It’s located at a nice location, has a lot of restaurants/stores around it but still a calm environment around it.

The outside of the property and lobby was clean. The rooms were outdated with poor lighting. Bathroom towels and wash clothes were old and stained. Water pressure very low.

Everyone was very king and helpful. Especially the lady in the kitchen. We had the best time.

The elevator did not work the entire time I was there. My wife had an injury the day before and she couldn’t hardly get up the stairs. Not good!

Breakfast was great every morning. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great when we ask for extra stuff. The 2nd day we were there the elevator didn't work. That was a little unpleasant to carry to much luggage up and down.

Cecile was amazing at check in, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible ! 10/10 experience! Thank you!

The location and price Our AC didn’t cool. Our friends all said their rooms worked well. The shower pan was loose and felt like we were about to fall through the floor to the 1st floor. The elevator was broken. It broke last year when we stayed here too.

We had an A/C unit that was working, but wasn’t running properly and we had to sit in the room at 82 degrees for a good hour instead of just switching to a room with a better A/C unit. The crew was telling us it works, but not only did it do it one night, but the following night was the same way.

There 3 roaches in our room when we entered. It was disgusting and the staff acted like it was no big deal and happens all the time. We got our money back and went to the Holiday Inn next door. GROSS.

The property was clean and the location was pretty close to Austin Texas. The staff was very nice and easy to interact with. For the price it’s definitely worth it. It was a “water” smell in the bathroom area and in the hallways. The breakfast was ok. The food was good typical hotel food but the apple and orange juice was horrible. No idea why the juice was bad.

Just one suggestion: Do not perform cleaning in the entrance hall during coffee break. A lot of noise.

Always a great stay! Helpful staff and clean rooms . In the perfect area because everything you need is in close proximity and you won't regret booking.

I like the peace and quiet. Staff was very polite, room was clean. I don’t usually eat there breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The one thing that I didn’t like was we were one the first floor and whoever was above us walked hard.

Beds were hard and extremely high. I had to run and jump to get up on the bed. Desk chair kept going down. Only having one armchair proved to be a little bit of an issue as only one of us could sit comfortably and watch TV. I ended up sleeping in the chair covered up with my beach towel because I got tired of trying to get back up on the hard bed.

Clean room

This hotel needs to be renovated. Just not the same as it was on previous stays. The restroom doors do not stay open. Rooms do not cool well. Hallways smelt bad. Just time to spend some money on modernizing the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Everything was great excpet the lighting in the room. It needs a light on the ceiling in the middle of the room. Room was to dim had to have light come in through window

The room smelled damp and old and there was mold in the tub. The breakfast was not good at all we ended up eating out every day for breakfast after the first attempt.

Place smelled like marijuana, carpets were dirty. Limited breakfast. Dirty towels in hallway I would not recommend this place

We had a nice stay in Mansfield. The accommodations were good. Location was great for what we visited for. Many places to eat and shopping very close. Within a reasonable distance from Fort Worth.

This was in use for an impromptu trip to Texas and it did not disappoint. This location provided me four nights of a very accommodating stay to include breakfast and a quiet corridor. I appreciate all of the handicapped accessibility that the property provided. Will seek out this Property again for future travels.

Everything was great except the fire alarm, I work overnights so that was an inconvenience. Only other complaint would be shower only got lukewarm. Aside from that, great stay and staff!

Great area and nice building location. Check in was easy and room was comfortable. Shower/tub had great water pressure and was very clean. Breakfast was good and had some variety. Loved that it was so close to HEB and lots of restaurants. We would love to come back and stay again.

Just an average place. There was typical Oklahoma thunderstorm during our stay and half of the building loss power. If the room had power, the bathroom didn’t. If the bathroom had power, the room didn’t (no air conditioning). The hotel was indifferent about the experience because it’s “weather related”. The price charged for 3 star average hotel is crazy in this area. Would recommend going a few minutes further out to a better hotel for less money.

My truck didn’t get stolen out of the parking lot this time so i guess that’s good.

