Great stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained during my stay on August 17th and 18th. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout. It was a reliable, hassle-free experience with excellent value. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay. Front desk stayed and helped.

The room was clean and overall the stay was good. However, the lady at the front desk was a bit difficult to work with and added an unexpected extra charge.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and made check-in quick and easy. The location was convenient for getting around town, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Smoke odor was prevalent everywhere except the front lobby. Staff took care of my issue with consideration and professionalism. Rooms need an update and carpet throughout should be removed. There is no elevator. You have to take stairs to the second floor.

Our room was dirty found tape on floor and wall. Sink was leaking. Bed was uncomfortable you can literally feel the springs. Bring a blanket cause they don't have any on the bed. Good thing the a/c was very cold. The area was quiet and convenient.

Do not I repeat do not go to this place! Extremely horrible customer service very very rude people. They just seemed angry for absolutely no reason at all other than being at work and having to deal with YOU. On top of that the hallway is absolutely reek of urine as well as the rooms! AC barely worked, no towels only two small washcloths, no soap or shampoo, trash was still in the trashcan from it appears the last people that were in there, blood it seemed was squirted on more than one wall and the floor was absolutely disgusting to walk on. Save yourself the time and the clinic check up and just not go to this place!

Front Desk staff is rude and prejudice. I wouldn’t recommend if you are a person of color. I only stayed there as a last resort so I could get some rest before continuing my journey home. I was impressed with how decent the room was. But the outer facility could be kept up better. I’ve stayed at a lot of nicer Motel 6z you can tell this one was a franchise.

Managment was nice I walked in the room . Roaches were everywhere. We left . I asked for a cancellation. I’m not sure if I received it as of yet . We didn’t stay ..

The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this room, and since it was just for 2 nights, we took it. Didn’t realize it was that bad.

The rooms were very dirty, the service was very bad, I didn't even dare to get in the bathtub

Hotels dot come gave me a 25$ credit because Rodeway has it advertised on their main sites plus on hotels dot come site that they offer coffee/included continental breakfast. Neither do they have. I booked literally as we were around the corner not thinking I should just walk in and ask first. Good thing there was a cracker barrel next door.

Nothing There were roaches and bugs in the room. The beds had hair on the sheets. The walls looked like they hadn't been painted in years, the bathroom looked like it had mold in the grout joints. Terrible

Privacy No smart TV... Russian roulette with which rooms have roaches. Finally stayed in room120 and to my surprise no roaches. But to my disappointment, there were BED BUGS

I like the location, very discreet, was quiet and I rested well. Unfortunately the facility needs a total overhaul to compete with other local hotels, as well as attract new business.

For the price it was decent. It was New Years Eve so it was a little bit noisier than normal. Staff were polite and helpful. I would stay there again.

I had ants Ina bathroom the shower water was going all over the floor mirror & toilet the beds one was high & the other was low with a big dip in the mattress & the tv only had 3 channels & I was told it was nothing thy could do about it

The front desk guy was very helpful and cool Bugs everywhere and had to literally sleep with the lights on for them to not get on me and still ended up getting bitten on my face.

The laundry room and front restroom was out of service, as were the water fountains. The person at the front desk was friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable and the roll in shower was appreciated.

Never even checked in as no agents were on duty first night. Went back next morning and tried to check in again and was told they didn't see reservation, but yet I was charged for two nights.

Worst place on planet earth. Dont go anywhere near this filthy place. Completely different in real life then the pictures on there. Also a sketchy area. DO NOT BOOK HERE

I was a little disappointed with my stay. The hotel was not as advertised. The hotel was older and the restrooms were not updated and the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes/cannibas as you walked through the hallways. But the worst part is that breakfast is something that is advertised on the hotel highlights, but there was a sign that clearly stated breakfast was no longer served??? They are clearly misrepresenting themselves and this seems to be a deliberate attempt to hide the fact that they don’t! That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I hope this is something that Hotels.com corrects and ensures that the location is falsely advertising something that they don’t provide. One positive thing was the staff upfront… very helpful and courteous. That’s about the only positive thing.

Police are always sitting in the parking lot. I witnessed a young woman becoming a victim of domestic violence, but nothing was done about it. The police never came to assist, and the front desk didn’t come to settle the commotion. Doors are slammed, and you can hear people above you walking, jumping, and so on. The elevators don’t work either. Management doesn’t care cause they are a family business, so they are the ones trying to do all the repairs and upkeep, instead of a commercial company. SLUM-LORDS of HOTELS!!

There was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, and I could still smell it in the room too. Also, the towels in the bathroom and the bed didn’t feel very clean.

It wa ok. But microwave in the room disnt work, but at least they provided a microwave in the lounge area. tv wan't working properly.

I paid for a non-smoking room, and the whole location smelled like a pack of cigarettes. The room microwave was broken and so was the refrigerator and I had to request to get new towels because there were no clean towels on top of having to check out at 6 AM Due to guest fighting in the hallway at 5 AM resulting in police being notified. Would spend the extra $10-$20 to be at a hotel six where things are clean without domestic violence interruptions.

They had roaches move me to two different rooms that had roaches put me in the suite that had roaches then people fighting in here so I will not be staying here anymore. I would love my money back, but they did not give it to me. They just put roaches my food in the microwave. I opened the microwave and a roach popped out so I couldn’t eat my food.

I couldn't find anything i liked about this place. Just because your prices are low don't mean you lose quality. The place smells like smoke soon as you walk in the front door. The staff was ok not too bubbly. The room didn't have a coffee maker, the room smelled like smoke as well. There was roaches in the shower curtain. Ice machine out off order. And they did not served breakfast as advertised.

