Everything was great until we tried to use the microwave.It did not work. We used the one in the lobby.

Everything was fine until 9 a.m., when maintenance staff woke me up because the air conditioner was leaking. It was very unpleasant; I had already asked not to be disturbed, yet they came and tried to enter while someone else was sleeping—so I refused. They made me turn off the air conditioner after they left.

Deadbolt was very difficult to engage and disengage. The room smelled like either pet urine or mold. There was damage to the bathroom door like someone had punched the door. The room appears like it was painted recently. We did not eat the included breakfast as it was minimal.

The staff is amazing from the front desk clerks to the house keeping staff and the kitchen staff.

Room had a stale odor to it, though the air-conditioning was set a 70°, turned it down to 68° which took some of the odor out. Bathroom bathtub had a light visible dirt ring, and there was spots of mold on the bathtub caulking. There are no towel bars to hang towels on after use. The pillows on the bed were the most uncomfortable fluff with no support, no comfort. Hotel stairway was very humid and warm. The pool water was a dark green color, definitely would not have put even a toe in that. The fitness room had two pieces of equipment, the rest was missing so it was primarily an empty room outside of two pieces equipment. It was difficult getting into the room due to the key reader not always working properly.

It’s the little things… The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the a/c worked well… Big things, check. Little things… Not so much… Shower head did not work properly, in room coffee pot had a pod adapter that wasn’t designed for that unit and therefore was not functional, there was no seating area in the room - no couch, no chair just a single desk and desk chair, additionally the indoor pool was cloudy, off colored, and did not look welcoming. Was it terrible, no. Was it on point, also no.

Nice location. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Staff was really good about putting clean towels in our room. Fridge would not cool and we realized it needed to be defrosted. The ice accumulation was considerable! Titanic size iceberg status so unsure as to how that got overlooked. We defrosted and remedied that ourselves. We realized the first night of our 3 night stay that the air wasn’t cooling like it should either. We actually bought a fan for the remaining two nights and still slept mostly without blankets. To be fair, if I had actually mentioned it to staff they would have most likely tried to fix it. I felt like there was a good chance we could not be moved due to the timing and capacity during our trip so I never asked. That’s on me.

The hotel was good and comfortable. The only complaint was the stale smell in the room. I think it was the carpet… some Febreeze or carpet freshener would make a big difference. I would stay there again.

We booked the king whirlpool room, which was pretty awesome. The front desk gal was not. When I arrived she was on the phone and did not even acknowledge my presence for the entire 10 minutes I was standing there at the counter. She could easily have put them on hold to check me in, which only took about a minute since I booked online. Other than that the stay was fine.

We asked for an extra blanket for the sofa bed that was going to be used and they would not give us an extra blanket. They said they didn’t have to. Poor customer service. The guy was really rude about it.

The location was good. The door to our room 319 would stick and was very difficult to open and close. The room was warm and took a significant time to cool down. The hotel fire alarm came on at 3:30 am and we were never informed about what happened. We don't have any idea whether it was a prank or if there was an actual fire. It was just an overall bad experience and not sure if we will return or recommend La Quinta moving forward. Not an experience I enjoyed paying for.

Disgusting

I’ve seen mixed reviews from this location, but I had a good experience all around. As usual, I checked in within 5 minutes. The halls smelled clean and the elevator worked. The halls were pleasant and clean as well. No weird smells or anything like that. Getting into the room was simple enough, swipe the card slot and bam, typical hotel room. We had the bigger room with a king bed on the side and a tv and dresser opposite of that, window in the back, bathroom by the entrance. The old reliable layout. Fine with me. It works. The bathroom was clean and the plumbing worked. The ac kept us cool and the beds were soft. I didn’t try the breakfast as I had to leave in a hurry, but other guests seemed to enjoy it so I give it a pass. Parking wasn’t an issue and it wasn’t loud or distracting. I had a good stay. Minus one star for the foamy pool. That usually means ph balance is off. It’s fine to use, but a crystal clear pool is the way. Other than that, 8/10 would recommend.

The room was clean and well maintained. the bathroom had a tub and shower. The breakfast had plenty of options, such as oatmeal, cold cereal, eggs and sausage along with several beverages. There were not plenty of television channels to choose from, but I was visiting and enjoyed the city. The room had the usual amenities and was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

There was hair in the bed, and we could not sleep at all the room was extremely hot and 100% humidity so much that the bed sheets were sticky.

Everything seemed old and rickety, smelled odd, like old smoke and fabuloso cleaning supplies. Shower head is only good if you are shorter than 5 feet tall. Location is about the only good thing this place has going for it.

