and we're greatful for the rest but I would never stay here again. Not all Comfort inns are equal.

The room was very run down. The cleaning service wanted to enter even though we had a do not disturb sign up. Light was missing in bathroom.

Television and bed were good. Breakfast as good as one could expect at a place like this.. All the stains on cloth covered furniture gave an appearance of being unclean. Shower nozzle was corroded and delivered little water. A/C was very loud. Lots of traffic noise also. No vending for drinks. Only drinking water I saw available was in lobby dispensed in a small cup. Very few plugs in room and most were taken inoperable or being used by alarm clock, lamps, coffee maker or TV. Lamps with intergral plugs were very loose and did not work.

The lady at the front desk was very rude

It was quiet and the location was good for our travels. The complimentary coffee was nice. Carpet is gross and stains everywhere. The place is out dated. The sheets had stains and the pillows are tiny. It was difficult to get extra towels. We had to wait a few hours because they were locked up. Very strange. It was overpriced for what we experienced. Would not rebook.

The breakfast was wonderful and the woman behind the desk was so so nice!! The bathtub was extremely slippery and I fell while in shower.

Very clean room staff was amazing mr Tanvik checked us in next day when it was check out time liked it so much decided to extend the trip Mrs. Kamal Gohil and Mr Anil Gohil were very helpful in making it possible to extend the stay kept same room got it serviced with our stuff in there staff is very trustworthy will be booking again in the near future

Horrible customer service. Not friendly man at desk. Wouldn’t allow us to use a toaster and wouldn’t allow us to use another blanket. None of the lights work in the room. Bathroom light is out. Not a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was great

It was very nice the location is right off the interstate but the room was surprisingly quiet. The hotel staff we very nice. And the hotel was clean. We only stayed one night while traveling home but it was a very pleasant experience. I did wake up a few times to check on my vehicle due to the location. It was fine. The staff is very nice I plan on staying again in the future.

Had dirty blankets in both rooms I booked one room looked it had fecies on blankets and the other room had dirt on bed went to lay down and had dirt all over it

I paid for 2 rooms and both rooms had dirty blankets 210&212 dirty blankets in 210 and 212 had dirt on bed got into bed and was full of dirt...

Staff here are WONDERFUL. They were very warm in greeting you and attended to any request. The Inn was very clean and pleasant. Our room even smelled clean. The accomodations were comfortable and bright. Bed was inviting, with fluffy pillows, and the King bed gave us a good nights sleep. My only comment is about the pool. I enjoy a swim in a pool and look for lodging with one that is heated (hopefully) to get some exercise in and I was disappointed that this. The Inn does have a pool but it is not heated at all, so you would be quite fridged to swim in it. That being said, the rest of our stay was very comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was adequate. I appreciate lodging that does provide a minimum of variety to send their travelers away prepared for their day. THANKYOU Folks for your hospitality!

We arrived around midnight with no one at the front desk. I had to call to let them know I wanted to check in. I couldn’t understand the person’s speech and she couldn’t understand mine. The room was worn. Stains on the carpet, broken lamp shades. Bathroom lights with no cover. Could not adjust the shower water to be anything other than hot. I decided to stay here for the price and a recent good experience at another Comfort Inn. Comfort Inns have no consistency, and this location reminds me of why I normally choose other brands.

Overall it was a good stay, property shows signs of aging. A lot of posted signs to deter outside freeloaders from coming in, kinda felt uneasy at that, however it was safe and generally clean. When visiting guest laundry was out of order and so was pool area. Hallways were a bit dim for my taste. But room was clean, and comfortable. For my experience it was good close to Walmart and plenty of food options. Breakfast was good and kept filled. I would recommend staying there, after getting over initial impressions.

The room condition was not up to par with the rate/night I paid for. The room had a damp thick smell and the air conditioning unit was not working very well. The bed/pillows were not very comfortable. It is good for a $60/night room but not for a $100/night.

I like the room , the beds were confortable. I just did not like the shower and that i change to that hotel because of the pool and the pool was not working. Really sad.

The Assistant manager, Kelly was wonderful and very accommodating. The only problem was the construction around the area which made it a little difficult to get too. Great stay...