Hallway stank badly. Smelled like someone was cooking food in an ashtray. Found bugs in the room. Bed was wallowed out in the middle. One of the lamps had an outlet missing and electrical wire hanging out. The floor in front of the entry door and bathroom door was wet when I first entered the room.

They have limited control over there bookings and ability to see the problems that need fixing

It’s an old building. Hotel offer breakfast via Expedia but not served. No plus point to say about the hotel. This hotel name they are using also as Econo lodge . But Econo Lodge in its own name in different places are not bad.

Dirty roach infested holes in the walls

When the room was finally ready we go in to find the blanket on the bed with cigarette burns all throughout it, was a smoking room but the blanket should’ve been clean. We paid 67 dollars but the room was worth 40 due to cleanliness size etc. the bathroom floor was broken there were stains on the bathroom wall, the electrics outlets looked like they would start a fire along with the air conditioner from the amount of dust collected in it, they didn’t offer breakfast anymore for some reason that was closed. Definetly wouldn’t book again.

My room had roaches. The walls were dirty. The towels weren’t cleaned. The shirts looked like someone wiped snot on the side of them. The hallway had a horrible smell. One room going downstairs looked like it had mold and the walls were tore up.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Blanket was as thin as a sheet and the faucet to the bathtub fell off when I went to turn the water on. Walls on paper thin and can hear everything going on in the hallway and rooms next door down to the conversation

I did not like that my remote didn’t work to the TV and it was stuck on one channel, a decent channel but I wanted to watch other stuff. The lighting in the room could be better and my room was right next to some loud compressor thing so if I didn’t fall asleep before the thing came on then it took a good minute to get there. Also didn’t like the fact I had to walk to the side of the building to get in and go to my room because they lock the lobby doors at night

This place was horrible. You walk up the hall to your room and all you smell is marijuana. The room was gross, stuff on the ceiling, walls, headboard, towels were dirty. Roaches. They said there was coffee and breakfast, NOT, couldn't even put a $20 Keurig somewhere.

They didn't serve breakfast like the website said they did and the rooms were really small.

The place is horrible, it is in bad condition and it smells awful. The service was bad and rude. We stayed there because of the breakfast and when we got there it said that it wasn’t available.

We booked a room with breakfast, but when we got there, there was a sign saying no breakfast was being served. Our fridge apparently produced a bunch of water during the night, which was all over the cabinet and floor our first morning. We were moved to a different room, but all they had was a smoking room (well that stinks!). Had a few more bugs in the room than I expected. Went to get ice, and the ice machine was broken - at this point no longer surprised, just more disappointed. They would not give a discount for our troubles. I don't expect a fancy room at a cheap hotel, but they should either change their posting or try to have alternative solutions to their problems.

This property needed grooming. The first floor room smelled of urine. The lobby was closed after hours. They attempted to charge my card 3x... The list goes on!

The room was equipped with a microwave that didn't work. We noticed roaches in the room later that night. The hotel did not have an elevator as we asked for a 1st floor due to my bad back but was told that none was available. The website I made the reservation on stated that they had breakfast but they didn't. False advertising to get business.

When I got inside of room it reeked of cigarette smoke, it looked like the curtains had recently caught fire on the end, appeared to have wholes within the curtain. I had reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, believe it possibly had bed buds as well, saw a small black something crawling on the pillow, requested refund immediately.

The only thing good I could say about this property is the picture that is advertised on your website. The property was under renovation. The staff was totally unprofessional and uncaring for its guest. We found upon check out that we were charged $10 per night more than the site advertise for an overnight stay. Due to the neglectful and condition of this property I would never recommend anyone stay there. Our room window was a jar and could not be close, our towels in the bathroom had wear holes in them. The room in general needed to be updated. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator and my wife and I are both in our early 80s struggle to go up and down two flights of stairs. I personally feel that this property should be eliminated from your website.

Run the other way! Worse hotel I ever almost stayed in, I stayed 1 hour and could not do it, very dirty, I did not even undo the bed, receptionist was very rude and the place was disgusting! Inside and out! Trash bags all outside in the parking lot! Area is bad snd the hotel is worse! If you chose to stay here don’t say you where not warned

Falsely advertised no breakfast no pool the rooms were nasty n not suitable for children. Manager was rude really didn't bother to fix any complaints.

If you are just looking for a bed and no other amenities for cheap, this is the place. As soon as we entered the rooms we could smell that someone was smoking marijuana in their room. Our room had no phone. The carpet was sticky and the drawers on the nightstand and dresser would not stay closed. We had to choose whether to have the mini fridge or microwaved plugged in.There was no free breakfast as advertised, which is why I chose this location. My husband was solicited for sexual favors when going to to the car to grab something. Night manager was nice though. Would recommend if you just need to sleep.

My husband stayed for four nights while I was in hospital for surgery. I stayed the first night with him only. As I entered the lobby area to checkin, I noticed a significant water leak dripping from the ceiling to a mop bucket. Receptionist was nice enough. The room was never cleaned during the 5 day/ 4 night stay. One reason I chose the hotel was for the continental breakfast but there is a handwritten sign stating breakfast is not available. No other explanation was given when I asked the receptionist.

This hotel is extremely trashy. The hallways smell like an ashtray. The walls are stained and have holes in them. The ceiling has wet spots and they have buckets in the middle of the lobby catching leaks. The room had brown walls that looked like a prison and the curten was full of holes that looked like bullet holes. The bathroom had gaps between the bathtub and the tile and there were roaches crawling in and out of the gaps. By far the most ghetto hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Nothing to get excited about.....they advertise free breakfast....but cite covid for not delivering on it
