Easy access from interstate. Hardwood floor in room. First floor room so no stairs. Our room on 1st floor opposite interstate but traffic noise was still an issue. No facial tissue in room.

Front desk attendant was nice and helpful. Ac in room wasn't working completely. Only 1 vent out of 4 was blowing semi cold air. Had to request a fan for the night since they were fully booked.

Just a quick stop after international flight, easy check in and property easy to find. Stairs no elevator.

The facility was clean and fairly conveniently located off I 30 It was very sparsely appointed. We had to ask for a shampoo and a lotion, and the quality of those products were not great. We also had to ask for a hairdryer, and our faucet was broken in the kitchen. There was no remote to the TV. It just really was not good value, although the staff was lovely.

Don’t go in there with a bunch of bags or suitcases there’s no elevator whatsoever. You have to walk up steps with all the heavy stuff there’s no breakfast there’s really no amenities it almost feels like you’re in prison.

It was very noisy, the ppl next to use was beating on our wall. Lots of slamming doors while we're trying to sleep.

The property needs an elevator. But other than that it was pretty good.

place was nice and very well kept and clean. housekeeping ladies do amazing job and take care of your needs. front desk ladies are not very empathetical to everyday situations that can potentially possess customers with this lack of communication skills. Thanks

The place had roaches I took pictures and showed the staff and all they did was try to move to another close to that one and lie and say they had it treated.

The room was clean, there was plenty of parking, I didn't look for a laundry facility to notice if those options were available or not. As I only stayed one night, the only negative for me was how the location suffers from traffic noise all hours of the day and night which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Hotel seems newer. The bathroom smelt like mildew but I didn’t see any mold anywhere. It was loud being right off the highway. Windows didn’t keep much noise out. Besides that it was decent.

Room was clean, bed could have been more comfortable but was alright for the three days that we were there.

The room was 5 star clean and the front desk was wonderful accommodating my needs to extend my stay. As a single woman the hotel and parking lot felt very safe. I would definitely book this room again.

Room wasn’t bad small things that needed to be repainted etc bed was clean and overall looked like a clean hotel the tv was only cable channels and even though it says breakfast included there was none was the biggest complaints overall not bad

More like a hotel than a motel. This one had no 18-wheelers, or balconies for people to hang out on (a big + for me!), but no elevator. Very clean. Quiet. Basic. Does have coffee maker, fridge and microwave. But no tv channel guide. Pleasant front desk. It does have a very strong, off-putting chemical (lemony) smell that hits you upon entering.

Our crew stayed for three to four months for a project and the staff was very accommodating.

The rooms were clean. The fitness room was decent. The pool was clean, and the AC was cold. Last minute stay, and it didnt disappoint.

My husband is a travel nurse so we are always looking for a the best bang for our $$$. This is definitely the winner I'm just sorry we didnt find the place sooner. It's affordable, close to hospital, allows dogs, and didn't try to nickel and done us on deposits and fees.Big room, plenty storage and space, super clean, beds were comfy, shower was Great and I felt safe!!!!!

Seems like they're making an effort to make it a great hotel which is good, but there's still some issues like certain things looking unfinished or not fixed correctly like a cracked tub. Staff was great and willing to help. I'm sure they'd help you with anything you might need.

This is a very basic hotel experience, which is to be expected for the price. Everyone who works here is very friendly but it was hard to get information (the website says they have a fitness center but when we asked at the front desk where it was, we were told there isn't one) and the housekeeping schedule is scattered.
