The towels were stained, the whirlpool tub was dirty, and the faucets were broken—water was leaking from beneath them. The tub was also broken, with water leaking from underneath it, and the bathroom was dirty.

Very clean room, met all expectations. The only issue that my husband had was when we asked for an extra pillow and blanket, we received a terrible attitude from the front office staff. Other than that, everything else was a great experience.

Well kept and clean

The heart shaped jacuzzi room I paid for was not working when I arrived. I was given a smaller jacuzzi room and 10.00 off. This was very poor customer service. I worked in the hospitality industry for almost 15 years. This should not have been the choice for the customer. The second room should have been comped and an apology given for the inconvenience. I stay in this hotel about 3/4 times a month. The front desk agent is always nice and professional but I do not think he did what was the best method for a good customer.

Staff was help at all, don’t recommend and would stay there again.

nothing everything. the ac unit was leaking that made the carpet wet. bathroom toilet clogged up and no one fixed it. upon arrival Shay was being rude and tried to charge me for my service dog. also snack up there are overly priced the lady upfront tried to charge me extra money because i was paying with card. everything about the experience was horrible.

They ate all the breakfast as soon as it started, at 6 in the morning and we asked the staff if they could more since it is supposed to be from 6 to 9, and they said no, there was no milk nor was there juice the machines were out of service, the rooms were not very clean and the bathroom curtains had mold, the refrigerator was dirty with hair and the room had a bad smell, I will definitely not stay here again.

Three rooms in one day. First room smelt like weed. Second room jacuzzi leaked and so did windows when it rained. Last was an “upgrade” to room with heart shaped jacuzzi that didn’t work. Will never go again!

We had enough time to set our bags down, but were asked to leave by front lobby staff to leave the hotel so they could clean the room. I had never been kicked out of a hotel, much less so fast. Upon returning roughly 5 hours later, the jacuzzi only had cold water. Cold water. In a hot tub. We tested the hot water several times, even before checking out the next morning, it simply never heated up. Most of the jets also did not work. There are cheaper ways to be disappointed. When a complaint was mentioned, we were told to talk to the manager on Monday. My first red flag from booking to check-in was how the price for such a sub-par experience jumped from $99.99 all the way to over $160 seemingly just because, and a pre-scolding about treating the jacuzzi responsibly. I will not be returning and would appreciate at least a partial refund.

Everything was fine, except that they didn't come to clean the room when we needed it. I had to ask the housekeeper directly to do us the favor, since it had been three days and the room hadn't been cleaned. Just the issue with the cleaning of the room.

For our 35th wedding anniversary, my husband and I were hoping for an unforgettable getaway, and the SureStay definitely delivered—just not in the way we expected! We were apparently upgraded to the 'Indoor Swamp' suite. The room came complete with a robust, artisanal mildew aroma and fully water-saturated carpets that provided a delightful squish with every single step. Who needs to visit the wetlands when you can just walk barefoot to the bathroom? If you’ve ever wanted to experience the great outdoors while remaining firmly indoors, this is the place for you. We’ll certainly never forget this anniversary!

Its cozy but sort of strange as well, nobody is ever there and the prices are always high no deals on this spot ever, when it should be deals seeing how no one goes there..and their not to friendly with the customer service neither.. Breakfast wasn't much and the juice they had ruined my insides smh. It was sort of noisy all night and the tub kept making noises that part kept me up all night it was good for what i needed it for anyways but it isn't a place I'll go stay to sleep in because it was very annoying all night long smh..

I picked this room because of the jacuzzi, but it was a comfortable room otherwise with a nice king bed. There were no instructions on how to turn the jets on the tub, but I figured it out after a couple of minutes and it felt really good after exerting myself earlier in the day.

Didn't use the hot tub, too small for my wife and I. Facility over all was ok. There were empty vending machine. Overall it served it's purpose for an over night stay. Definitely over priced for what's there though.

Clean, updated hotel room and hallways. Decent breakfast. Hard to see the hotel sign, and building from the road.

