No internet, bad AC, no cable, and couldnt make key cards so there were no working locks on the doors. I left immediately and stayed across the street

The hotel was relatively clean, though you can definitely tell it’s been given the “landlord special” throughout the years. During our stay, the WiFi was down the entire stay, conveniently being repaired as we were checking out. Upon our arrival and entry into the room we immediately noticed a stagnant feeling & smell of just ick and humidity. We tried to adjust the AC but it never did start blowing. We visited at the end of July in Texas, so you can imagine. We tried to ask the front desk about it and they said “that’s Texas for ya”. Acting as if the climate is SO different. (We’re from Oklahoma, it’s not) i can tell with absolute certainty it wasn’t just “Texas for ya” considering the hall wall and lobby were perfectly cool and we weren’t smacked in the face with heat until we walked into our room each time. We ended up purchasing a fan from a local store just to be able to sleep comfortably. Overall, I’d say the staff was fine, not unfriendly but not overly friendly either, AC and WIFI definitely don’t work properly & the room was surface clean. Bed was comfortable and that was about the only positive note.

Got assigned to a room with dirty dishes in the sink, trash can in the kitchen and bathroom not emptied. Dinning table with trace of oil on the surface.

Came with a large family and throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was accommodating, helpful, and professional. Breakfast had lots of variety but it was very crowded. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel was also close to all of the attractions we were interested in seeing. Definitely recommend!!!

I also didn't like that the breakfast nook area is in a small space and this leads to people getting bunched up waiting on foods. It makes it uncomfortable and crowded. They also constantly ran out of food, so of our three night stay, we only ate there once, and saving money on breakfast was the main reason I picked the place. The people were nice though and the staff kept the rooms clean.

That my door to my room didn't have the cover to card key entry.

They gave me the wrong room then charged me double for the room i already paid for

Room amenities (tv, microwave) were all ok. But ventilation was very bad, room was stuffy with no air flow. I kept sweating throughout the night and couldn’t sleep, despite keeping highest fan speed and the temperature at 67 (which is the lowest you can reduce it to). Breakfast had the bare minimum. Will not visit again!

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. There was an odor in the elevators like something in the carpet. The mattress moved off the foundation.

Everything was amazing from the time we checked in and the time we checked out. Breakfast was really good and a good verity to choose from as well. Everything was clean and I was in love with the King size room suite. I highly recommend 10 out of 10.

I booked an accessible room for mobility. There was one grab bar in the shower and that was it for accessible. The toilet did not have grab bars and it was super hard to use the bathroom. We did not have the breakfast, so I can't rate that. The rest of the room was okay. It was clean. It was roomy. The person that checked me in was efficient, but not very friendly. Someone knocked on our door at 9:00 am to see if we were checking out, although checkout time is 12:pm. I don't see myself staying there again.

It was a good location. I know you can’t control children, but we’re on the third floor and kids was running above us while we were trying to sleep and watch TV.

Great and comfortable rooms

We had to get out of bed every couple of hours to turn the air off, wait a few minutes then turn it back on to make it work. I called the front desk at 3am and was told “well I don’t know what to tell you “. We have stayed here in the past but have never had staff simply not care. Worst night of sleep!!

I forgot my Stuff in room number 419 and I called them 3 times since I checked out and they said they don't have my stuff in However I Know where my stuff was and they are not even trying to look and help us out nothing

Breakfast selection was great! Lots of variety. Elevator was out of order which sucked because we were on the 3rd floor, but the Asst Mgr moved us to the 1st floor, so it worked out perfectly. Very limited cookware, so might wanna bring your own if you are staying an extended amount of time. The housekeeping staff was amazing those ladies really work hard and making sure that the rooms are clean properly so I really appreciate it that. Having a dog park was also super nice and convenient 😊 Definitely would stay here again 😁

The staff was a very important reason for my 5 star rating. The staff was amazing.

The thermostat/AC. It's Texas AND summer, 67 degrees is not low enough. Most hotels go as low as 60-61 degrees. Certain times of the day you can't tell if the AC is on or not. If you prefer your room really really cold, like myself, I do not recommend.

There were bed bugs in the bed. The hotel manager confirmed, apologized, and did minimal to compensate. Poor sanitation. Totally disappointed

We only stayed one night in this property in April 2025, but the room was great along with the breakfast. The staff were professional and very helpful. The facility is older, but the overall appearance was neat and comfortable. Very little wear and tear was evident, with the exception of one elevator out of service. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 days for a family vacation at first our room had hvac issues so we had to move rooms everything was perfect rooms were clean all the time. The best part is the fridges had ice making machine. The WiFi really sucks its very very slow and only one elevator was working so if your room was on the side were the elevator was broken you had to walk to the other side to take the elevator down. Best part of this hotel was the cleaning people and the maintenance man they were very sweet and kind also the kitchen lady who would give my 2 year son cereal on a paper bowl even tho we missed breakfast that was so sweet of her. Also I believe she’s the lead housekeeping lady she was the best she quickly got us another room due to hvac issues and had to stay late just for her to clean and have that room ready for us. Overall hotel is in an amazing neighborhood but the real MVP’s here are the housekeeping lady’s who i mention differently would stay here 100 times over 5 Stars!!

The ac didn’t work well, room would not cool down, told the front desk had someone take a look, said it was fixed and did not cool down either

The elevator going up to the 4th floor sounds like it's going to break. Horribly loud noise and our air conditioning and heating did not work in the first room which the staff was quick to let us change rooms however we had already unpacked and were in our pajamas having to move rooms at 11:15 at night.

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay! Ample parking each night. Close to lots of restaurants. Basketball available to use on court. Beds very comfortable. Great hot breakfast daily. Kitchen is great for preparing small meals. Has a dishwasher, 2 burner stove and full fridge. Housekeeping is available on request which we did not realize. They should communicate this better. Otherwise helpful staff and great place to stay in the area.

The hotel's facilities are good and well located. but I had an inconvenience when checking in, I showed the lady my reservation was already paid she asked me for my card I gave it to her and I asked her if it was for the deposit of incidents that the hotels ask for she only looked at me and said oh let me check She again made the full charge of the cost of the room. So all my vacation has 600 dollars less when I talk to her, she told me that I had to talk to my bank for them to solve me.

My father and I had the 2 bedroom suite full kitchen.. it was the best stay we've had.. the service & staff was exceptional.. all our needs were met and suggestions were made..morning breakfast was on point. They have the BEST oatmeal with all the toppings you might want.. just like grandma😋I highly recommend

We arrived a little after 3 (check-in was at 3:00 pm). We waited a little over an hour to get our room. Everything else was great.

The room I booked said it was a suite and this was not the type of suite I previously stayed in. There were police cars when I arrived as well as the next day so there was some type of disturbance. Last night there was continuous knocking on the room next door and then they proceeded to go outside and bag on the window for awhile until I assume someone let them in. The hotel needs to be updated. Next trip hopefully I’ll go back across the street to the newer hotels that I stay at regularly.

This was thee noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The walls and ceilings were so thin I heard everything. Kids were running and jumping over my head. My neighbors were loud and slamming doors constantly and the housekeepers were slamming dishes as they cleaned them. I was awakened everyday at 6a by loud noise all while trying to recover from surgery. Won’t ever stay here again!!! Thee WORST!
