The staff was great, check in was very quick and easy. Room was clean and the temperature was nice and cold on a super hot day. My only complaint was the room didnt smell the best, like it used to be a smoking room. I would stay there again.

I will never be staying there again. The pictures of the rooms look nothing like it. The hallways and rooms are very outdated with a mildew smell. The girl who checked me in was not friendly and had bad customer service skills. Its better to spend a little more money to get a better hotel.

This is a scam. The pictures online look nothing like the rooms. The lobby looks nice but as soon as you step off of the elevator it smells like mildew. The rooms also are very humid and have a mildew smell. The rooms and hallways were very outdated. The girl who checked me in was not friendly at all and had bad customer service skills. When we first checked in and walked to our room the look we got from the man next door was so mean and cold I knew it was going to be something from that moment he judged us, we went to the pool and there were other families there as well, us(black), a Hispanic family and a white family and it’s a pool the kids were all playing splashing whatever because again it’s a POOL but I cuts the white lay didn’t like that so she went and told the front desk so the guy proceeds to come in and tell the Hispanic family no splashing, then walks Around the pool SKIPS the white Womans and comes directly to us to tell us the same thing meanwhile her daughters was jumping in the pool directly by me splashing us but you know it’s a pool and it’s water if you don’t want to be splashed then leave, but I felt racially profiled because why not tell her the same thing she had kids too and they were splashing us but since we didn’t care enough to tell because again it’s a pool let the kids enjoy themselves we get told not to splash and my kids weren’t even near her or nothing this whole weekend we walked on eggshells the man next door would stare me down anytime I walked out the room we felt so uncomfortable and we’ve been to so many hotels this year this by far is the worst one and we will never come back thank you for the terrible service I’m not even going to mention the cops being called that night smh do better

I enjoy staying here because of the heated pool. Nothing ruins a stay more than finding out the hard way that the pool is cold.

I stay here when in town for work and this is the fourth stay of this year. Property in a wonderful location and is always clean and well maintained. Welcoming staff, pool, gym and the breakfast makes it really easy for me. After a long day at work, I just want to get food nearby and relax in the hotel for the rest of the day.

Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were a plus! The water in bathroom shower wouldn’t turn off and there was a weird smell in our room

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location! There's a Walmart, Chic fili, Popeyes on the same lot, and other restaurants up the street. I will definitely be staying there again.

Flawless experience. I went in and was greeted with a smile with a hassle free check in. I was in my room in less than 5 minutes. The halls were clean and quiet. So far so good. The entry is a simple swipe to the door knob. Nice! The room itself is the standard set up: bedding on the side with a dresser holding a tv on the other side, a nightstand between the beds, a window in the back, and a bathroom near the entrance. Cool. It’s the tried and true layout for hoteldom. The bathroom was clean with nice tiling. The included soap and lotion options are citrusy and should be sold in the lobby. It’s great. Everything else worked as intended. The pool was fantastic. Not too cold either. The hot tub was the star. The perfect way to unwind after driving around DFW. It’s crazy out there. I slept like a baby in the womb. Those beds are comfy alright. Breakfast in morning was surprising had so many options. Cereal, eggs, bacon, French toast, potatoes…I’m not done but I have a character limit so you’ll have to go see the rest for yourself. The Texas waffle maker was the standout. The waffle was superb. I need another so I’ll be back. 10/10 would stay again. The groundskeepers are also doing stellar work as it was pleasant inside and out. Easily recommend.

Last minute stay reason why I stayed there. The room had a musty smell, muggy feeling overall. I wouldn’t stay there again. I had a problem with the front desk charging me the night and deposit when I had already prepaid with Expedia. Hopefully I get refunded.

It was clean and ac worked very good The fire alarms going off at 3am no one from staff asked to clear rooms nor told us of we were safe or not then went off again after 9am again no one said anything no sorry for the Inconvenience no estimate time the alarms will go off nothing plus the bed was so hard and lumpy we were sore ..

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Good location. My only complaint is that I was charged $100 for “incidentals” and was told it would be refunded when I checked out. It was not refunded when I checked out so now I’ll be checking my credit card account each day to see if and when it’s refunded. $100 seems excessive for a one-night stay in a hotel without a restaurant. What “incidentals” could I have incurred? Plus, it should have been refunded when I checked out, as promised.

Location Bed bugs, dirty, moldy

We left before breakfast was served. It was too late so we left. Usually we eat breakfast cuz the other hotels have breakfast at 5:00 a.m. We really liked the stay. It was clean. The air conditioner was not cooling enough. It was at 72 and felt warm. But thats ok cuz we always take a fan with us.

