In my room (404) the AC was not working very well in the bedroom leading to a warm and slightly humid atmosphere which interrupted sleep.

Great, clean hotel and decent breakfast options.

Room = Clean but very outdated, no king size bed, shower basin makes cracking sounds, shower corners looked as if it has mold (probably it had mold), TV without any available channels or TV guide, poorly designed lighting Hallways = VERY dark Parking = Adequate Rates & Fees = NOT transparent (It be better to disclose rates, fees, desposites during the booking time, not at check-in) Overall, the staff were EXCELLENT. I would prefer a different hotel next time.

The room was clean, and bed comfy. I didn’t have the breakfast there. The staff were nice. Parking is terrible. It Was hard to find a spot the two days I was there and had to park far away, and they charge 2 bucks and some change per night to park unlike the Fairview/location. The hallway on 2nd floor and the elevator was hot The whole weekend.

Didn't like what sounded like pipes banging between the walls that began around 1:39 and continued throughout the night/morning. Made for a sleepless night.

Very pleased with the hotel and tge helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and i was not expecting such a well stocked kitchenette. Will definitely stay again!

The self serve breakfast was not great. The eggs especially left a lot to be desired.

The room itself was clean and beds very comfortable, but unfortunately as myself and my wife are senior citizens our suite was adjacent to a room with infants that were crying and fussing that you would only expect at that age. I thought I was going to have to go to the front desk and ask for another room but finally quieten down for the rest of the night. I also didn't know since I booked through Expedia that when I checked in at the front desk that there is an additional charge of $2.00 per day for parking at the Hotel? Someone with a red type fancy corvette or Ferrari was blocking the entrance with a white pop-up canopy cover over it like they owned the Hotel in the pull thru entrance to unload your luggage. That was disappointing that they couldn't have set that up in one of the empty parking places.

The halls were quiet, rooms were spacious equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, and a refrigerator and the staff were welcoming.

Everything was great! Will stay again when in the area.

Room came with a shower so no stepping over a tub wall. Breakfast was better than most.

Good experience with room and service The breakfast bar had a good variety of foods but sadly the eggs, mystery meat and muffins were not eatable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchen. I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues. There were lots of selections available for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in the future.

Our room was very clean and the bathroom was sparkling and fresh.

Only a quick one night stay but the staff was nice and the room was clean and well stocked. Were we staying longer the pool and gym looked nice. The breakfast was nice and more substantial than a lot of hotels I have stayed at.

Staff was so friendly. Came directly from a horrible experience at another hotel, and the staff went above and beyond once we arrived at this hotel. Everything was very clean. Great water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Seemed to be a safe area. Shops and food near by.

The location was great for what we had planned. The temperature of the water when taking a shower was not warm. It was very frustrating that after a cold evening we couldn’t take a warm shower to get warm.

Our second time at this property and glad we chose it again. Super friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and just the right amenities. Excellent breakfast and good wifi. Family and dog friendly! Thanks to Alexis for helping with a last minute late checkout due to an impromptu breakfast meeting. Will be coming back in May and July!

This is a nice property, but could use a refresh here and there. The desk chair in my room had torn up padding on the arm rest. Not a deal breakers, but very uncomfortable.

An improvement could be made about room service. We went 3 days without room service. Granted on of those days was a holiday - New Years, but we should have got room service either on New Years Eve or the day before that. We didn't

The staff was very kind and the room and hotel were clean. They did charge a parking fee that I find ridiculous in a suburb of Dallas with a large surface parking lot.

Nice place to stay.

I stay almost once a week and some of the rooms need some maintenance or upkeep - tvs, lighting, etc. The lighting is terrible. Also, not sure why we need a parking pass. It’s a pain to go back to my car after bringing in my stuff. Lastly, I’m an honors member but each time I have to check in instead of getting a digital key.

Place was clean however, that was the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had and this comes from someone with lots of hotel experiences. It was next level bad.

This place was aged. Limited amenities. The breakfast was disgusting. The room definitely not like the picture, very small. The “queen” suite was not at all like a suite and the bed was barely a full sized bed. The internet kept going out.

We stayed in the room for maybe 2 hours and left. We didn’t stay the night because the room smelt so bad like mildew even my kids were complaining. As soon as you got in the elevator it smelt like wet dog. It was awful.

3 stars for cleanliness in room and around property. The room was “clean” but had a sour odor. I have yet to receive the $60 refund for whatever they charged me for when I got there. Staff was friendly.

Conveniently located. Access to plenty of food, shopping, quick stops. Gym worked well. Room was great. Extremely clean. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast was tasty and fresh.

This was our first stay at this hotel and we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely look to stay at this hotel when traveling and will be back to this specific location next time we’re in McKinney.

I’ve had a few experiences of bed bugs in hotel rooms but fortunately, I didn’t experience that here. Furthermore, the entire room was nice and clean. I am planning to visit again and will definitely be booking here again!

Nice place for a couple of days

Pool was a bit dirty like floating hair, debris on the bottom. Other than that nice room friendly staff. Breakfast we decent. Nothing fancy but substantial enough.

It was a shirt overnight trip but the staff were wonderful, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. My family and I had a nice evening visit outside by the fire pit (summer; it was not active). Overall it was a very enjoyable stay

The location was very convenient. The staff was friendly. The attention to detail with towels left us grossed out. A Towel had been placed in clean linen that was vile.

Great environment and super clean hotel

The staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Lighting was dim in the room. The pool was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. The room was quiet. The carpet did not look too clean and could have smelled better. Appreciated the water bottles and green apples we could help ourselves to.

The hotel was neat and organized. Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Rooms nice and clean with good amount of amenities. The only thing is the noise levels are a bit rampant with doors slamming throughout my 3 day stay. That exit door slamming every few minutes was annoying. Perhaps a slow quiet closing mechanism will do wonders

We liked that the room, though not updated was very clean and had nice amenities with kitchenette including: dishes, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The property was in quiet and safe neighborhood, with convenience access to the major freeways.

The property was convenient and good value for what you get. Breakfast was pretty good for free (make your own waffles, breakfast cereal, some semi-hot food.) Staff was not around much and front desk was just OK, not really friendly or helpful but also not bad. Pretty full kitchen.

My husband and I liked the property, the manager, the staff, but the synthetic sheets on the bed, designed to help keep you warm, do not breathe. We finally removed the top sheet and slept better the last night. I will not return to HiltonHome2 for this reason.

Overall hotel was good. Staff was pleasant and rooms clean. Only drawback is location which requires you to exit onto a very busy access road with fast moving vehicles exiting highway.

We had a good stay here. Hotel was clean and quiet. The fitness center was excellent. I wasn't a fan of breakfast.
