Room not clean, place was just dark. Felt disgusting to even touch or sleep on the couch actually. The bathroom was decent sized but u know its old or unmaintained

Excellent place to stay, very comfortable and commendable.

It was ok ..in terms of cleanliness..staff and kitchen. Breakfast was good. No one came for 4 days to replace the towels or clean the room.

I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the staff was very nice and accommodating, Breakfast was great. I’d definitely stay again.

From the outside, the hotel looks nice, but unfortunately our stay wasn't. As soon as we walked inside, there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building. The room we stayed in had roaches, and the toilet wasn't working properly, so we had to ask for a plunger. We didn't interact much with the staff aside from check-in and requesting the plunger, but they were friendly and courteous. While we appreciated the staff's kindness, the overall condition of the hotel made for a disappointing stay.

Breakfast was ok but can be a little better coffee wasn’t hot enough and juice was extremely hot. I stayed 2 nights and there were no towels for the next day I used one of my personal towels from home and it was grey in color and they thought I stained their towel and then charged me for using my own towel. Mind you me and my family did not have any towels. The beds are a little hard and the spreading was thin and had lots of spots. The room was spacious. Tub was rusting and slippery. I was just a little disappointed on some of the main factors towels, bed,and tub. Area was good.

Super outdated, poor air quality, every looked tired and worn out

Had to ask for a room change first one was not cleaned smelled like dog pee. Second one was great lost the view but over it was good better than expected breakfast was good same meal options the protein however did change everyday. Laundry on site was a plus

Yes the smell was strong and hit us as soon as we walked in. Smelled like wet carpet or water mold. Then there was roaches in the bath tub.

Positives: Breakfast was decent, they have a waffle maker, eggs, carnitas, fruit, coffee, and yogurt. The buffet area and dining areas were exceptionally clean. The staff was kind. Decent amount of parking.

The property was older and in need of repairs.Our bathtub was rusted but the shower worked fine for us.There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher.The staff was very nice.The pool and patio area were great.The buffet are was nice and clean.No complaints about the food.

So dirty , the place stunk, the room stunk. sink was clogged. This place needs a major renovation for me to ever ever visit again.

The bathroom had some gunk, bugs, and hair. The kitchen floors were dirty and the pull out couch is dirty as well. Under the couch there was trash and food. The extra blanket for the pull out couch had silly string all over it and the mattress cover was covered in brown and yellow splotches and hair. One of the queen bed comforters also has a yellow stain. The other had dirty sheets. The bedroom and bathroom floors had crackers and food on them. Food or drink was smeared on the night table. There were cobwebs in several places too 😳. The bathroom had tiny roaches and mold. The kitchen had the same tiny roaches too. The lobby smelled good but the room and floor smelled rotten. The pool was foggy and full of leaves. There were no pool towels or instructions for towels and no one at the desk for us to get any. We waited 10 minutes to check in too. No one was there. Breakfast was sparse. Coffee was cold. We let the hotel know most of the issues within minutes of checking in, but they ignored us. We are still waiting for a response almost 24 hours later. We aren’t hard to please but this was a horrible experience and our 2nd bad Hilton experience in less than a week.

I had an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable for my family of 5 (teenagers). Great room for the price. Will now be staying at that franchise.

The size of the room was nice and the staff were very friendly. However the bathroom paint was peeling off quite a bit and there was a roach in our room. We notified the front desk when we checked out (we only booked the room for 1 night) and the staff member promised to notify the manager.

The location was a very great looking location. However among entering the building entrance C there was a very strong aroma that resembled the smell of mold. Once entering the suite I rented the aroma was extremely smoldering with the smell of mold. Out side of the angel every thing else was great!!

We requested a quiet room and the receptionist certainly put us in a quiet room. Despite the hotel was almost full, we didn't hear any noise once the room door was closed.

Upon checking in the staff only acknowledged my husband even with the reservation under my name. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and other rooms clearly. The rooms also have a strong unpleasant smell. We ended up with multiple roaches throughout our room including the kitchen, shower and even on our toothbrushes. We immediately checked out and asked for a full refund, the male staff member told me he could only do a partial refund so my husband stepped in and magically they could actually do a full refund. If you are traveling to the area there are much better options.

The bed was alright. Sheets and towels were clean and comfortable.

The room was okay. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. We booked the room for 6 guests and were only given 3 towels. The pool was extremely dirty. When we got there the toilet in the room was clogged. When we called down for more towels we were told the staff is to busy and we could just go get towels ourselves! The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. The "complementary" breakfast was sub-par at best. Flavorless. Nothing like the other Hiltons we have stayed at.