I would recommend this hotel.

Also the breakfast was just ok, I was thankful for cereal and yogurt because the eggs were not good (but pretty typical for hotel eggs) both mornings we were there. The people at the front desk were very nice and kind. I would stay there again if the air quality were healthy, but not sure I want to take that chance when I normally have other options. It was hard to find rooms with World Cup happening in Dallas.

The yogurt machine was a nice addition. Everything else was just okay.

Didn’t like comforter too thin.

Our only glitch, and it's a big one, is that due to a glitch with the fire alarm system, we had to vacate our room at 3:05, early, early on Sunday, June 14. The system was still acting up later in the morning. That has never happened to us in any of the dozens of times that we have stayed in motels over our 55 year marriage. I feel that we should be compensated for our disrupted night's sleep.

Also, no room safe. Water leak somewhere caused fire alarm to go off at 3:11am so everyone outside on a beautiful night for 1/2 hour. Breakfast is ok, nothing super -but doable!

Very nicely located property, friendly staff and nice and clean. Room was roomy and comfortable with very comfortable mattress. The shower was enjoyable with good shower head and water pressure, as well as a good hot breakfast. Very nice place to stay

The breakfast was definitely a pleasant surprise. The food options was larger than the standard continental breakfast. I was even able to make a Texas shaped waffle which was a nice touch.

Everything was fine as expected except the A/C wasn't working properly. Took until 3 am to cool down. Not good for TX in the summer! When I told the desk upon checking out, only response was they would have it checked out. Really would have been nice not to have a warm room!

I was in a handicap room that had a bath in the main bedroom area. Every time someone in the hotel went to the bathroom, I could hear the water flowing through the drain. It was gross!!! I put a towel over the drain in hopes of not getting germs but I could hear it all night. Gross!

Very clean. The room was exceptionally large and very comfortable. The only issue was the noise from the highway was louder than expected. I recommend requesting a room as far from the highway as possible. Still, I'd stay there again because everything else was fantastic.

Breakfast is well stocked and the staff are always ready when guests arrive for breakfast. No need for me to stay in other properties. i'll just keep returning to this hotel.

The 0300 hours rudely awakened by the carbon monoxide alarm. There was a loud triple chirp, and then it continued to go off every few minutes. The front desk was advised, but they were not able to do anything. We decided to just pack up and leave by 0400 hours. It has great up to that time. The only thing we got from the front desk was sorry for the inconvenience.

The room smelled terrible like cigarette and cannabis. I had to buy febreeze and other sprays to hide the smell.

I was welcomed very nicely. I got to my room. The telephone is not connected. And after I had no internet, I finally called them front desk. She walked me through it to realize that the internet on the property is not very good and as a business owner, I need good internet.I basically had to use my phone internet.The whole night.

I never could connect my laptop to Wifi. I didn't really need it, so I didn't inquire with the staff. But I stay at a lot of hotels, and haven't had an issue before. Other than that, it was great.

It was a busy weekend so I did not spend a lot of time at a hotel, but the notable things I enjoyed were the breakfast, the available pool and fitness center, and the convenient location. Also, the north side on the first floor has a *fantastic* water fountain with the water bottle feature and I made a number of trips there to refill. Best hotel water I've ever had, so it feels important to note! ? My neighbors (one adult and a group of teenagers) were a bit loud later at night than they should have been - including loudly singing happy birthday and cheering at 10:30pm. I don't blame the hotel for this though and thankfully the noise, although late, did stop before it got too-too late.

Not only did I have a clean room, but also the staff were polite and helpful. Because I stayed for a week, I was delighted to use the laundry machines. The gym is near the indoor pool and laundry room, so I did have an opportunity to use the equipment. It had what I needed to burn calories.

Clean room, great coffee, breakfast has plenty of choices (lots of carbs, some protein, but it's not the best taste imo). We stayed 2 nights, it was very quiet, I had a great sleep.

The hotel itself did its best. But my back hurt so bad that I had to sleep on the couch. That bed was the most awful has great pillows, but the bed itself. All I did was fill the Springs.

Visiting Mansfield for work and enjoyed my stay as simple as it can be. Wanting only the essentials of having clean room, shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was good. Location is central to any food shops that are above average, chain or local. Will not hesitate to stay here again if another business is needed.

​Most concerningly, I found what appeared to be blood splattered on the wall near the bathroom. While I was tired enough to get some sleep, the noise and lack of cleanliness were major drawbacks. It was a decent stay overall, but I wouldn't choose this specific room again.
