The first impression was "this place smells so good, feels like home" Clean room, enough packing spaces, helpful management team, really nice maids 👍, excellent location. The breakfast was great we enjoyed.

Property was great! The only thing that was inconvenient was that the key cards wouldn’t unlock surrounding entrances of the building. Entry was only allowed at main entrance. Key cards would also stop working after a certain amount of hours. It was frustrating going all the way to your floor and going all the way down cause the key cards wouldn’t unlock would deactivate

I stayed there twice in a week. The first room looked new whereas the second room looked very dated but clean. I was disappointed about that. The breakfast was not worth the price I paid. Not even for the coffee. The lady overseeing breakfast was busy talking to a friend and obviously distracted. She was clearly not working or refilling anything. Please change your morning pastry offering. Those things are tasteless and feel like glue in your mouth.

Power went out for 5 hours my first night - staff did the best they could but mgmt refused to reimburse any of the stay.

The breakfast choices were amazing! I have dietary restrictions, and was able to have enough to eat. Whatever the scent is that is used to clean was a little strong smelling. I survived, but didn't enjoy it.

Room was fine, breakfast was NOT included. At the bathroom sink, the two choices of dispensers was body lotion and shampoo? Hand soap or body wash would have been nice instead of shampoo?

The hotel appeared to be under construction, yet there was little evidence that appropriate measures had been taken to maintain cleanliness or minimize the impact on guests. The property was noticeably dirty, both inside and out. Upon check-in, my initial room was in poor condition. It had a strong, unpleasant odor that appeared to be masked by a wall-plug air freshener, suggesting the issue was already known. The bathroom walls were visibly dirty, and the overall room cleanliness fell well below basic hospitality standards. I was moved to a second room, which fortunately did not have the same odor, but it was also not clean. What was most concerning was the lack of consistent housekeeping. The same dirt and debris remained in the exact locations for multiple days, indicating that routine cleaning was either not occurring or was being performed inadequately. Even the elevators showed no evidence of daily cleaning. Our group had multiple rooms reserved, and nearly every room experienced significant issues. One room had no functioning air conditioning. Rather than providing a suitable solution or alternate accommodation, staff ran an extension cord from a neighboring room in an attempt to power a portable cooling unit. Similar extension cords were visible throughout my floor, creating an appearance of improvised repairs and raising concerns about both safety and propert

The honesty fairness of the MANAGEMENT Everything was great - we got sick with the explosive diarrhea virus in the morning that we were supposed to check in. The hotel and Booking.com were able to work it out that are fees were all refunded. Appreciate it more than we can ever say. We’ll definitely come back.

The cold shower and weird coffee assortment in the room

it was a good place to spend the night. big comfortable room, seems like it could have been much better, but the price was right. no clue why they had nozzles in the rear of the shower with no way to turn them in and the ceiling fans were on very high with no way to reach them to slow them down a bit

The pool is indoor - it smelled horrible, the room was just as hot as outside no air conditioning-I’m sure it’s mold! I couldn’t stay I went next door to the Tru Hilton!

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn 3220 Craig Drive! Ms. India (front desk clerk) provided exceptional service. I was outside with family members in the Texas heat and she notice we was out there sweating and she brought us water. I have never been to a hotel where the front desk clerk pay attention to guests that well. I give this location a 5 hands down.

Baseboards in bathroom were partially missing, bath tub plug would not close or move, was stuck open. Room was not really super clean, found a previous patrons sock between night stand and wall. Air Conditioner wouldn’t stay on overnight making it hot.

The TV in my room had a serious problem with the image quality. I asked the front desk person to have that taken care of, but nothing was done until I asked again the next day, when a different person had it done in 30 min.

Breakfast menu was fresh. Staff was helpful. The room was clean but smelled very weird and even the fitness center had an awful odor. The TV in my hotel room had a perpetual blue screen tint and was nearly unwatchable.

My only complaint is that I requested a room on an either floor 1 or 4 and got neither.

Room was great, spacious, and clean. The housekeeping staff (especially Isabella) was superb and very friendly. The front desk staff was not great. Whenever we had questions or asked for items for our room, it was either answered with an attitude or a roll of the eye. The pool was freezing and apparently we were supposed to tell the staff 4 hours prior that we wanted to use it so it would be warm enough to use. The key cards do not work properly for the pool or fitness center. There's a little trick you have to do to make the key card work to get into the pool. Overall it was an okay stay. Definitely do not plan on staying there again.

