Front desk staff very professional and friendly. Lobby photos on site false. Hotel old and ran down but clean. I wouldn’t suggest for a single female but it was safe but loud in the hallways. Air conditioning made a knocking noise all night. Lobby furniture was dirty and stained. Lady making breakfast very friendly and helpful. Parking lot was packed and some rooms had curtain rods broken and hanging from street view. But I had paid in advance so I was stuck. Bed was comfortable and clean NO BED BUGS IN MY ROOM. IT was good for a low price hotel.

The said daily house cleaning service, but they skipped our room for three days, even after mentioning the first morning the first day.

Would be nice to have a TV in the front area, not just in the bedroom area.

Location for our events ! Dallas Tx .But was disappointed with your very poor services ( Rooms v v v dirty ) and maintenance! Due to our flight delayed our check in was very late at night ! When checked in hotel went to our room It was almost midnight and observed Dirty room filthy Sticky furniture surfaces. Open drawer food crumbs inside the drawers , refrigerator was dirty especially freezer section not clean very dirty ,bathroom OMG Tub had black mold on all over surface of tub was very dirty not maintained at all toilet was very dirty with black mold growing , towels were sand paper quality. We called front desk and complain also went down to buy water were told we ran out of understood , front seat Indian guy was nice and said tomorrow I can get it cleaned so we said sure okay . Next day guess what our rooms was not cleaned so we went down and told there was bold man with no customer welcoming had bad attitude then found out his name Dustin never smiled , say hello no manners , told him we were told our room will be deeply clean ???? We were luckily and bagged for our fresh towels ! Your room trash cans are soooo dirty wonder for infections spreading if not clean between each guest stay! Funny think at the time check in customer should inform if you are giving alternative day services or infomed at third party sites so we are aware of it then we select your garbage property or not? Franchised suppose to quality one that why we choose for our event’s location! Lots of our friends and group was staying. We had event where there was over 5000 people fyi our event takes place every year !

Staff was great and so helpful, but we had to swap rooms due to the first room having a horrible smell and the bedding was still wet and smelled sour (like it had got left in the washer and not swapped over). And we seen several roaches in our room.

Nothing. Old, dirty, and uncomfortable. Unhelpful staff. The bathroom had a detached toilet seat and literally had glaze coming off of the tub. I won’t describe the carpets.

Nice staff. Clean room ; however, several piles of dog excrement outside - guests’ fault but still there for several days. Sink drain stopper not connected. I needed to go under sink to manually push stopper up or down. One nightstand by king bed which set the only table or floor lamp for the entire room which included none on table or by pull-out sofa. Breakfast was so-so. No expected waffle maker.

I did enjoy the breakfast it was great. The room was clean & spacious. No problem with parking. The only thing was the pool was small & hot spa didn't work. Overall, the staff was very friendly.

Roaches. Half eaten food under the bed. Disgusting. Talked with staff (the manager not on duty at time of check in) said it was a known issue but nothing was being done. Could not refund until a manager showed up the next day so I had to go back and wait for the manager.

They sold the toothpaste which was supposed to be free.

This is the worse stay I ever had at a hotel.

The front desk lady was very nice and customer service oriented. When you walk in the front door the entire area and sidewalks are covered with bird poop so no avoiding it and trashcan was overflowing. On the way to walk to your room the hallways smell very dingy and dirty. The room door did not fit the frame so there was a gap for lower half of door and made it look like if someone tried, they could get in very easily, The workout machines did not work, sign on door would have been nice. Would not recommend or stay again.

The hallways stunk like mildew, and the window blinds were cut in half and held together by a clip. The showers and toilets were old, and we had to beg for toilet paper everyday.

The pool is so small. But the staff was great. We stayed for baseball tournament, and location was perfect, just about 30 mins to all ballparks. This is the 2nd year thst I came for same tournament and both times stayed here. Mostly cause the staff was so nice.

The property is in need of upkeep. Missing door knobs . Broken lamps. Missing trash cans . Damaged drywall. The hot tub was broken. The pool needed cleaning. The breakfast was bare minimum. The staff was helpful but not anything like it is posted on here.

Rooms were clean and staff was courteous! Hotel location was very accessible to food accommodations and venue location.

When we checked into our first room on the 4th floor, there were roaches on the floor, the bed was dirty, and the bathtub was peeling and rusted. I immediately requested to be moved to another room. The second room wasn’t much better. There was a puddle of water under the air conditioner, and the glass closet door was off its hinges. I asked at least five times for someone to fix both issues, but nothing was done other than being handed a towel to place under the leaking AC. Eventually, a front desk employee came with a pair of pliers to try to fix the closet door. The repair didn’t work, and the glass door ended up falling and hitting my son’s head. I removed the door myself and leaned it against the wall to prevent it from falling again. During our six-night stay, housekeeping only serviced our room twice. We constantly had to ask for clean towels, and when I approached a housekeeper in the hallway, she told me to go to the front desk instead of helping. We ended up taking out our own trash, tracking down our own towels, and handling room maintenance ourselves. I do want to say that the front desk staff were friendly and did their best to help. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff were rude and unhelpful, and the condition of the hotel itself is unacceptable. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation and better maintenance. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

Stayed on the fourth floor, carpet in hallway and the room needs to be replaced. The lamp shade was broken and the bathroom seemed a little dusty.

