We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and the staff was helpful!

The tv kept losing reception and the fire alarm went off 2:00AM with no guidance.

Breakfast was good. I had to ask for towels because room service passed me. Ran out of tissues too. But they were nice. I wish there was an extra trash bag or two in the room -- comes in handy when you have diapers. Second floor ice machine broken. I could hear people in their rooms walking down the hallway. Also maybe a dog running around in the floor at night time. The room was clean but there were oatmeal pie pieces stuck on the carpet for some reason. Sadly didn't get to use pool or hot tub like I had hoped. Also sucked there was only one elevator.

Elevator was down for 2 days, our room bathroom door was completely coming apart on the bottom.

Very pleasant stay and clean room

Most of the staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. I loved the automatic pancake maker. The rooms were clean and I loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We had a king size bed but it was very hard and uncomfortable but our last night we slept on a queen bed and it was much more comfortable. We were asked to not log into our own streaming services so we just watched the satellite channels available until the storm came in the evening. After that the satellite wasn’t working so we couldn’t finish watching the movie we started. Also the hot tub was barely warm. Over all our stay was pretty good and I would recommend for a short stay.

The building and rooms are pretty run down. The pool room had a weird smell and the hot tub was luke warm. For the price, it definitely disappointed.

The room had a window blocked totally by the entrance as if room has no window. Tried to change and couldn’t knowing I had the booking a week ago The pancake machine was broken for breakfast The carpet was not very clean and you can see some small pieces of trashed around the edges and corners

There was rust everywhere. Door jambs pool fixtures. Also in the rooms. Bathrooms etc.

The staff was friendly, location was very close to the gym we were playing at, rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast was great!

Hotel staff is rude. First they charged my card $25 incidental fees before I even stepped foot on the property… hours before check-in. Then when I checked in they charged me $25 per day for incidentals so if you are staying multiple days be prepared to be charged separate $25 incidentals fee for each and every single day you stay. They don’t tell you about the daily incidentals fee they just charge it to your card - then they get mad and are rude when you ask why you’re being charged. They also retain the fees they didnt tell you they were charging you for 3-5 business days after you check out. Management does not respond to questions or complaints and will not speak with customers. Staff is rude and corporate customer service passes the buck back to the hotel but management doesn’t speak to customers.: Breakfast is mostly carbs and poorly prepared watery eggs and watery gravy. There were crumbs around the cabinet in our room, trash in the bed. The TVs take 2 remotes, one to turn it in and operate the sound, the 2nd one to change the channel. The hot tub was murky and poorly maintained. IGH and Holiday Inn do not care and do nothing to resolve any issues that arrive.

Who doesn't like fluffy eggs, juicy sausage and bacon, biscuits, gravy, bagels and toast? They also have cereal if you're into that. The pancake machine was broken, but I had more than enough to fill up on. I would stay again just for breakfast. The pool and hot tub combo were nice as well. For the money, you get bang for your buck.

Pool was unusable due to extremely strong chlorine smell that burned our eyes. That way each day of our stay.

I had a long wait at front desk, clerk was kind. The bath tub faucet in our room would not turn off so it ran all day and all night. It was on when we walked in and on when we walked out.

My bed was rock hard, the tv was difficult to operate, one remote to turn it on, the dish remote receiver had fallen behind the dresser because the "glue" they used was cheap. Trim around the bathroom door was coming off. No closer on the door. No spoon or stir stick for the coffee in the room.

The faucet in the tub was heavily dripping the whole time, we couldn’t really sleep because of the noise of the water dripping. There was old trash in the cabinet next to the fridge.

Only one entrance worked and keys wasn’t working to anything! The bed was super hard with springs, I had the bee of the roof that had dirty towels and water guns on the roof.

The pool is heated.That is the main reason we stayed.But the breakfast was good also.

Our stay was good. The breakfast was good and had good variety. The pool was nice and seemed clean. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was mostly clean needed a little more attention in certain areas but not much. The beds were not the best but not the worst.

The hotel itself and staff

This hotel was very clean and we were helped pretty quickly by the person at the front desk. The hallways and rooms were clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub was actually hot which was nice. The cleanliness of the pool looked better from pictures I’ve seen which is what i was most worried about but it was fine. We rested well, had something to watch on the tv, there’s restaurants and shopping less than 20 minutes away. The breakfast was very good a lot of options and it was free buffet style.

Cinnamon rolls are always good and fresh fruit was good. Bed was very comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were incredibly dirty. It was very disappointed as that was a main reason for choosing this property. The room itself also smelled stale and almost musty. It was not pleasant.

Very clean, comfortable and nice with a great breakfast and good customer service. The road noise was not bad at all as it was in a hotel down the road I stayed in. We’ll stay again.

Would def stay here over and over. Property was clean, get safe, near all the essential shopping, nice staff. I loved the little bit of highway noise bc I didn’t have to use a sound machine to sleep. My only complaint which is completely minimal is the hot tub was not hot lol. But pool and hot tub was clean and hotel room priced appropriately.

No real complaints. Highway was a bit noisy.

Staff was friendly, however the hotel was noisy close to room 129. I was awakened several times starting around 5:00 am. I ended up checking out at 7.

The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, the facilities were all in good working order, the staff friendly and it was convenient to the hospital and HEB grocery where there is a great deli. Monique is an angel at the front desk.

The lady that worked night shift was very friendly and had a great personality. Very helpful and Thad a great personality! That was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in a long time.

From check in to check out the staff were kind and accommodating. And it may be minor to some but they offered healthy options for breakfast. The hot tub and indoor pool was a nice addition. No complaints at all.

Other than Rene (delightful evening shift clerk) we did not find helpful or friendly staff Our first night my wife went to front desk to get a clean set of sheets as the main bed had crazy amount of dried blood (not just blood stains). Our adult sons were traveling with us one sleeping in the Queen bed the other trying (unsuccessfully) to sleep in the the sofa bed. Sofa bed was TERRIBLE-like a thin comforter laying over the springs. We tried inserting the sofa cushions under the mattress with minimal relief. Unfortunately we had booked this hotel for 2 nights because of its excellent location. Great area but would recommend one finds another hotel in the area.

Nice hotel with large rooms but location on one-way frontage road makes access problematic. No restaurants in walking distance.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The first night we only had 2 bath towels and one wash clothe. Requested more towels the next day but didn't get them. The next day reqested room clean and towels was done. The staff wasn't "Texas" friendly. But overall would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place looks nice. Rented a studio room. Room had a armoire for clothes but cost had no rod or shelf. Stains looks like mold. Couldn't use heat, due to the nauseous gases that emulated when heat were on. Had to grab extra blankets to stay warm at night

The doors to rooms need upgrading. Had issues with access to my room. The Manager is excellent though.