We have stayed at this location many times - it is clean but needs attention - the floors are sloping, which is concerning. This is not the first time we have been in a room where the floors slope. All in all good place, clean. Just needs some upkeep attention. The bar is pretty

Shower had mold in it. Lots of stains on the rug by the chair. We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. Breakfast lady was rude and the food served was less than desirable.

This is the first Holiday Inn Express that we have stayed at that didn't include breakfast. There was an option to purchase at a discount through the app (2for $11.) It is $10 per person if purchased on site. Room was clean and comfortable. About what you'd expect..

They didn't give me a receipt when I checked out; my Expedia receipt doesn't match what this hotel actually charged my card. I called the hotel at 11:30 AM, but they don't feel like answering the phone at that time. They don't have voicemail. The phone just rings and finally hangs up. Does anybody even work there? It should not be this complicated just to get a receipt!

Clean room, friendly and quick staff

I have friends who live in McKinney and when they have a party/event, I will stay at this hotel instead of driving back to Fort Worth. All my stays have been excellent.

Room wasn’t clean upon arriving, sink wasn’t draining properly. When addressed didn’t recieve proper solutions

Heater worked to our satisfaction. Friday breakfast was ok.. not great. We ate eggs. English muffin. Bacon. Coffee. Apple juice. We did arrive breakfast at 915.. my fault late.

I was disappointed with our room I booked through Expedia. The hvac unit in the room was making the carpet wet so my husband went to call the front desk but our phone in the room didn’t work. He called the front desk from his cellphone. The toilet was continuously running. I find it hard to believe that no one that stayed in this room prior to us did not notify the front desk of all the issues.

not clean: a lot of mold and mildew in the grout of the shower in 311. we moved to 211. still not acceptable. otherwise room ok but nothing special.

Nice clean room, property and breakfast was wonderful. Checking in and out was easy and staff was very friendly. Property was very close to the soccer fields our grandson’s soccer team played at and also close to Lots of great eating places.

The room and building were in good condition but the ice machine was dirty. I drank melted ice cubes and was deathly ill for two days. The health department should make them clean the toxic bio-film from the dirty machine that makes toxic ice. I know it was the ice because only I drank it and only I was deathly ill. Definitely a horror story. I hope they clean the carpets better than their machine. Breakfast was dried eggs, not real. But bed was great. So goods and bads here.

I don’t expect a pristine room at some of the more affordable places. I do not expect, however, for mold in the shower grout, some unidentifiable (because I was not going to inspect too closely) gunk on the door jam, or for the drawer in the kitchenette to contain so many to-go condiments that the drawer stank like a fast food restaurant upon opening. There some cosmetic issues, but once I found the mold everything else took a back seat. The room served it purpose. But I will have to budget smarter next time around to avoid this situation again

Our room was quiet and clean. We were able to check in early. We went to breakfast an hour before it ended and the choices were slim. What was there had been there awhile. It wasn’t very fresh.

Booked a king suite, checked in and was charged for a king suite. Room was already occupied when we went in, luckily they weren't in the room because that's a good way to get shot. Called the front desk and said somebody has their things in this room, she comes up. Girl says "I must've messed up the rooms when I was doing the reservations. I can put you in a standard king and discount it for your inconvenience" 2 days later I go to check out and ask if the room was discounted. She says no because you booked through Expedia and not us. Yes I booked through Expedia but I paid AT THE HOTEL. You can't tell me she couldn't have went back in and changed the amount charged to my card, since I had just paid there 15 minutes prior and she screwed up my reservation. The suite included complimentary breakfast for 2 but apparently the standard king didn't. Sign said breakfast buffet $9.99. I wasn't about to pay for $40 worth of breakfast for 2 days after I had already paid the extra in the beginning for a suite not a standard room. Day 2 only parking was in the back, neither key card worked so had to walk all the way around to the front door, I have a bad hip. 2 ladies at the desk. Said our keys won't open the door. Never seen either of them before this moment. Girl asked what room and programmed the cards again. Didn't ask for ID, didn't even ask our names. Could've found the keys laying in the parking lot, just said a random room and had access to steal their things

Blinds were broken, the toilet seat was wobbly, the sink was very slow to drain, paint chipped, elevator very rickety. When I asked questions I was treated like I was stupid.

The hotel has gone down since the first time I stayed 2 years ago. The A/C worked, but had to keep the temperature in the 60’s to keep the room decently cooled. The bathroom wasn’t super clean.

The room smelled moldy, likel the walls or carpet were wet, I was congested the entire time I was in my room, the sheets even felt damp and there was a stain on the bed sheets. Not pleased with the room/hotel