Did not connect to wifi. Had to switch rooms 2x due to rooms being dirty. First room had what i hoped was chocolate on couch and stains on bed sheets. Second room also had stains on bedsheets and sticky stains on nightstand. Breakfast was cereal, waffles and eggs with juice or coffee.

Parking was secure. Hot tub was nothing like the pictures it was missing two buttons it had hair in it and mold.

No one working front lobby, TV not working, hair dryer not working, hot tub outside was filthy, pool was full of leaves, bathroom door knob/lock broken.

We had to turn the air conditioning on high and keep the bathroom exhaust fan running all night. I even placed towels under the main door to try to block the smell because it was so strong. The odor gave me a headache, upset my stomach, and made me feel dizzy throughout the night. As a result, it was very difficult to sleep.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy, checkout was easy. Those were the good things. The not so good things ….. the hotel is pretty dated; the TV remote was confusing; TV wasn’t very big; the breakfast was pretty bad. The coffee was very watered down, not much was left to eat for the breakfast at 8:30 am. It was very disappointing. The staff is friendly enough. I would probably not go back again.

These rooms are disgusting!!! Walked in and walked right out and asked for a refund and was denied. Don’t waste your money or time. Their website is very inaccurate.

The hotel seemed very outdated. I was excited to see vending machines but was disappointed to see them empty. There was an unknown substance (looked kinda like epsom salt) on the bathroom counter in our hotel room. I decided to sleep in rather than getting up for the “breakfast buffet” which turned out to be your standard hotel breakfast. My husband did get breakfast and said it was fine. The experience at the hotel overall was just kind of disappointing.

Could be a nice hotel but attention to detail was lacking. Some repair needs were obvious. Breakfast was disappointing. Just enough to say that offered breakfast. My wife screamed when some insect skittered across the door. It was clean.

First they had the incorrect reservations. I waited 30 minutes to get it corrected. Hot tub was VERY small and was missing the knobs to turn it on and off.

Even with the GPS telling you, you have arrived all I see is Bank of America. This hotel needs to add to ad Hotel not visible from street go behind Bank of America. I asked girl at front if she knew the area enough tell me which way to Dallas. She did not know, so back to my GPS. But doing nothing when it's not busy why not educate the attendants of what is around them.

Clean and quiet building. Our room smelled very fresh.

Everything was very nice. The only thing is that the Jacuzzi did not work but the hot tub portion was wonderful. Water was good and hot. I didn't bother management about it because it was my birthday weekend and I did not have time to request a room change.

My jetted tub leaked every time I filled it up. I brought my own cleaner for it as well, thank god. It was insanely filthy. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked and my floor was covered in water when I got back to the room. Just terrible.

The first room we stayed in was HORRIBLE. There was mold (black mold) in the closet, little roaches crawling behind the night stand and the bed. The shower handle wasn't secure and my mom almost fell. We switched rooms and the smell was horrid. There was old food and so much trash on the sides and under the bed and again little roaches. I won't be going back to stay ever again.

The receptionist didn't give the proper room, and when I did get the room there were concerning stains on the floor.

Staff vacuumed the hallway at 3am. People were hanging out in their car play loud music right outside our window around 4. Would not recommend this location.

The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. The remote for the TV didn’t work. Three trips to the front desk and they just kept trying batteries from other remotes in a drawer. We finally ended up with another one after we changed rooms. The phone in the room didn’t work properly to even call the front desk. There was no ice machine. They went in the back room and you could hear them chipping ice. She handed me the bucket about a fourth of the way full after she asked if I wanted a full bucket. The next time we got a big chunk that wouldn’t fit in a cup. There were dark stains several places on the sheets that made them look dirty. When I turned on the shower a bug crawled out of the drain. The breakfast buffet was a joke. A waffle maker, cold cereal, white bread to make toast and small individually wrapped muffins. No fruit or breakfast items you might expect on a ‘buffet’. It wasn’t a good continental breakfast let alone a buffet.

