Everything was amazing except my 84 year old mother has COPD and asthma and the deodarizor the use in common areas made her very ill. I had to move her elsewhere.

Wonderful stay here for a few days! The staff upon arrival were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she was amazing! Become a IHG rewards member!! Lots of cool perks. Rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious! Definitely recommend and will be staying here in the future!

The breakfast was really good and quick. We loved the fresh coffee grinder. The room was very spacious and had a fridge and coffee maker. However the lobby had afresh ground coffee make available 24/7 so we just went there. Parking was free and very close to our room. It was right next to a Costco, and tons of great restaurants. Overall it was a great facility.

I liked the willingness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a nice spread as well. What I did not like is when I checked into my room, it was extremely smelly housekeeping had to come up and spray air freshener. The room also did not get extremely cold so we were hot. We would’ve liked to use the pool, but it did rain during our stay again, the staff there was extremely nice and helpful. The gym equipment did not work.

Out of all the hotels I have stayed at from the colony all the way to Frisco, Holiday inns, LaQuinta and any other in the past 2 months, this hotel ranks #1, in all categories. The only thing that I dislike was the cleaning staff forgets to put coffee and cups in the room, but the rooms are cleaned, beds made and linen replaced every day. The lady at the desk in the evening has been very helpful.

The breakfast bar was fine, although the pancake machine was broken which disappointed a family member. The treadmills in the fitness room did not seem to work. The room was comfortable and we slept well, which is the most important thing.

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn. The hotel is located near several dining and shopping areas. The staff is great!! We only stayed a night but the breakfast was good and they even had little grab-and-go bags available. They normally have a variety of breakfast options, including a pancake machine. The lobby also had infused water which we loved after driving in from a drier climate.

I was liking the hotel until Saturday morning. The maintenance mopped the elevator and did not put the sign. The sign there was permanently attached. it makes the floor super slippery. I went sliding and fell as soon as i entered the elevator. I busted my knee and hurt my hand. They are lucky i was not elderly and could have broken something . Thats a lawsuit

Breakfast was delicious. The cook made sure there was enough food and replaced immediately as needed. She was also very thoughtful and kind. Thank you to her! My husband is a patient at tge Barrow Neurological Institute. Even though we got a lower price, the cost was high and a financial burden for us. Mattress was too soft.

The staff were super courteous and the room was very spacious and clean.

The toilet was also the worst. On the positive side, the housekeeping was amazing and sweet. The place was quiet and had no loud noises, so we slept great.

The elevator didn’t work and they didn’t offer to put me in a 1st floor room. Also, the carpets and floors need to be disinfected better. Smelled like stinky feet.

After looking at countless hotels in the area, we finally decided this one looked worth trying. We are so thankful we did! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Hotels.com is60% higher than making direct reservations. They are hard to change (we added a day). Noncancelable! Shower head fell off 3 times! Couldn’t find out what charges were! Don’t use Hotel.com!

Your website is very misleading, it appeared you had an indoor pool, only upon further clicking did I realize it was an outdoor pool. The ice machine on the third floor wasn't working. The breakfast was good. There were other loud guests. Quiet time was supposed to be between 10:00pm and 6:00am- there were loud people above us all night. there wasn't a smart TV- this is 2025 come on.

I did not receive the room that I specifically booked due to my physical disabilities. I booked a room with a walk-in shower with a seat and paid a higher price for that room configuration. Instead, I was given a room that was wheelchair accessible, which had a bathtub with a bulky removable seat. I was not physically able to use that setup and therefore had to go without bathing for my entire stay. Absolutely unacceptable and I should get a refund for the extra cost I paid for a room setup that I didn't get.

Location worked for me, within 30 min to both downtown dallas & dfw airport, next to korean town. Close to hwy yet tucked away so convenient&quiet at same time.

Room was clean and customer service was excellent. The only problem was the AC/Heating unit was not working properly. We were offered a room change, but we chose a space heater; problem solved.

Obnoxious, screaming loud toilet. Disruptive, and frustrating. Breakfast, average, hoped for waffle, rather pancakes. Poor coffee, nice toast and cinnamon rolls. Well maintained, side access doors left open frequently. Excellent maintenance staff, kept rooms tidy, and welcoming. An okay visit, but will never return on the sole basis, the toilet - SO LOUD. Even got video proof of it's 60+ seconds of screaming pipes.

Without a doubt, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was spotless and I appreciated the hand-held shower head and walk in stall. Very clean. Excellent breakfast too.

the hotel was conveniently located and affordable which made the choice an easy one. However, the room we were in was below mediocre and the finishes in the hotel made it feel like a motel 6. our room was a good size but had a weird bulge in the floor from one end of the room to the other like a speed bump. The couches and chair were stained and desperately needed cleaning. It had a moldy smell when the air conditioning kicked on. only positive was the king bed was comfortable.

The hotel is clean and spacious! Breakfast was free and delicious. The elderly lady at the front desk was so nice and friendly! I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The services to check in. The food was not as others locations. Staff not friendly and the water to shower was super hot couldn't get a shower that water could get you a degrees of burns on skin.

This Holiday Inn was perfect for our trip! The lady who checked us in was an absolute doll! The sweetest lady! Bed was comfy, and breakfast was great each morning. We always enjoy trips to Texas and will keep this hotel in mind next time we visit. N/A Everything was great!