We really enjoyed the location. There were alot of nice restaurants around the area. Room was clean.

While the facility did need some maintenance and upkeep overall it was very clean. You can tell those who work there take pride in how they run the facility. And the people were all very nice and welcoming!!

There was a screaming child that kept me up one night.

Location It’s old, smelly, stained carpet, broken furniture, it was TERRIBLE! Pool was disgusting, I told my children to brush their teeth with bottled water and we were not eating breakfast there. Everything is old. Rusty. Room doors looked as if it had been kicked in on some rooms. The first room he gave me was room 417 I believe and it was HORRIBLE. He switched my rooms. This second one was still not clean but was better than the first room. Pictures on the wall were crooked mattress on beds was stained, side of bed on wall was falling apart. Ceiling paint falls off into tub.. Tub was 2 toned with paint peeling off of the actual tub itself.. Rusty, cups spilled in the hallway, stained walls. It was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They Should be shut down and remodeling that place. The outside is beautiful but it’s definitely deceiving. Microwave did not work, tv remote couldn’t choose channels. Stained and broken couch. Smelly hotel.

Unfortunately the place was not as advertise. We got a lower grade room for the pool and the pool was dirty. That Jacuzzi water was a different color. Also, there was a few different insects in our room one on the bed one in the bathroom. The paint was peeling up in the bathtub and when we got there, there was only one towel. The breakfast was OK. It would be nice if it’s switched. It was eggs and sausage every day it’s kind of repetitive.

Very old and not kept well . The staff was always revolving between shifts . Dirty linens and bare minimum low quality toiletries. The breakfast was with no choice same everyday with 2 items and breads. Would not recommend.

The room was clean but dated. The couch was terrible no support. No TV in living room. I had a 1 bedroom suite. Cable was constantly off and internet was terrible. Sorry to say but I expected better just looking at pictures.

If you smoke weed you will love this hotel. I checked out within five minutes and could not get a refund. Wyndham needs to set a smoking policy for guests and not ask guests to put up with marijuana wafting through the hallways and into guest rooms. Would appreciate a refund!!

Breakfast was lame. Went to the grocery store to cook my own eggs and bacon in the microwave and tasted way better the. What they called breakfast. They can’t provide quarters for the laundry machines so I went to the QT to grab change. Washer worked great but the dryer did not work, so I wasted my time going to a convenience store for change and went home with wet clothes. The pool was very dirty, hot tub doesn’t work.

Other than the hallway on the 4th floor smell like dog dander really bad the room was an excellent clean condition and the staff was very helpful. They touch up on the framing of the elevator would do a lot for your lobbiesmm

*located right main rd and central to wear i needed to be. *comfortable bed Cons: * bathroom sink was dirty and the paint was coming off the tub. * ice machine on 3rd floor broken *walls very thin and you hear everything on that floor and in adjoining rooms *the coffee machine was difficult to figure out and I gave up. *breakfast was bare bones. I ended up going down the road to broken yolk to get a decent breakfast. * cost of the room should have been much lower for the quality of what you get. I won't be going back. Most LaQuintas ive been to are pretty decent, but this one is at the bottom. Ill pay more for another one to get better quality

The room was not clean at all. There was a leak actively leaking above shower, the room was musty with a strong smell. Over all just a dirty run down place.

Staff was friendly, just needs some updates looks a little run down. The bed frames were coming apart and bathroom could use some love!

Perfect location and excellent customer service!

Rooms need to be refurbished. And even though I put a “do not disturb” sign on the door, the cleaner still came in. Took a look at the free breakfast and passed on it as well. Didn’t look all that good. Finally, their little store by the front desk was limited at best. Mostly empty. Now if none of that matters to you, the cost was of staying there was pretty cheap, compared to others. And the location for me was perfect.

OMg everything was clean my sister lives in incLinny I made a mistake last time and stayed at the Hilton in McKinney it was small and it had fleas so I’m so glad that I went to LaQuinta this time I’ve always used them but last time I thought I’d change it up and I was WRONG I’m back with LaQuinta Thank you

This visit was not like any other that I have experience (I made sure to notify staff of the individual who was harassing me and the odd knocks and remarks of the man who caused this stay to end so unpleasant). Due to the uncomfortable state I was placed in. I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime soon.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but this is necessary, when we got there the bathroom door would not close, I have a teen that was not happy with seeing me use the bathroom, she never showered because she has to have privacy, the tv would not work (both) the Internet would not connect! Dead silence for the first day, the toilet had poop all over it, the shower pressure was a trickle, a vent over the bathroom was falling and roaches where coming out if it! No coffee at the coffee bar...I'll stop now, but it was so bad I would never go back!

Inside, the rooms were sizable. The TV worked fairly well, with some limitations on the remote control. The lighting was fine. The view was fince. Bed making and trash service was available every other day. The hallways and elevator entrance were somewhat distressed and in need of touchups, amd minor repairs to enhance the "inside curb appearance." For the money, it was acceptable. If you are on a budget and not expecting anything but a bed, this property is located with nearby restaurants and shops.

