The beds also slid with light pressure on them. The floors made my kids feet turn black. They give you one tiny trash can and don't service the room daily.

Nothing Worst host I have ever witnessed in my life. Very materialistic, and careless. I have never rated any property less than 8 in my life. Room is very noisy from neighboring rooms, doors are always being slammed. Host or visitors are really loud during food times. Front door doesn't lock. They will charge you $10 for a load of laundry. $10 if you leave lights or TV on. And they wont care about anything except their money.

This place was great for a quick trip! It’s a bit older, and has been somewhat kept up with. The room was clean with no smells. Parking was easy to find. The pool was extremely clean! The only thing that could have improved, was upgrading the rooms since they had some painted over doors similar to the landlord special. The walls are thin, so if you have a neighbor, you will hear them.

The rooms were clean nothing Fancy. The problem was when we made reservations for two joining rooms we taught that's what we were getting but when we get there we got two separate rooms room 253 and 249 which was not even side by side so my wife and 15 year old daughter stayed in one room and I had to stay in the other room the only reason we stayed was we were going to half to pay one hundred dollars to cancel really disappointed in Expedia since we booked it through them.

Con’s: Small bathroom and parking lot smelled most times with that oyster restaurant dumpster being across from the main parking lot Other than that great value for your buck and I’m a travel ball parent so I will be booking again if the price is right!

I just needed a place to stay so I did it really explore the property other than where my room was. Everything looked clean to me on the outside and maintained. My check-in was fast and she was very pleasant and professional. My room was very clean. Looks like they remodeled because everything looks really nice. Bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. You literally have two restaurants next to it on each side. You can just walk there. But shopping and other places to eat are all around you.
- 2/5
there was hair from someone shaving on the counter when we walked in…
- 3/5
I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photo. The bathroom and tub area were particularly small. The bathroom sink was sort of attached in a small din area which also functioned as a closet to the bedroom area (which is the room you walk into). The staff were staff, nothing remarkable to note there. Not enough towels in the room if I’m being honest. Air conditioning was superb though. The room was clean for the most part except an odd red hair we found on our bed, neither myself or my partner have long red hair. That’s the only cleanliness issue I can point to. Our room was located such that you’re in the parking lot and you just walk into your room by unblocking it. There was no hallway or going through the front desk that separated our room from the outside which I did not love at all. In all honesty it does the job for the price you’re paying.
- 4/5
This is an older property but is better than average. Didn’t see when I booked that there was no breakfast or workout room. If I had would not have booked there for four days.
- 4/5
I was very skeptical being a of this being a motel. Room was very clean, smelled clean and the bed was very comfortable.
- 3/5
The room felt extremely warm at night

This is an unsafe space for solo female travelers. As I was checking in there was a person yelling at the front desk about something which should have been my first clue but it was late and I just wanted to sleep after traveling a long way. Got my key and found my room. The balcony directly above my room had 5-6 men standing outside on the railing watching me as I parked and went inside and dropped my bag. No issues from them but it was very unsettling being watched by a group of men. Took my dog for a walk around and around the corner of our room a man and woman were engaged in a loud argument in which the man started trying to kick in her door while she yelled that her kid was inside and to stop. That was my last straw, I packed up my stuff and left for another hotel. Not worth the stress.
- 4/5
The only negative thing I have to say is there were no hooks or towel racks of any kind in the shower or sink area.
- 5/5
Everything was great!

Clean room and secure parking
- 4/5
Place was quiet and convenient. Had a short stay but was comfortable. If you are sensitive, their cleaning products are pretty strong. It’s hard to air out your room due to windows that don’t open so I had to prop my door for a bit.
- 5/5
The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was super friendly. The property was very clean. My stay overall was excellent. The restaurant next-door was a plus I ate there every night and had such a really good time.

I would recommend it to travelers who are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Friendly Front Counter Staff. Clean rooms!
- 2/5
Room was okay. The microwave was very outdated and ragged unable to use. The grounds aren’t safe for families or with kids - lots of construction workers there and truckers come there they sit outside and smoke and drink. It’s not suitable for children; it seems unsafe.
- 5/5
Very clean and great as a quick overnight stay.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, good location , the only little problem was the mini fridge ( was making noises at night so I had to unplugged lol) definitely I will stay again!!

This was the second time staying at the property. Being familiar with it made the arrival and choosing where to park easier. We were placed on a second floor, facing the Oyster restaurant next door. This time it was much quieter than inside facing the pool. I was much happier with that. I booked it the same day we were arriving and there was no challenge with this. We also found a great 24 hour taco place about a 5 minute drive from the hotel, so that was really nice!