Booked because it advertises a pool, the pool was closed and looked very run down. In fact the whole place seems run down. Broken laundry, missing vending, and a defunct pool made this stay more expensive than it should have been for the lack of amenities.

Love how food is close by!

Horrible. The Pool was out of service and green, the washers and dryers were out of service as well. They wanted to charge $20 per bag to wash your clothes in the back as if it was our fault the facilities were not working.

No one is ever in front desk to great you the attitude that front desk has. Pool was out of order the room felt old and run down carpet was very fringed. Breakfast was limited and cold. The reviews that give 10s I feel like are FAKE stays to help get reviews because there is no way this stay is 8.0. Cleaning people are loud and disturb people

Rented this place because it had a indoor pool, come to find out the pool was out of order, that's the reason I choose this place to swim after being in the sun all day..

One of the worst hotel stays we've ever had.

The front desk did not work so they had to check guests in on a piece of paper and run credit cards in the back. The elevator did not work for the entire stay and some exterior door handles were broken off so getting to our room was always difficult. The pool was closed as well so that was a bummer. Also, there was no Wi-Fi available all weekend.

Building was run down and dingy/dirty feeling. Breakfast essentials were minimal. Hazelnut was only type of coffee creamer with no milk substitute. Bagels were old and stale. Shower had no pressure on hot so had to have mostly cold to have enough pressure to wash your hair. Overall just unsatisfied.

This hotel close to at least three restaurants and across the street from Wal-Mart.

Laundry broken, pool closed, tv didn’t work, they’d follow you to room at night which was weird to us. Breakfast wasn’t great. And usually I like comfort inns but this was not great stay. Room was clean though!

Water in the shower was only like warm and had no pressure. I-20 traffic is noisy. There were probably 50 sausages at breakfast and all were burnt. Kitchen help walking around with there music blaring thru phone in her back pocket, not professional at all.

The room was clean and big, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good with eggs and bacon and tortillas along with lots of other things. However, we were on our way home from Big Bend, and I booked this hotel because they had an indoor pool, and I wanted my kids to get to swim. However, once we checked in, we discovered that the pool was "out of order." That sucked, and and I hate when that happens. They should make it clear their pool is closed before you book. In addition, the laundry room and the ice machine on the 2nd floor were "out of order" as well.

Questionable individuals hanging around the parking lot. Room not what we reserved. Room not fully cleaned. Ice machine not working. Elevator slow and noisy. TV hard to operate. Not one of Choice Hotels best properties.

Really dirty Hotel not like the other Comfort Inns. A lot of Drug Addicts were coming and going. The bed sheets were stained yellow. Stains in the chair and sofa.

SHOWER HEAD DID NOT EMIT WATER - VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE IF ANY. Breakfast IS A JOKE! CHOICE HOTELS HAVE OPTIONS & THIS HOTEL IS A JOKE. Choice Hotel in Taylor County, Harris County, Other MIDLAND COUNTY CHOICE EST HAVE BETTER BREAKFAST THAN THIS HEAVY OILFIELD WORKER CLIENTELE!

The receptionist at checkin was wonderful. The young lady working at the following night either hates her job or was mad at somebody. While checking in I used the men’s room near the lobby. The urinal was full of urine and could not be flushed. While checking out three days later I again stepped into the restroom and the urinal was full urine and couldn’t be flushed. You’d think hotel management would’ve noticed the problem and had it fixed within 72 hours, but hygiene obviously isn’t on management’s priority list. In addition there was not no hot water to bathe or shower with, just warm water. I literally had to stand outside the shower and duck my head in to shampoo, and use wet washcloths and soap to clean up with. Usually you can expect a certain level of quality from Comfort Inns …. The Midland I-20 franchise is a disaster.

The smell of sewer backup and the inside pool was a icebox. This hotel is in need of a remodel. The pictures online don’t do justice.

Window curtains do not close all the way, so it's like you're sleeping in the parking lot. Staff is friendly but clueless. After 3 tries, got a room and on the "dark" side of the building. Sheesh!

It was okay. There was mold in the shower and grime around the shower floor. Not all the channels were available. Otherwise is was just an okay stay. Nothing special.