Staff was helpful and friendly and the bed was very comfortable. My parents had a different room and had to leave and go to another hotel because they had black mold in the bathroom and in the air conditioning. I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re really prepared to come in just to sleep and don’t expect much.

Severely deteriorated hotel as a whole. I complained about bed bugs and requested another room but was never given one and unfortunately i wake up early so had no choice but to try to make due. Breakfast was extremely minimal which wasnt the biggest deal but there was very obvious damage and filth throughout the whole hotel. They need to close it down and renovate it before the health department shuts them down. Safe to say that I wont be staying again.

this place needs a complete renovation. The rugs are filthy in the hallways and in the rooms the tubs are cracked because they’ve over sealed them. The smell in the room is horrible when I checked in there was no soap even in the room for shower. The breakfast area is deplorable. I did not even stop for a cup of tea. Do not stay here choose another place.

Our previous stay was great. Our recent stay we stayed on the first floor and it was descent but not great. Our room did looked like it was cleaned thoroughly. There was no trash can for the bedroom area. We were a family of 4 and were only given 2 towels. We found a roach crawling in our bedroom as well.

This hotel really needs some work and staff. Refrigerator did not work in room and smelled of mildew. Staff keeps the away sign up constantly. Paint peeled off walls at the elevator. Enameled peeled off bathtub.

SUGGESTIONS: provide more coffee pods,creamers & sugar in the room (ditch the packets that include a tiny napkin (they are more expensive and a waste) Get rid of the kleenex boxes (provide lotion instead) get rid of bar soap (does anyone still use bar soap? And cleaning staff will appreciate too!!! Oh,ditch the crushed foam pillows! THANK YOU for being affordable.

Toilet would not fill with water, had to take the lid off & shake the valve. They always lock me out of my room while I am at the Dr. I go at 8am and back by 9:30 key is always deactivated, check out is noon!!

Hotel was decent looking from outside it was dirty, carpet stained tub was painted and all peeled I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and full of industrial workers. Food was gross and same thing everyday. Wyndham should cut their name as it’s an embarrassment to the brand. DO NOT stay there

Roaches, no lamps, dirty linens, dirty environment, elevator was scary. One person working desk, breakfast, all things lobby and feeling stressed didn’t make for a welcoming environment (not their fault). For the money we spent it was very upsetting for the whole stay!!!

Check in was fine. Staff was courteous even though the lobby wasn’t well lit. Once I got to my room I noticed a condom wrapper on my bed.. contact lenses on the headboard and a giant red stain beside my bed. I left and stayed the night somewhere else.

There was a roach in the shower. The air conditioner was not working. After complaing several times I finally got moved to another room at 4 am had to be up at 5 am so no sleep due to being hot all night. The room I got moved to smelled of mildew. The staff was nice but would not stay again. I didn't even stay my second night.

The bathroom ceiling was broken looked like there might have been a water leak from room above . Also damage to bathroom wall on left side of bathtub. Blood on comforter. Woke up in middle if night and killed a bug of some kind. Disappointing breakfast. Dog in opposite room woke me in early morning.Great location.

Do not stay at this hotel I would give zero stars if it were an option. I would give the room cleanliness zero stars, and if I could add the pictures that I have, no one would ever stay at this hotel again the hotel is falling apart, and the manager Dustin and AJ, both disrespected my personal privacy, my personal space. I was threatened and suffered emotional abuse while I was there with my autistic son. This was the worst display of behavior that I’ve ever been a part of the room had roaches other bugs some sort of larva not one surface in our room had been cleaned. the sheets were not cleaned. They were hairs on the covers and stains. The holes in the towels, mold and mildew around the tub and all areas the shower would not drain and the stopper was broken. There was mold and disgusting black slime around the drain hole for the shower and the bathtub utterly disgusting. I wouldn’t be surprised if there weren’t bedbugs. Definitely an unsafe place for women and children. I highly suggest that no one stay there ever. The door had been kicked in. Nothing worked in the room and again not one surface on the room was wiped down or had been cleaned when moved to a second room the same thing the manager Dustin actually came to the room with me and looked at the disgusting filth in the room and moved me to another room. When he went to show me that room there was hair in the bathtub and it was still dirty. The maids were called in to clean the room before we moved into it.

Ac was noisy, could see water damage and peeling paint on walls, musty smells in hallway. Staff was perfectly nice. Ice machine wasn’t the most sanitary option- had foam cups to scoop ice vs actual scoop or dispensing.

I liked how Parking is right next to the hotel entrance. I liked that is quiet, is far way enough for me from high way. We found a few things broken in our room & not working properly. Hygiene & cleanliness are challanges found & would be of the most importance for us.

Breakfast was horrible, barely anything there at all. How do you not have orange juice at a breakfast???. It’s not in a great location, nowhere to walk. Make sure you load up at the local store with snacks. You’re screwed if you get hungry at this place, they only had about 4 microwaveable meals to choose from and nothing else at all.
