Just the price was the only thing I liked I'm not liking that this facility doesn't have mini fridge in the room at least, nor do they have a bucket for ice u have to put in in individual cups but signs say please do not fill up your ice chest with ice.. like I have to come downstairs every time I need ice.

Room conditionings were poor, there was mold. Halls, lobby, elevator were dirty. There was no security, the back door was always unsecured and even though it had the magnetic device to lock. Someone at the front desk tried charging my account without telling me first and it seemed they tried to do something fraudulent but my bank caught it in time and the transaction was deny. Seems like a place where prostitutes often go.

Not a bad place to stay, but not very clean either. Visitors aren’t the friendliest either. Staff are very respectful though.

I had cockroaches in my bathroom. I checked out almost as soon as I checked in. The front desk guy said he processed a refund but never did. It was gross. Advise to look elsewhere for lodgings.

Dirtiest hotel motel I ever stayed in roaches everywhere in the fridge microwave covering the ground on the nightstand they even get in the bed on the phone in the bathroom in the shower on the doors in the cracks or the floor always stinks they allow pets u can hear barking nd meowing chirping even they honestly needa shut down nd bomb it Pool always closed as well also no breakfast

it was horrible
- 3/5
My original room was not ready when i got into it. No sheets on the bed, no towels, trash not emptied, etc. My friend had an adjoining room that was okay. I asked the front desk agent to just get the room finished up but i was given a different room. The 1sr room had a microwave and small fridge. The 2nd room did not nor did my friend's room so we had no place to keep our food and drinks. Otherwise the rooms were okay. The halls smelled of Marijuana - i could tell there was probably a lot of long term residents. I would stay there again only if i had no other choice. The front desk agent was nice.
- 2/5
Constant smell of marijuana use permeated the 3rd floor where they put us as well as that being the "pet" floor which included random very loud dog barking in the middle of the night - every night. I will say that the staff were very kind considering everything else.

The Motel 6 in Lewisville at Medical City and the other near Lakepoint Drive are relics of a bygone era. From the moment you step foot into your popcorn ceiling, cracked floorboards, and hole-in-the-wall-punched wall, you'll be whisked away to the memories of downtown New York City, or Chicago, or anywhere really, where a ghetto may exist. The cockroaches varied in size, from a couple of centimeters to a good old one-inch big boy. For the price of the room, it was $40 too much, out of the $60 value. The overabundance of towels had to be used to swat the bugs. The sheets were paper-thin, and the blankets had holes. The pillows were super uncomfortable, like someone got mad and filled them with coal, soft, foamy coal that had zero flexibility. The photos on the Expedia and other websites had to be AI. In one Motel 6, we had blood on the ceiling, indicative of drug addicts. Usually, when someone shoots up with a needle, blood splatters upwards, and it was amazing the range to get blood on the ceiling above the beds. Speaking of beds, we did have at least two of those. However, it was hard to sleep on the stiff pillows, and the smell of weed permeated the entire second floor. In Medical City Motel 6, the side doors refused to lock, and the back parking lot was overrun with transients. Nothing about either Motel 6 in Lewisville felt "safe" or "homely" -- save your money, go stay at Tru by Hilton near Vista Ridge; for $40 more, you get free amenities with coffee, tea, and more.

This is our go to when traveling with our pets. Super clean. Friendly efficient staff. Effortless check in. Definitely worth a stay.

I checked in on 6/2 at 2pm and checked out on 6/4 before 10:30 am. There was no ice machine ,cockroaches in my room. Sheets were not the cleanest. Not enough towels dogs and cats running the halls. It smelled like wet dog no matter what floor you were on. I was getting on elevator and there were bugs crawling towards it and away from it. I had just had surgery and the cleanliness I needed was NOT in any way that motel 6. The pool was covered trash and plants everywhere. Tinted water not coffee. No donuts or scones nothing for the continental breakfast, the only thing that was nice is the air conditioner worked amazing. And when I checked out early they were only refunding me $70.77. I was only there for a day and a half really.

Wasn’t very clean. Didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. Didn’t smell very good either.

Cockroach as soon as we walked into the room. Had them crawling on the walls. Smelled like a smoking room. Said it was remodeled....
- 5/5
Yes everything was good
- 5/5
Everything was great, including the staff. It is an inexpensive hotel, which is what I wanted. If I wanted a perfect experience, I would've stayed at Hotel ZaZa. We were in the process of moving, and it was a perfect place to sleep for the night.

Parking lot is dirty and dark. Trash all over. The first room I was given smells like a huge ashtray. (Non smoking property). The 2nd room was better smelling, but after a shower I saw roaches in the bathroom. I was awoken by a bug crawling on my arm! Gross! The elevator smells like beer and there was vomit in it. I mentioned all of this to the desk clerk. He said he knew about the elevator issue but did nothing. He doesn’t seem to care about the bugs. I’ll never go back there and I’m sorry I wasted my money on that place
- 3/5
Room and amentities were so so. Staff was great though! I thought I had reserved a room with a mini fridge and microwave. Turned out the room they had when we checked in didn't have either. The person on duty when we checked in offered to find both and bring them to our room and did!! His name was Su. Super nice guy. THAT was going above and beyond. The room was clean but didn't have things my wife needed like a hair dryer and it would have been nice if the rooms had just a small lamp for lighting instead of bright lamps on the walls. Based on the staff I'd give a 5 star but there are things they could make better for rooms. Overall it was a good stay and I'd stay there again when visiting family in Lewisville just based on their staff.
- 5/5
The room was clean and well-established, providing exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. I also found the on-site amenities to be very convenient; having an ATM and snack machines right there made things much easier. If you're looking for a hassle-free, clean, and efficient place to stay in the area, I highly recommend this location!
- 1/5
They put me in a room that was used for prostitution. Condom wrappers were under bed, no tv, no refrigerator, just bed. Go to the motel 6 down the street way better.
- 2/5
Location is good, but too noisy I had a feeling that pleople live on that hotel and not their just for a night or vacation

I even have photos of bed bugs. Definitely very bad place to stay. We only booked it since other places near by were booked. This place needs to be closed down the price doesn’t even help someone one that would care to stay there with bed bugs and places smelling like it’s never been cleaned. Don’t let the font desk fool you.

