My AC broke and we had to stay at a hotel and Hilton made us feel very comfortable. Our room was ready and the welcome was a blessing.

During our stay, the hotel was under renovations. Food was just ok. No breakfast included. Pool was nice.

The room had unclean carpet, we were given accessible shower without the ability to fold the bench. Ants and crickets in the room. Not returning to this hotel and would not recommend.

Location to family. Staff members engaged in unprofessional behavior and conduct. A white woman claiming to be a manager but worked in the kitchen refused to help my mother when a couple staying at the hotel were verbally attacking her and threatening her with physical violence. They told my mother and the police officer that the cameras didn’t work. The black guy that worked in the kitchen was on the patio instigating the drama and also said the cameras didn’t work. The hotel took no action when this couple along with other guests harassed my mother in her room. The hotel staff made derogatory comments and statements about my mother in front of and to other guests. When I arrived at the hotel to see what was happening, the hotel staff did nothing as the female guest continued to yell and scream at my mother. She then turned to me and called my husband and myself bitches then said she would call her family to the hotel to physically assault the three of us.

Also Breakfast was included on the package hotel always on the Hotels have coffee all day long , but Hilton for some reason doesn't have coffee courtesy I dont know why? I'm not come back at all

Staff very courteous and helpful, location was good with close by restaurants however the remodeling caused an inconvenience. If I would have known I would have booked somwhere else.

I don't understand how this hotel got a 9.0 (Wonderful!) rating on Hotels.com. It is under renovation and a total dump. Old stained carpet in the common areas and rooms, main entrance closed and temporary walls are up. But worst of all, our AC didn't work, so the reoom temperature was 76 and humid, despite the thermostat on the wall and the HVAC were at 68. I would like a refund!

We stayed during renovations but the property was clean. Our room had a terrible sewage smell. It only got worse through the weekend. The guy a couple doors down said his did too. Our friend was staying across the hall and it did not smell that way but the AC wasn’t working that great in her room. It seems like they are working on fixing the issues

Room was great but I checked out 2 days early and never received confirmation and I’m trying to see when I get a refund back .

My complaint would be to make travelers aware that the property is under Renovations and there is no bar or restaurant at this time. For me I would've chose somewhere else to stay where those amenities were on the Property.

i was sadden to learn I would not receive points for staying because I did not reserve through the Hilton site. I was unaware of that. Loved the location and access to restaurants and stores. Good area! This helped as complimentary breakfast was not an option.

No one was available when I checked out at 6:30am, front desk unattended. The toilet seat was too low hopefully with the renovations the toilets will be higher for handicapped and seniors.

The rooms were clean Drilling and hammering all thru out the night. Wall plugs without any power.

Only a couple things to keep in mind, breakfast isn’t free so you do have to pay for it. Also, the freeway construction makes it a bit tricky getting to the property when coming off I-35 from either direction. Overall though, we had a great stay and it worked well for what we needed.

We were locked out of our room when we returned late from Fiesta downtown and the gentleman working the desk assisted us without delay. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. As well, if you find yourself with some extra time on your hands, it is a short walk to Uncharted Adventures. They have some really fun activities to do! Highly recommend.

Right in the middle of our shower in the morning, the water turned off and on several times. Streaming services on the TV kept going off the air.

Bed sheets smelled; Shampoo etc smelled disgusting; only 1 sugar and 1 creamer provided…definitely not enough and couldn’t sleep because there was too much light coming in through the window which didn’t allow me to close them! Way too loud with all the cars/trucks roaring by. Never again!

I was happy to see from my recent visit that Ms. Luckey is still working for this hotel! She is a valuable asset, and always goes out of her way to ensure my stay is First Class!

Staff: The amazing front desk manager, Luckey, greeted us upon arrival with her big friendly smile. She was very helpful answering our questions with kindness throughout our stay including our morning checkout! Please tell her supervisor that we were totally impressed with her.