Clean room. Nice crisp white sheets and comforter. The a/c was super cold. TV channels were great. Big fridge and microwave! Fast elevator. Staff super helpful and nice. Breakfast yummy! Will stay again!

Had an issue with the AC unit. Staff was on top of it. Could not be fixed and moved me into a new room quickly. Very friendly staff. Both my first room and then the second room were clean. Breakfast was great. Great stay again!! : )-

The manager Tamara was so kind. She was so helpful with any requests I had. The other staff members were also courteous and always said hello. The rooms were very clean. The air conditioning in the rooms stayed consistent and kept the room cool from the hot summer hot. The breakfast was delicious and always on time.

A strong mildew odor usually indicates a hidden moisture problem, trapped spores, or deep root growth (hyphae) in porous materials. I couldn't sleep i had to spray cologne to kill the odor..

What was advertised was not there. The gym wasn't full of equipment it had a treadmill and a bike that was it. There was no hot tub with the pool. Our room had the Jacuzzi tub which was nice.but whoever laid the tile and caulk did a horrible job. It was all separating from the walls. The elevator also didn't have an inspection label on the inside of the elevator. So who knows how long it's been since it was last inspected. That right there was a big red flag. There was a bit of trash here and there but thats to be expected when there are kids in the hotel. Other than that it was nice. But not worth the $200 a night for the room. Where we live it's half that for much nicer rooms.

Front desk was not very friendly, looked more put out that we were checking in. Lobby and elevators were clean. Room appeared clean when we walked in but with odd smell.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The hotel needs to be upgraded. Our sink was cracked and the paint was pealing off the door frame. It was a good place to stay and convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Establish was very friendly a lot of things in the room like the Lenny head more lights, crooked bathroom light at the flip on and off to get it to come on just a few small things other than that the state was great, but definitely like the staff very friendly and very helpful

Over all, it was not bad. It's affordable.

Staff was wonderful. No water pressure and there was a lot of garbage outside as well as homeless family staying in there cars in the parking lot.

There is no hot tub it has been filled in. And the indoor pool is not heated. I was not able to get a refund to be able to switch hotels. This is a very inaccurate description of this hotel.

The room was clean, did not look worn in any way, and smelled fresh. Even though my room was directly across the hall from the elevator, minimal hallway sound could be heard and I enjoyed interacting with the staff. Liked the breakfast. Will stay here again when in the area.

We purposely booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool on our down time. We have young kids that were excited to swim and the hot tub was a bonus. The hot tub that they advertise is currently filled in with cement and they had the pool closed because they claimed it was too cold for use. Our room was decent, could've been cleaner but the ac/ heating unit would make a terrible noise when it kicked on.

Everything was great except the shower head holder was broken and not repaired our whole stay, as a result we went through a lot of towels drying the floor.

Dogs in other guests rooms barking all night. Children in room next to mine, yelling scream jumping on the floor and bed till 3:00 AM. Tried to call front desk, never answered, couldn’t find her in the lobby. Terrible, got no sleep for 48 hours.

Firstly I would like to say the staff was accommodating and helpful, but the rooms are being over charged for how stained the walls were and in our room specifically there was a hole in the floor far corner by the air conditioning that would have resulted in injuries if we were not aware. Now when I was checked in my card was charged for the full amount, 2 days later more money was taken as a “processing fee” of $463 when the stay was paid for and I was told that the money should have returned the man at the desk did something when checking me in to cause the money to be taken. I was given a break down and it was charging me day by day after it was paid. While I was at the front desk $316 was then taken ontop of the $463, the manager was able to refund it then and there. We added a new card so no more money was taken and their system tried to take the $316 back. I was out of state hours from home without funds to get back. Safe to say I will not be trusting this location with any money in the future and will be going to a different hotel for my next stay.

This hotel was located in a commercial area, close to the freeway and near restaurants, stores and gas stations. One of the issues I had was the quality and quantity of the breakfast was very minimum. The breakfast selection was very small. No orange juice, no bacon, hashbrowns or country potatoes. The eggs tasted weird. They were very puffy.

Staff was friendly and helpful!! The battery died to the door locking me out of my room, the staff was quick to remedy the problem.

Staff was extremely helpful. The only thing I have to say negative is out shower/tub floor was stained so bad it looked dirty. But overall 4/5 stars! Smelt and looked clean! Comfortable stay

I think the eggs were powdered eggs. No gravy for the biscuits. I've never seen that before in a continitial breakfast invironment. Only decent breakfast item was the waffle.
