I have to say the Manager was awesome!!! The housekeepers were awesome and Jenny at the front desk was Amazing!!!

The room had a smell of musty mold and bed linens felt wet to touch. Hairdryer was broken, room phone didn’t work, and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. No coffee maker in the room And the mini fridge was not cold enough for maintaining food or drinks. The room was very small, but it was considered a “king suite”. We informed the staff at the desk that the issues we were experiencing but nothing was done for any of them. We got a replacement hairdryer from the housekeeper but that was the extent of the help. Breakfast was not well cooked and had rock hard bagels. Pancakes were chewy and the only egg option was a cheese omelet with eggs folded over but then a slice of cheese put in the middle. NOT a true omelet. Very limited food choices and not appetizing at all. It was not worth the price of the room and I won’t be staying there again.

Hotel was always clean. The inconvenience was the elevator stopped working. My room wasn't cleaned the day before I was leaving and my room cards stopped working.

The room was comfortable excluding the air conditioning. Shower was good as was the bed. The air conditioner was very loud and annoying. There were also no glasses or cups. I expected better, considering the price.

I’ve traveled to this hotel several times already but I think they do better if they updated their room keys a little better they are way to sensitive and get demagnetized so easily, and the restroom had a old door that the wood was peeling off the bottom and and the room overall had a muggy smell it was clean but I like the my stay experience

Comfortable beds, warm and friendly person at check in, indoor pool, lots of outlets in main room of suite. Window covers really did a great job of keeping light out! Many things ‘out of service’ at breakfast (all juices and pancake maker). Floor was wet near a/c unit. Only one outlet in sofa sleeper room and it was cracked. Ice machine on 5th floor not working (we were on 4th) so we had to go down to 1st floor for ice.

Before arriving, I called the hotel to confirm my check-in details and was told that the earliest I could check in would be 1:00 PM. We actually arrived a little before then, but we waited until 1:00 as instructed. Once 1:00 came, I was then told that only 1 of the 3 suites I booked would be available. Not only were the rooms not ready at the early check-in time I was told to come back for, but even at regular check-in time, 2 of the 3 suites I reserved were still not available. I understand I booked through Expedia, but that was still a major inconvenience. I had a total of 10 people with me, and I specifically booked rooms that were supposed to sleep 6 because I wanted the space and setup I paid for. While everyone still had a place to rest, that’s really beside the point,I wanted and expected to receive the rooms I booked, especially after I had called ahead to verify everything and was told I was good. There were also a few other issues during the stay. One of the room ice buckets had gum stuck down inside of it, which was unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. The thermostat battery was low, and the water pad/pool area was also having issues and was inoperable, to the point where the manager had to let everyone into the pool area himself. I do want to give credit where it’s due: Manager Desmond was very friendly, and accommodating!

The staff there was excellent! We were there for a meeting and my husband wanted to see the meeting room the night before and they accommodated us on short notice. We enjoyed our stay!

Had to change rooms because the 1st room had smell of sewer problems, the 2nd room was decent but the a/c didn't really work felt more like a fan

The hotel exceeded my expectations, starting with the staff. Everyone was kind and professional. The property was well-maintained, both inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised by the indoor pool, which was a perfect break from the Texas heat! I will definitely book here again.

Great stay for a softball tournament weekend. It was a bit humid and condensation happened, but don’t think that can really be helped. Staff was very nice! The rooms were nice as well.

It was a good choice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The oven broke so breakfast was minimal on one of the days we were there.

I found a brown stain on the side of the mattress. The bathroom door was hard to open and close. The size of the toilet was small, smaller than have had at any hotel. Beside that it was an ok stay. What I expected for that level of hotel

This place is decent, although the housekeeping staff came in removed all towels before I could get a shower after breakfast, reported to staff and no towels where available for three hours. Breakfast was ok juice was gone

The room was not in the best condition. The vanity in the bathroom was damaged and there was hair on the floor when we arrived. The beds were also not very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and stay was nice. The only complaint I had was that the hot water never came on and when I told the front desk staff, they said they would send someone but no one came to fix it. I had to take a cold shower to get ready for an important interview. I really still like the property and the staff regardless and would recommend this hotel.

Great stay

A very nice stay! It was clean, the pool was nice, and the room was also great. My only complaint is that I wish they would keep stock of the breakfast until it's actually closed. We went down 40 minutes before breakfast ending and they had run out of everything, and the ladies were already cleaning to prep for close. It seems they only make a certain quantity of everything, and once it runs out it's out. As a benefit of staying there, I just think it shouldn't be out so soon.