It's a wonderful place to stay, Especially in the summer and I love the Jacuzzi room they aren't that much more expensive to get and very relaxing....

There was a roach on the coffee maker, the panels on front of spa tub were falling off, all of the drawers on the dresser were askew, no bedspread on bed, pillows were TINY. At midnight the people in the room above us were still running back and forth and banging (sounded like kids).

Room had an odor near bed (smelled like a cat litter box) . Spider webs on the walls near window. Mold on pillow case.

I rented a room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was broken. There was no office chair only a table this was a VERY dank and disappointing.

The room was not clean. We arrived over two hours after the orignal check in time to be told that the room was not clean and to come back in 30 minutes. We came back 30 minutes later and walked into the room having burn black marks in the carpet. The nightstand drawer had tabacco shavings in and there was an eletrical problem in the bathroom. We tried to use the tv remote and it didnt work. We left for supper and told the front desk about the tv issue and he said he would fix it. When we got back it was not fixed. The staff knocked on our door and took the remote. We never got a remote the rest of the stay. The bathroom also had a plumbing issue of not flushing. The staff was extremely rude when i came back in from my shift at night while my girlfriend had the key to the room. They as well only gave us one key to the room. The towels had stains on them. The shower curtian had stains and there was bugs. The walls had holes in them and overall the place reeked. I will never stay in this hotel again and I will never reccommend this hotel. The surrounding area of the hotel is unsafe. The outdoor pool and hot tub that we were told we could use was not clean it was green with trash floating around.

Trash was overflowing onto the ground out of the trash cans when you pull up. Breakfast = cereal or waffle with syrup only. My daughter and I tried to check in two hours early and were told there was a $20 check in fee…ok understandable but then the room I reserved was not ready so I had to get a lesser room (but still paid the same price even tho the available room was cheaper than the one reserved) and still had to pay the extra $20 to check in early. Vending machine is broken. Left a pillow there and called (same day!) and no one knows what happened to it. Will never stay here again.

Unsafe, noisy and smells smoke

The first room I was put in the bed was not made and there was chips all over the floor and feces in the shower . Second room I was put in the top sheet was stained I removed it . The people next to me was loud and when I was outside getting something I noticed the people staying in the room next to me had there window open unloading stuff and putting it in the room through there window . Was a run down motel and owners didn’t care about the kind of people staying there .

No one at front desk upon arrival. Room had area for a couch but no couch. No chair in the room at all even though its a 2 queen bed room. Huge nasty dark stain on carpet in front of sink. A live roach in the toilet/tub area. The entire hotel smelled awful. Thankfully we were in late and out early. Will not stay here again.

Really nice hotel with a great staff!!!

Staff was ok & gave us our 2 rooms side by side. Was with family-always look for full breakfast (as advertised) for convenience. This was the poorest excuse for breakfast as I’ve ever seen!! …coffee machine only gave coffee that looked like weak tea—mild was sour—must have used same milk for waffles -horrible & not eatable—no danish, fruit or anything else. So we went to McDonalds. Will N O T stay here ever again!

The check in agent had no urgency to greet guest when checking in. Waited for them to come to the counter and not even a “sorry to keep you waiting.” The window was unlocked and people were hanging outside of the window. The fixtures were not secure (curtain rod and door handle), no linens for the pullout bed, side lamp did not work and had what appeared to be black mold on the lamp shade, tile floors were grimey feeling, there was a burn mark on the headboard. Also, breakfast only consisted of a waffle, no option for cereal, English muffin, bagel, muffins, etc. only stayed because it was so late when I got there, other options were hard to find.

The room was way too hot, the ac did not work to cool the whole big room. The room was crawling with cockroaches!

I booked this hotel for two nights because my daughter had an out of town softball tournament. We left after one night. The carpet was damp and stained, near the AC unit it was soaking wet, there were what looked like blood stains on the floor, holes in the bathroom door, the couch had stains and the fabric was torn. I let the front desk know about all of this so that I did not get charged for any of the damage and they didn’t seem to care too much.
