The gentleman who attended me was nice and welcomed me with a smile. Breakfast was served warm and had a variety to pick from. Rooms weren't decent when it came to being clean. The room smelled a bit odd and the bathroom looked like it was only wiped down and not scrubbed properly.

Stay was absolutely amazing and the staff was very professional. I will definitely be going back.

The hotel is great! The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe and comfortable. I have a suggestion for cleaning, though. They should do a deep clean once in a while. The hotel is very busy, and a lot of different people come and go, especially now that there’s a lot of virus and stuff. Also it will be nice better or different breakfast options

The room I stayed in had visible mold. During breakfast, our group noticed a giant cockroach on the lampshade in the breakfast area. Both the kitchen staff and front desk staff did not appear concerned and although mentioned several times, did not attempt to take care of the health concern. The floor tiles on the first level were loose and moved while stepping on them. I would avoid this hotel.

I reported the issue to the cooking staff, expecting it to be taken seriously, but unfortunately, they did not seem concerned or make any effort to address it. That response made the experience even more disappointing. The hotel felt very dirty and clearly needs better cleaning, maintenance, and pest control. Seeing cockroaches in both the room and breakfast area made me uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the food preparation and dining areas. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

There were restaurants within walking distance, the breakfast was good. But we were disappointed that there was no jacuzzi and the pool was only waist deep.

The room was humid and had a very musty smell.

I like the breakfast in the host in your breakfast area and I like the area that it was in but other than that your staff at the front desk was very rude to people and you're swimming pool area the swimming pool was very very nasty your elevator was stinky nasty I didn't like your stuff at the front desk they were very rude disrespectful to people your elevator was dirty and nasty your swim area was smelly and nasty The swimming pool was dirty and gross the internet the TV wasn't working and you asked the front desk people they were very rude It's just was very disappointed at this location I stayed in many Fairfield Inns but dislocation was very bad

Location wise it was fine. It stunk like weed and there was SO much mold. It smelled disgusting in the rooms.

There was a Stinky Smell which could have been avoided.

We arrived to a less than desirable room. The bathroom ceiling had a huge leak and water stain in the ceiling. Woke me up out of my sleep. Thin floorboards, or the lady above us was just extremely heavy foot because we heard every step for hours each morning. Carpets were stained in hallways but housekeeping was doing their best to keep things as clean as possible. Lamp shades were stained and so was the window. Also our door key almost never worked. Multiple times during our stay we had to walk back to the desk to get the key reprogrammed. We got moved to a different room, a little better but the tub was stained with old tub Matt residue. On the good side, the staff were hospitable and it was in a decent location in proximity to all the things we did during our time there.

I expect better from Marriott/fairfield hotels. Checkin was good. We arrived late and were tired so that was a plus, but the hotel seemed dated from the moment we walked in. The room was clean, but the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The floor of the bathtub looked dirty, but it’s just the way it looked. The pillows were not cushy at all and we both woke up with headaches. (Note: bring your own pillow! I usually do, but didn’t this trip.) The thing that got me though was the toilet was broken. I was able to take the lid off so the water would run. (It wouldn’t flush.) I had to do that every time we used the toilet. I didn’t report it because it was so late and we were so tired. I didn’t want to have to stay up for someone to come and fix it when I was able to do a temporary fix myself. In the morning when we were going to check out no one was at the desk. An employee was vacuuming and said I could just leave our keys on the desk, but I told her that I wanted them to know about the toilet. She looked for the front desk person and couldn’t find her. We waited about 15 minutes and finally the front desk person came. When I told her about the toilet she just said that she’d let maintenance know about it. That was it. Just let maintenance know. I don’t know exactly what I was expecting, but maybe a little more than that (like “I’m sorry.”???).

The staff was amazing and welcoming, I'm definitely going back for my next vacation.

The smell in the bathroom

The parking lot was not well lit and the hotel felt isolated located far back on the lot. I would not have been comfortable staying as a solo female traveler but luckily that was not the case. Our room was clean enough but the bathroom had a giant water stain by the toilet. The AC wall unit was not ideal for our June visit. No matter what temp we set the AC to the room felt constantly damp and all of our clothes became damp. The bedding felt damp as well. Due to the constant moisture in the room the curtain had mold on it. The room had a musty smell even after we attempted to crack the window. From the outside you could look at each window and see they were all covered in condensation. We spent as little time there as possible as we unfortunately had booked the room as part of a package and it was non refundable. Since we didn’t feel comfortable in our room we did not attempt to stick around for the continental breakfast. The large TV and desk chair were the best part of the room.

The location at night seemed a little sketch, but in the morning it felt fine. The hotel was fine, a tad dated. But really the worst part was how incredibly humid and sticky the temperature in the room was. The carpet even felt damp to the touch and there was a very strong musty and moldy odor.