The pool was runs down. The floor of pool was broken and my daughter got hurt because she stepped on the ground of pool. Was a bummer for kids. Kept them from swimming. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. And towels weren’t available daily. Had to ask for the towels. And at the pool they never had towels available. One of beds was uncomfortable, felt metal spring. And my hot tub didn’t work for the jets. We paid a good amount for these things not to be so great. The best parts of staying somewhere is for comfort.

Not a Hotel issue, but rather

I never used the kitchen, but it’s looked good. But I never neither found ice nor water to drink. The hotel is old but clean

I’m only glad they had free breakfast here. Other than that the rooms weren’t clean. I had to ask for “fresh” sheets cause the ones in the closet smelled like mildew. There were 2 HUGE cockroaches in the hall outside my room! The elevator right next to my room was broken so I had to take all our luggage up the stairs my myself. Then on top of all of that the pool wasn’t even open the entire week I was there with my kids! I was so annoyed because that’s one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel because of the pool and we couldn’t even enjoy it. I had to pay extra money to take my kids to another indoor pool. Very disappointed.

Clean rooms/suites with a decent little kitchen. The staff was really welcoming and the pool looked nice.

The property is getting rundown and the renovations they’ve done are subpar. We arrived to our room and there weren’t any towels in our room or dishes in the cabinets. We got a text after check in saying welcome and to text if we need anything. We text that we needed towels but never got a reply. We had to go get towels from the front desk a few hours later and the towels they gave us were dingy and stained. We’ve been staying at this hotel for 20yrs because it’s one of the few places that have two bedroom suites. We state of the hotel made us sad and disappointed because we’ve always enjoyed our stays here every year. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Staff was extremely friendly! My only complaint was that we didn't have towels refreshed.

We stayed in the King Suite. It was wonderful! It was clean and had a full kitchen with dishwasher and ice maker. The bed was comfy and extra blankets and pillows were in the room. The toiletries supplied were nice as well. Breakfast was good too! The staff was very nice, despite our late arrival. This hotel was only about 15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of things to do in close proximity.

Okay stay

STAY AWAY! Don’t do it! This place should not have the Hilton Brand name on it at all. Its musty air runs through the vents. Seems there was a recent Re-Paint in the kitchenette area and it looks terrible. Just stay elsewhere!

Breakfast was pretty good every morning of my stay. The room is outdated especially when compared to the surrounding hotels but still spacious and comfortable. Over all a good hotel to stay at.

The overall experience and stay was good for the price.

Dead roaches under cabine in bathroom, too bad we can’t upload pictures, someone smoking marijuana next door so it smelled a lot, even though it was a non smoking area, we stayed in Building D room 332. There was a bad smell in breakfast area. Not happy at all and I don’t leave any reviews unless the stay was above our expectations or it was a bad experience. This was a bad experience. It was quiet though, I guess that was the only good thing.

So we only got 1 towel and had to fight for 2 more on our 4 day stay with 5 people. The hallway wall to our room was all tore out no sheet rock and all the wall paper in our room was water damaged and falli g down, we didnt get any room cleaning service it was weird

There were plenty of shops nearby and walkable food places nearby. The staff was amazing and the suite had a kitchen with everything you’d need for a stay. 10/10. Definitely would recommend! Will be staying again next time we come down.

We had a great stay. The breakfast was excellent — everything was fresh and there was a good variety of options. The hotel is absolutely pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog very easy and comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Hallways: there was a certain odor throughout the entire hotel that was not pleasing at all. Shower: the shower worked fine, but the tiles had cracks, looked like it was a band aid. Overall, it was okay, but I don't think the price was worth it. I was charged over $90 than what was quoted via Expedia.

Hotel overall was decent for the price. Front desk staff wasn't polite checking in or out, lots of funny smells in each different area of the hotel, rust in the bathtub, pool was only 1/3 full and had nasty stuff floating. The room itself was good enough.

Everything the staff was so nice.

Pool and hot tub were not open. The comforter on the bed had a huge gross stain on it and the room smelled like it had been smoked in. I wasn’t super impressed with the room or use of amenities. However, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was in okay condition. The wallpaper was peeling in areas and the room had a moist smell to it, along with strong chemical smells in the room and hallways. Overall cleanliness was fair nothing out of the ordinary, did wish we received fresh linens more than the first night. We had to ask every night for new towels for the next morning.

There were drawers that would not shut in the clothing chest of king bed room. The phones did not work and I needed to use my cell phone to call front desk. The first week of stay room services did not show them slowly became more consistent until they checked on room daily. I once told the front desk the room needed cleaning and phones didn't work. I was told it would be taken care of, but wasn't. I should have been more persistent to see that things were taken care of

The beds and they didn't keep the breakfast up

Limited staff, noisy area, No Clean Bath Towels to Shower. Was Moved due to toilet issues to another room. Carpets need to be removed felt dirty.

When I entered the room, I saw stains on the bed sheets.