Usually satisfied with Comfort inn, but this visit was not very comforting. Our light it lamps in the room did not work and there was stains on our comforters and sheets.

The room was spotless. I am a healthcare provider, RN, braving the winter ice storm. The staff went above and beyond asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable. It’s very appreciative.

The elevator sounded like it was going to fall at any moment. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work. The breakfast was subpar, and there is no daily housekeeping unless you request it. On top of that the vending machine wouldn’t give us the we paid for and we were told to call the company directly for a refund or for them to open the machine to get the product out, but it’s like a 10 minute wait…. Pay a little more and go next door.

The rooms needs to be sanitized because there is a very strong odor in one of my rooms and the hallway

The room was comfy and the property clean and staff was wonderful. Only thing we noticed there seem to be some shade stuff going on in the hotel. Some ladies business I would say.

This place doesn’t really fit today’s standard. Sketchy elevator and dim lighting in the main lobby. We ended up using the stairs because we didn’t trust the elevator, and the stairs haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The hotel room was not up to par. The shower’s water pressure was incredibly low. Even with the AC cranked up all the way the room was hot. The AC unit is constantly blocked by the curtains so it’s probably a design flaw. Very old TV, sheets didn’t look very clean, and the pillows were incredibly flat and had no cushion on them. For over 100 dollars for one night, I felt like I got ripped off.

Very worn and creaky. Windows don’t protect much of the sound from highway. Asked for extra towels and then the next day, we were back down to two only. Pillows bad. Linen worn with shoddy elastic, sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Would not recommend unless you bring a sound machine and ear plugs

In town for a swim meet and all the other nearby hotels were full, so we went with Comfort. We left after 3 days very happy. The room was clean, the staff was so nice and let us check in early and check out late to accommodate my swimmer’s schedule. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved that juice and good tasting water were available anytime for our swimmers to grab (or fill water bottles). The room refrigerator was very cold for our snacks, the microwave worked and was clean. Overall a pleasant experience.

My stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites was pleasant. The hotel was clean and very quiet, and my room was neat and dust-free. The only issue I noticed was that the bathroom didn’t have a place to hang bath towels. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the coffee was excellent, and the dining area was spotless and well organized. I will return.

We did arrive late so didn’t do our usual inspections. The next morning we found blood on the sheets we had just slept on. Tried talking to front desk but they were away during checkout. Sent the picture to someone on the cleaning staff but the hotel never reached out. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel itself is old, it appears clean but is run down. The breakfast is terrible.

Elevator sound and felt like it was going to fall apart

Location was convenient to restaurants & stores if needed. Staff was friendly & helpful. As for the room, the AC didn’t work well & it was very humid in the room every night we came in even though we’d set it to a comfortable temp each day. Also, the bed was pretty hard & not very comfortable so it made for some sore days for this 40 something couple. In addition, the bath didn’t drain well so there was standing water every time we showered. Overall, just an ok place to stay. It served its purpose for our quick trip but probably won’t return.

The elevator was out of order. But we were only on 2nd floor and right by stairway so wasnt too bad.

The water spout in the tub fell off and there was pubic hair on the toilet. And hair in the sink.

Staff was especially accommodating in getting us in 2 hours early on our check in. Very helpful as we were attending our grandson’s funeral, and we were wanting to spend as much time as possible before the service. This early check in allowed us that. (Thank you Melissa)

Staff friendly, room gross, no grout in tile so tiles moved when you walk on it; mildew in bathroom; handicap room and the bench was so gross in the shower- very dirty looking and rusted- gap above door where Sheetrock was not repaired… paint missing on different parts of the room; bed seemed clean, but I would not ever stay here again for the price we had to pay. It was awful.

The air conditioning was breaking down they eventually fix it after about 10 hrs into your stay but offered no compensation not even a discount nothing theyvwaa also kinda rude to my kids

This hotel wascin an excellent location. I have a few things that I didn't like. The elevator was awfully slow and they have the most horrible continental breakfast I ever had.