The property was great. The room was great however the water pressure in the shower was really weak and to stand in the tub without falling because the floor of the tub was so slick. I am 75 years old and thank God you have grab bars in there. We also didn't get our room cleaned. We were there Monday until Saturday, supposed to get housekeeping every other day, got it Wednesday didn't get it on Friday. I had to go down and get towels and everything else we needed. That was a disappointment. We were here because my daughter is terminaly ill, our room was the last thing we needed to worry about.

The room was very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Need to put a sign to tell people to cover their mouth when they are coughing. Specially eating on the tables next to other people.

Breakfast was also disappointing— the cream cheese was warm, the eggs were cold, and when a guest asked for more eggs, a staff member squeezed them out of a plastic bag in front of all the people eating. It was very unappetizing. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location near the freeway and convenient restaurants.

Front was on her phone and wouldn’t help. Lady doing the breakfast didn’t bring any items out. Coffee was slow getting out and she didn’t refill the coffee cakes. Just acted as if they didn’t care.

Great staff they were all very kind but the hotel needs serious renovation. The carpet was lifting my shower had broken tiles and the elevator had paper and tape covering the buttons.

My only problem with my stay here was that the pool was closed for a maintenance issue and I booked my stay here because it had an indoor pool and hot tub.

Room was clean but the carpet was soled in water like the ac unit was leaking told the staff and they seem to not care. Wasn’t the most welcoming of staff either.

Definitely wow'd me to find kind and patient people, not rude or unhelpful all in one place. Hotel was clean, rooms & bedding spotless. Never made it up early for breakfast, but the lobby is a nice area to get out of your room. Semi-private desk/computer work area, few snacks & travel sized necessities. Indoor pool- wish i brought my swimsuit. Laundry room & gym! The hotel was not easy to find at night. the entrance being set behind a strip of restaurants, so if navigation is odd- trust it. NOTE: my room card key wasnt working- fd reprogrammed the card and went upstairs with me to make sure it worked....it was my fault the card didnt work- i was inserting it wrong! Thanks Kay & Charles (and all the staff) for a pleasant visit during my 4/5 day snowday!

Out of the five nights we stayed,we had housekeeping only one day(4th day) we were told,it’ll be done alternate days while checking in,we had to go down to the front desk every time to get fresh towels or whatever we needed.The hallways were never cleaned,and so are the elevator floors,so dirty.This was not what we expected from Marriott.Would never stay here again.

The room was clean and stocked. Staff was available 24/7. The hotel was clean over all. Breakfast was good and staff attended the area well. The only downside was we went for the indoor pool and the water was very cold and the pool room AC was on insteead of heating for the cold weather in December. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this Fairfield. Our rooms were pretty clean and the complimentary breakfast was good. Only small complaints we had were that certain front counter staff members could definitely be friendlier and they seem to have issues with their room key system as our cards deactivated several times during our stay. Housekeeping staff were always friendly! Would recommend for short or longer term stays in the Dallas area.

Staff was nice and courteous, Room was clean and the pool was great. And try the waffles in the breakfast area they are great.

Room needs work. Furniture damaged, sink had a crack, hallway carpets needs to be replaced. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast had good variety.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the whole facility is a bit outdated and run down. The sink in one of rooms was backed up, tiles in both of our rooms were loose, the parking lot is full of holes, and the noise from the freeway can be heard over the television.

Staff was great but that was it. We were on the 2nd floor but it felt like our room was not level. Sitting on the commode felt like we were going to fall forward and in the shower we had to stand under the water. If we walked to the back of the tub we were walking upwards. The worst thing was when the did laundry the entire room vibrated on the spin cycle. Also, there was a crack pipe next to our vehicle the next morning.

The hotel was relatively quiet, considering its convenient location next to I-635.

Property is located right off a major road. Can be a little noisy at times. The property is nice and convenient to shopping and any food type you want.

Not a great stay. Housekeeping did not service my room for my entire stay, even after asking the front desk to have it done after my second night. I ran out of amenities and had to go up to the front desk to request replacements. The overall attitude of most of the staff was not great.

We did not stay there! We had trouble cancelling our reservation. Your phone operators are very difficult to understand. Their English skills are poor. They hang up the phone whenever they can't immediately fix a problem or when a request is made to speak more slowly and clearly. We will not use Expedia again.

Average hotel. Good location. Bathroom needed work, bad lighting black around caulking dispenser broken. Lots of trash in parking lot.

Tried swiping both room keys dozens of times each. They never worked. The front desk was helpful. But through the two-night stay, we saw many other guests also struggling to get in their rooms. Not the biggest deal, but inconvenient. Cleanliness was fine. Breakfast eggs should not be microwaved in front of guests. Seems like a back-kitchen kinda thing to do. The rooms were inexpensive so you get what you get. We may not stay again but it wasn’t too bad for the money.

The room was spotless and comfortable. Also check out time is at 12:00p.m. which was a true bonus. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of hospitality and comfort, and Fairfield Inn & Suites truly delivered. Thank you for helping make our anniversary so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The signage is still very hard to see. Luckily Ive been here before. The breakfast had good food I could eat, eggs and fruit. (I am gluten and nitrate free)