They were behind the couch, under the stove, and in the bedroom behind the nightstand. Other than that everyone was friendly and things were clean.

The staff slacked big time. I was traveling with small kids that wet the bed and I requested a bed change and fresh towels early that morning. I came back 13 hours later to find my room in the same conditions i left it. I was very disappointed in the lack of services. The next day i requested a shower chair and never was given one.

Not clean enough

We were very impressed with everything about our stay. We arrived earlier than expected and the desk clerk allowed us to check in early, as a room was available. We were overwhelmed with the room, not expecting as much for the price. Spotlessly clean, large with nice appoinments. Bed was wonderful. Full kitchen with "normal" fridge, not a mini. I couldn't find anything to complain about. Breakfast was great, good choices, all seemed fresh and tasty. The hotel itself had a fresh smell, rooms, halls, elevator, lobby, everything. The grounds were clean and well kept. We actually stayed an extra night because it was so nice and relaxing.

Shower rod was broken which led to water getting all over the place. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting better off going to get something somewhere else. Half of the staff didn’t speak English so the lack of communication was definitely a problem.

We were promised a crib for our baby, and told upon arrival at 11pm that they don’t even have any cribs. The breakfast host was super rude, loud and inattentive. Our AC went out for 2 days and took 3 calls to get fixed, the trash cans are overflowing everywhere inside and out and there were big nasty bugs in the kitchen crawling in and out behind the counter.

Location Room smelled of mildew and urine, the couch and chair was filthy. Chipped paint on several portions of the room and looks to be saw dust by the door of the closet. Chairs filthy in the dinning area as well.

The main hallways are musty and humid. The rooms are similar. The AC does not help reduce the humidity in the rooms. The AC control doesn’t allow for the fan to be on to help drop the humidity. Hard to get comfortable while sleeping when damp. Front staff was kind.

Good location The facility is really old and has an unpleasant smell from the carpet .There wasn't clean up service during the stay. The faucet kept dripping, the crack around the bathroom had earwigs. It would be better if they provide the bath rug and hand soap. I did send a message to the property management directly but no response.

Nice stay but the pool was dirty

The kitchen is quite dated and doesn’t match what was shown in the website photos. The shower pressure is very weak, which made it difficult to enjoy. Also, we requested towels but they were not provided as expected. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations set by the listing.

It was well maintained and well lit. The pool did not seem like it had been cleaned in months. Besides that, the property was very nice.

Beautiful hotel! We loved the pool and basketball hoop right next to it. The room was clean and comfortable. The full-size refrigerator was really nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking lot was well lit and safe. My husband left his baseball hat in our room. I called when we got home to see if they could mail it to us and was told they did not find a hat. ?

The furniture was old and worn down. The towels were dirty looking. The sheets were not clean. The lights in the bathroom kept flickering. Room 116.

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk clerk was nice we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit.

Clean but dated and needed some small repairs and upgrades

An unexpected happy hour took place and it was amazing. The team who prepared the snack table and drinks were so kind, professional and courteous. My colleague an I were able to watch the basketball game while sipping on a glass of wine and enjoying the appetizers! Then breakfast was great, clean, flavorful and hot. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nt 1: rm 107, STANK, expected whole 1st flr tb da same, didn't complain. Moldy tub and soap holder. Nt 2: 3 Firetrucks in window half hr, Midnight evacuated, power cut, hotel wing flooded, fire on 3rd floor FIRE ALARM DIDN'T SOUND! Slept in car 3 hrs b4 got moved. Rm only 1 bed for 6 people! couch cushions from 107 & 112 for kids. Clerk WATCHED me struggle to carry everything! D 2: Mgr, Danny, said stay in 107 or 112 for 1 more night a, move us on day 3. No way were we going back into 107. He said he would talk to me about a discount! Day 3: Moved our stuff into 107 and everything into 308 that night. 308 OK until I saw a ROACH nt 6. ALL the lights were on and roach walking around. YUCK!!!! also mold in 308 bathroom ducks daily swim in the pool

Overall the hotel wasn't bad. The beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. The only things that I noticed were the trash cans in the hallway of my floor were overflowing with trash when I got there on Saturday and the same trash was still there when I left on Monday. Also, the carpets in the hall are very faded and dirty and gave off a musty smell. There was trash like receipts and clothing tags that were on the hall floor that were not touched all weekend long. It looks like it was a really nice hotel at one time, but it seems to be falling into disrepair due to lack of proper care and maintenance.

Just walking into the hotel. It was cleaned and smelled good. And the front desk staff were nice. We had 2 roaches in our room Someone’s hair left on the tub wall. Hallways smelled horrible Kitchen floor still had crumbs. Couches were stained. Can’t believe this is a Hilton hotel. Very sad.