Our room was not cleaned one of the nights and we had to get clean towels. Also no towel bars or hooks whatsoever so no place to hang towels
- 4/5
Very clean
- 3/5
The bathroom was pretty small, and the door had visible scratches and chew marks, which made it clear that a previous guest had a dog in there. There was also some water damage along the trim near the shower area by the sink. On the positive side, the AC worked great and kept the room cold, and the bed was comfortable and seemed well-made. However, the couch had a few stains, and the sound insulation wasn’t great. I could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms. There was also a gap under the front door, which let in some light and sound from outside. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay for the price. It’s a decent, affordable place to spend the night, but it’s not quite as polished as the pictures make it seem. Pros: Affordable price Cold, working AC Comfortable bed Cons: Small bathroom Pet damage on the door Some water damage near the shower Poor sound insulation Stains on the couch

It was odd to have that many 18 wheelers around the parking lot but it did not present an issue. I am concerned About the required $50.00 deposit and list on the counter per item that they can charge for. My guess is they have had a lot of bad customers but we have never stayed at any hotel that required this. We do not travel very often any longer and this may very well be normal, but it still was a surprise.
- 2/5
We stayed 3 nights. They only have housekeeping Monday & Thursday so we had no clean daily towels. Only way to get fresh towels is walk all the dirty towels to the front desk to replace for clean ones! Very inconvenient to their guest. Few hours towards the evening the smell of weed was coming thru our vents. The bed was comfortable, fridge & microwave was the only positive I got from our stay. It’s the first and our last ever staying here again.
- 5/5
We selected a pool side room in case we wanted to use it, and that's what we got. We did hear people in the night and early in the morning outside talking loudly to each other, but that will just come with the territory of an inexpensive motel. As with any hotel I usually bring my own pillow for comfort, and would recommend it here as their pillows are very dense and not as soft as I'd like. But it doesn't detract from the hotel, or my rating of it, just a personal preference. The room was comfortable, the tv lacked some channels, it kept a good temperature, but it was not too hot outside and was suitable for our needs at an economic rate. I'd stay here again as it was central to the places I was visiting while in town.

Easy check in and check out. Room was clean and mostly quiet.

If you just need a decent place to lay your head it is what it is. You get what you pay for.

I was not comfortable to be out around the motel on Saturday night but the other 2 evening we were there, were quite comfortable. We Hank you.

Clean, well maintained room. Comfortable bed. Good internet connection. The surrounding tenants were a bit noisy later in the evening. The location was great for access to restaurants.

Hidden fees once you show up even if you’ve already paid online. Rooms are not what are advertised. I paid for a deluxe room and was given a regular room, vending machines are outdated and only take quarters. Staff doesn’t care about feedback and make you feel unimportant. People drinking outside all hours of the night. Barely any parking as the lot is filled with tree trucks that park sideways and take up 4-8 spots. I will not be back

roaches in the room, bathroom door would not latch shut the first day, but did the second. There was pre-existing damage to a chair and the inside of the bathroom door, which we immediately photographed upon entering the room, and showed to the hotel staff on check out so our service dogs would not be blamed for it. Still waiting for the refund of the deposiit they charged. Had to wait for about 10 minutes with nobody at the desk/lobby as they were gone to check another man's room for damage before he checked out. Still don't know if I have been refunded.

A customer checked in in front of me. They asked him if he wanted to pay now or when you check out. He opted to pay at check day. I asked the desk clerk if I had the same option and he advised since I had already been there 4 days and paid in advance that I could pay for the 5 day extension at check out. Later in the evening the manager stopped us and said "No pay no stay" he had the right to make the rules. I then contacted customer service at red roof. They set me up with a reservation for the next five days, and advised that with this reservation I would be able to pay at check out. I then contacted the front desk and gave them my reservation # and what i was told by customer service when i contacted them. The gentleman that answered the phone was confirming my reservation. The hotel manager took the phone from the clerk and stated, "Like I have already told you I don't care what reservation said "NO PAY NO STAY" this is my rules and you can check out now these are my rules." We then packed up and left around 10:00 PM. we had already have pay for a night that we were not allowed to use. As a paying customer I have never had a manager of an establishment talk to me the way he did.

me and my fiancé booked and there where active drug deals going on in the parking lot, loud groups of people making threats to each other we did not feel safe at all. we stayed for less than 30 minutes and they refused to give us a refund even with the unsafe environment going on and illegal activities happening on the property.
