Was nice but weird that you had to wait for lady to serve you for a buffet breakfast.

Everything was real good, except one day the staff did not refresh our towels during their clean up. Also the staff didn't have quarters for the guest laundry. They told me "I could go to the gas station for change". Yeah or the laundry mat. Guests have to pro ide their own quarters apparently.

We travel from Houston every six weeks to visit our grand baby . We always stay here because we like the handicap room . Courtney is an amazing employee. She is always accommodating and they should hire other people as knowledgeable as her . This trip we were surprised that the maid service before our check-in was unacceptable. Our lamp didn't have a lightbulb in it , the soap and shampoo containers were empty . There was barely a trinkle of water from the bathroom sink . I also don't know why you advertise that you have an outside pool . We overheard someone telling the front desk that is the reason for making a reservation there . I certainly understood her being upset about the false advertising.I have never eaten the breakfast . It's just to hard because of our disabilities to make it down in the mornings. I wish you would consider keeping the pot of coffee in the lobby hot during the day instead of just letting it set there cold and leftover from breakfast . We will luckily continue our recent visits and look forward to staying there again . We hope Courtney will still be on the staff .

The room was very clean. Whole hotel was well maintained and tidy/clean. The breakfast was delicious. It through us off a little bit that someone serves you the food on the line (like a cafeteria), but I suspect that is why the breakfast area was top notch - clean, tidy, well stocked, fresh hot foods. This was definitely one of the best hotel stays we had in years.

My second stay at this property. Rooms are clean and modern. Helpful staff and convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

I like the location and the cleanliness. The water pressure is amazing and the pool was very nice There was a little office table but what was missing was a small dining table so my kids and I ate on the floor and missing plastic utensils

The room was very clean and updated. Probably the best La Quinta Inn that I have ever stayed in. And the staff was very polite, helpful and professional. And the free breakfast had a very wide variety of different choices for you. I was very pleased. I will return for my next stay in the DFW area.

Great location but the traffic from one of the main streets likes to cut through the parking lot fast. But I did enjoy my stay. The room did have design flaws, cracked tile at shower, shower door missing rubber to stop water from getting on the floor.

We were disappointed; we booked this location because it stated it had a bar and a restaurant. When we arrived they informed us the bar was closed due to they didn’t have a bartender and there was not a restaurant.

Pool was not in service and that would have affected where I stayed

The staff and location. My shower didn't drain properly and it had black something at the bottom of the shower plus the room didn't cool down.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the parking felt safe with the lighting. Didn’t stay to try the breakfast though. The air wasn’t cool enough till we turned it all the way we could I believe it went down to 65. Then it was cool enough to sleep.

I left there over a week ago and have not received any of my deposits from my reservations there.

It was nice outside our room was clean , staff was very helpful, breakfast was great , no other problems beside our room. Our comforter was very dirty it had black marks the top of our bathroom door was nasty in room 413.

We love the location. Have been to this exact hotel multiple times. We would never get the standard king room again. It was on the first floor and other guests were super loud. It was hard to sleep. The a/c felt hot so we kept waking up in the middle of the night. Did not feel rested in the morning

This was a great place to stay during our Dallas trip! The only draw back is the construction outside of the hotel! It made it harder to turn into the parking lot. Other than that, everything else was good and the beds were super comfortable!

Liked convenience of hotel near event venue for a weekend stay. Breakfast ok. The staff member who checked us in was not the most personable - very short, no welcoming attitude, or smile.

My son and I were there for a quick weekend trip, we had no complaints except the beds were a little stiff, normally we love the beds at these hotels.

Really liked THIS La Quinta. It’s very well kept for it being seven years old, which I had asked the lady serving breakfast. Check in was nice and easy. There is a small cute park next to the hotel if you have a dog (we took ours over for a walk and to do his business in which we also cleaned). Pet fee is pretty good as well. Loved the room and the walk-in shower. Only problem we had was our AC unit was really loud, but we managed to fix the rattling noise by putting some of our stuff on it and it worked out. Comfy bed. Lightning in bathroom was a little dark for a vanity mirror but still nice. Overall, really nice stay for stopping midway for our trip with our dog. Easy to get to and had a gas station nearby (good price as well).

The room looked like the carpet needed vacuuming. It was a piece of carpet glued down under the bed. The rest of the floor was tile. The carpet in the hallway needed vacuuming as well

The construction on the freeway made it a little difficult to enter the property. The hotel was excellent and the breakfast was great.

We try to stay here every few weeks . We like it for the spacious room . The staff is wonderful. We have never eaten the breakfast, but heard that it was good . Our only complaint is the last two trips the elevator and outside its door was standing water brought in by pool guest . It's especially concerning because we are handicapped and afraid of slipping. Looking forward for our next trip.

Room was clean and comfortable. There was a loose tile in the restroom and on the 3rd night a foul smell coming either from the water or the pipes in the bathroom.

Overall very clean, beds were comfortable. Downside was the bar was closed, walls were thin and doors were loud. Not good sleep.

Ok for the price. Minimally prepared staff , bar is closed with no opening date projected. No wine openers anywhere on the property. Probably wouldn’t stay again even for the price..

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Had went to another La Quinta and it was awful so we chose to go there and everything was to our expectation.

Property right near hwy... near food, gas, Walmart 2 miles away... Nice area I have stayed here multiple times when visiting Texas..

First I was there at 3:15 pm and front desk said my room wasn't ready. I booked 3 weeks out for a king room. This was upsetting and checked in a hour later. I should had money returned for my inconvenience. Also my shower had mold around the inside of trim. This was disgusting for the price and waiting. Never will book there again. Breakfast was ok but I had better. ☹️

On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was fine. Easy check in. Just some things that make it not as comfortable as it could be. Lighting in rooms (especially bathroom) is terrible. There were 2 elevators and both had their own buttons, which makes no sense. And the TVs had cable. No streaming, or ability to share phone streaming to the tv. So it’s all commercials available to watch.

Beds were comfy, rooms were nice we were on the first floor and there was a very small amount of carpet, which I prefer! It was a win for my family. We will be back

75% of breakfast is served....created long lines & stressed single kitchen girl. Just let people serve themselves. Plus, 9am close of breakfast was hard on families.

Hi! Just so you know, for room 200, in the shower/tub, when you try to keep it on tub, the shower still runs. Also, the AC is rather noisy. Hope you have a good day!