Great experience

Hotel room was as described and clean. Pillows super soft & fluffy. It was big enough for my family of 7. 2 adults & 5 kids 8 and under. Breakfast was HOT & tasty. I could tell it was made & prepared with love. The only downfall was that Hotels.com states they have cribs, but when I asked the front staff for one I was told they didn't have any. Overall I would most definitely recommed this hotel & stay here again.

Room was clean just had issues with all the plugs only 2 worked in the whole room they either didn't work or would not hold the plug in. The iron didn't work as well.

They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early but we did so agreeing to their being no towels clean yet and that they would bring them up later. No problem we appreciated the early check in. The room felt wet, like they had shampooed the carpet and it wasn’t dry, kinda made the whole room feel damp. The bed was very comfortable and once I fell asleep I slept well. Bathtub had the bottom chipping off so we didn’t even attempt the shower, it was gross and I wasn’t stepping foot in it. For the purpose we needed… a place to sleep it was fine but I wouldn’t spend more than a night here.

Our room started to smell like urine after the “clean” scent wore off the first night, and we weren’t even given enough towels. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The front desk staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping guests. It’s falsely advertised as having a heated pool and whirlpool—there’s neither! We definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Exceptional staff, especially the front desk. This is the reason for 4-star rating. The room has a stuffy smell, as if they weren’t opened in years. This is not a minor inconvenience, but may become a matter of hearth. Surprisingly this is a pretty easy fix - just let the air circulate, and use some air freshener products: not sure why they haven’t considered this. I stayed here for proximity to a 3-day workshop. Other than that, pretty good - you get what you pay for.

My only issue was that the fridge wasn’t working, and no one came to check it- even after we told them. We got woken up twice by room service since they didn’t have a do not disturb sign to place outside of the door

Overall, the place and food are good. It was our check in that is terrible. The staff working that night was not welcoming. Initially, he told us to wait as her colleague is coming but never came and he did check us in, but only gave us 1 key card, never gave us instructions where the elevator is (we were always instructed where the elevator or where to go), never mentioned about wifi password, never mentioned when ia the breakfast (which is a common information given upon check-in). He was in a hurry and the facial expression is not friendly at all and doesn't seem to like that we are checking in at that time. It was 11pm but were on the road looking for place to stay. We have been checking in late in some hotels but never had this experience.

Checking in with hotel staff was good and they were very accommodating. Got to our first room and as soon as we stepped in the door there were no less than 7-8 small roaches. The staff did move us to a different room, which was fine other than the shower faucet not being fully secured to the wall and it not allowing full pressure to flow through the shower head. My family went and swam in the indoor pool, where they continued to see small roaches. Overall the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent, would not stay again though.

The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly and polite. The food service was excellent...very clean and kept replenished with fresh food. Our room was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of traffic noise or noise from other guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The construction getting to the hotel is not the best

I enjoyed the convince of the hotel's location in correlation to many places i visted during my stay and the staff was diligent in helping with small issues as well as cleaning the rooms daily. What I didn't enjoy during my stay was the room being consistently damp, the constant smell of mildew, many stains on the floor and the toilet seat being ridiculously too small. Overall, I give this place three stars and would stay again if everywhere else is above my budget.

The staff was very amenable and the breakfast choice was outstanding.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Luz, an employee at the front, was quick to assist me in a challenge that arose. Her customer service was exceptional!

Third, on our third day, my husband asked for an omelet at the breakfast buffet (they had run out). It was was 9:48am, and was told that because it takes 10 minutes to make an omelet, she would not make an additional omelet. Fourth, I used the gym and found a moldy ceiling tile that was leaking and causing a gross wet spot on the floor. When asked how my stay was going, by the front desk attendant, I shared my concerns. She did offer apologies and gave me a free drink out of the cooler. A general lack of hospitality is a sad commentary on a hotel, but that’s what we experienced.

We stay here often when in the area. They have great breakfast options, the change a little every day. Pool is a little small but do able. Small laundry room, you need quarters for this but the hotel doesn’t have them. Room was good. Staff were great. There was a parking issue late one night but nothing the hotel can really do about that.

Nice staff. The air conditioner was leaking leaving a wet spot on the carpet. The fixtures in the washroom needed repair. Dated building. The breakfast provided was very good. An okay place if just staying overnight.