Riach infestation - they said its hard to deal with and gave us a full refund, we left within 5 minutes of entering the facility- it needs to be shut down
- 5/5
Just an overnight stay, but pretty easy to get to, very comfortable accommodations, and very close to a pretty good set of restaurants.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Worth the money for sure.
- 3/5
The room was okay.
- 2/5
Toilet area I’m guessing, was leaking on the floor, there as a tick on the shower curtain, and saw 2 roaches when my friend walked into the room. Got this room for my friend coming in town and booked this spot since my family stayed here a few months ago and loved it, but this visit wasn’t the best for someone coming out of town to stay there.

- 1/5
This was the worst experience I have had ever since I have been to a Third World country. The floor in the room is coming apart. There’s not a single lamp in the room. The bathroom doesn’t even have a towel rack. The walls are filthy. The first time I opened the door to come into the room a large Roach was running across the floor. The TV was in operable. In short, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel it was really disgusting.
- 3/5
Decent place to stay the rooms were pretty nice and clean, the hotel itself could’ve been better reasonable location, didn’t have problem with parking and had a motorcycle trailer, the hotel itself did stink a bit and it smelled like weed everywhere so if that’s a problem wouldn’t recommend this place for you, everywhere other than the rooms was a solid 75-80 degrees the trash from the rooms were put right next to the elevators. Now I’ll be honest overall I didn’t have a problem other than the ac and the trash in the building the rooms were cleanly kept and the ac worked perfectly.

There was nobody at the front desk to check in. Please send refund
- 1/5
I have a couple of winning lotto tickets stolen from my room. I asked for no room service, but my request was ignored. It was during one of the first two nights of my stay. I didn't make an issue because I have 1 more night paid for there.
- 4/5
Roaches in bathroom although small, nededed to be treated. Very unsatisfactory mostly in bathroom drawn to moisture. Needd regular spray treatments to fully eradicate the problem.
- 5/5
Laundry was sufficient although no change dispenser and front desk had no quarters available.
- 4/5
Clean, good service

The room is ok for the price. Elevators were dirty and terribly smelly. Hallways were smelling bad as well.
- 5/5
For what it is there’s no complaint. It’s clean, staffs good.
- 2/5
This hotel is in definite need of an upgrade!! The mold and mildew smell instantly hit us after we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor! The floors were in bad shape in the room! The air conditioner was outdated but worked okay I guess. The parking lot had trash everywhere. I will never book here again!!

- 2/5
Unsafe, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. People loitered in the parking lot at night, the back security door was broken so anyone could walk in, and the A/C barely worked, making the bed so hot my husband slept on the floor. Called the front desk for a room change—was told it would be handled—but no one ever came and my follow-up calls went unanswered. No shampoo or conditioner provided. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
- 5/5
One of the most important thing for me when staying at a hotel is the cleanliness. I am very satisfied.
- 3/5
This one just needs to be remodeled and cleaned better it wasn't horrible but definitely could do better
- 4/5
A nice place to stay on the cheaper end.

- 4/5
It quite and relaxing

Bugs. On the walls floors and in the bed. Water leaking from the ceiling. Id like a refund.
- 5/5
Service was very friendly and even changed my room with no issue when one room a/c wasn’t working
- 1/5
The pictures online do not reflect what you encounter upon arrival. The staff seemed clueless. I was first given a room on the third floor that reeked of marijuana. The second room I received was musty, dusty, and in poor condition. The floor was sticky, peeling, and coming loose. The duvet cover had a cigarette burn and stains that looked like blood. The towels were hard and stained, and both the shower and tub had rust stains. Throughout the hotel, there was a pervasive smell of cigarettes or marijuana. Additionally, there were homeless individuals in the lobby and lingering outside. Although the hotel advertises itself as smoke-free, this claim cannot be true. There are also no-loitering signs that seem to be ignored. After witnessing all of this, my party and I decided to go across the street for coffee. When we returned, we handed in our keys because we did not feel safe and chose to book elsewhere. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

They were quick and friendly!

I am a handicapped man who requested a handicapped room. I was told that there only handicapped room was unavailable upon arrival. Fine. However since I only have one leg it would be nice at least for the tubs to at least have grab rails to keep elderly and handicapped customers safe. How much would that cost? That should be standard for all rooms. That is if you actually cared about people.

Room was nasty sheets not clean bugs I. The sink. Almost fell in shower cause floor was so slick

It had roaches and the halls smell really bad .
- 1/5
Front desk guy is very rude. Need to learn customer service not blame and argue with the guest.
- 2/5
The third floor smelled horribly like weed, to an extreme. Opened out room to be greeted by a family of cockroaches. Went back to the front desk to request a new room, they were super apologetic and moved us to the mailn floor. The room was bug free from what we saw! The room was super dated but accomplished the goal.