I was expecting a better facility. The floor in the elevator was called with dirt. The light switch in the bathroom was smeared with something. Drywall had been patched in the bathroom, but not painted. I assume most of their guests are oilfield workers, but we were still disappointed in the cleanliness. The check in clerk barely spoke a word to us when got there and when we went back down because the key card was not working.

The property is in need of repairs. The thermostat in our room did not work. We had to plug and unplug the cooler to get it to work. The elevator was very noisy and we wondered if it was going to work. Across the road from the main lobby we're so me e vagrants. Trash was blowing everywhere. The hot breakfast was very good and satisfying. It was very under staffed and a lot of excuses were given but no action.

The staff and all workers were very nice and helpful. The room was immaculate. Very clean . Enjoyed our stay very much.

The young woman at the desk was clueless about local restaurants… no lists or suggestions… after driving 800 miles it is daunting to be in a strange place with no assistance whatsoever…

Easy to get to, ample lighted parking, comfortable spacious room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Will stay there again.

Room was clean when I arrived, I had a 4 night stay. Didn’t sleep first night due to neighboring rooms tv all night, arrived in the evening of second day, bed not made, towels not removed. Changed rooms, same second day in second room, will not be staying there again

The water pressure in the shower suck ass, and couldn't get fix on weekend due to no maintenance till Monday, the door to the room didn't even need a card key to open the door, so it wouldn't lock only thru the inside, so all my personal belongings was safe,

The hotel was run down. The picture used on the website was misleading. The elevator was to the point of almost breaking down. The pool was cold and was indoors so one would think it would be nice. The staff knocked on the door 3 times before 1030 am when check out was not until 11. The price was way to high for the quality.

It took a long time to check in as the room we were assigned was occupied when we checked in and front desk had to find the last open room for us. Upon entering room found there as very little light in the bathroom as the two lights above the vanity were no lite. 1 fixture had no bulb and the other was burnt out. I contacted the front desk and was told there as nothing they could do about it. Was willing to change bulb but she said she had no access to bulbs. That is something that should have been addressed by maintenance earlier anyway. Asked for some kind of a discount on room but was told nothing they could do about that.

Breakfast was decent Check in was not that great...kid at the desk seemed bothered by us checking in...not welcoming or good customer service skills Only 1 elevator took forever to arrive and the elevator felt like it was gonna break on the way up. Parking not that great..place seemed old and smelled musty..carpet in bad shape Rooms were ok...but the connecting room door was thin...conversations could be heard easily... The water was brown...dirt/mud came out...had to run the water for a few minutes...before it cleared up. Overall disappointing given that it has the Comfort Inn name... Wouldnt recommend...some suites next door...probably better options...

This.hotel was among the nicest I have stayed in recently. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet in spite of being located on I-20. The covid version of breakfast was a few items in a paper bag.

Room was great. Pool was out of order and fresh fruits for breakfast were old looking.

Caught a few hours sleep on a long trip across country. Room was clean & stocked. Beds were ok but not great. We were tired so they slept fine. Staff was very friendly at check in & check out! Would stay again.

The room reeked of tobacco and the countertops were coffee stained with sugar everywhere. There was only one working light in the bathroom and the toilet would hardly flush. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors through the adjoining door, and they were smoking. I did tell the desk clerk. She was the only nice thing about the hotel, very sweet young lady. Overall the hotel was nasty and badly in need of an update.

Moving my daughter to Texas and chose this hotel to be one of our stops. After 10 hours on the road we get to the hotel. Walk up to the counter to find a very rude person working. Once she finally got off the phone and acknowledged that we were there she tells me my reservation is only for one room when I booked two and showed her my reservations. She then said it didn't matter anyway, because they hotel was 100% full and they didn't have any rooms for me. The woman working the front desk couldn't care less about the position she put us in. She just looked back down at her computer and said she couldn't do anything then ignored me. We then had to scramble to find new rooms at a new hotel. Turns out there was several sports tournaments in town that weekend and the only rooms available we at a more expensive hotel down the road. This horrible customer service ended up costing me over $100 more. Also, the lobby was dirty. There were crumbs on almost all of the seats in the lobby and many adults and kids running around without masks on. There are a ton of good hotels in Midland that will take good care of you. This is not one of them. Look elsewhere if you want to have your reservation honored.
