No ice machine, breakfast was cold and one day all they had was water downed juice and hard muffins. Ask front desk person for help and they don’t speak English! Had bugs in the bathroom everytime you turned the light on. This was by far the WORST EVER

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I will never be back to this or any other location.

Was smelling like pungent. There was a maintain work going on.

It was muggy in the whole place the first room I was in dirty lights on and door open and the toilet didn’t work there was also ants of that floor and the other floor they put us on. He tried his hardest not to give me a refund.

The room was decent for the pricing, but it was a little dirty, and the hallways felt dirty and smelled awful. For the price I was able to deal with it.

Go across the street to the Hampton Inn. It's much better for the same price.

Great stay! The property was well-kept, and our room was spotless. The bed was really comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed before heading out. Highly recommend

Their pool is out of order, he said is was on their website but we did not see it when we booked on orbitz website. He sent me and my wife to the wrong room where a lady was in the middle of helping her mom shower. Called front desk and nobody ever answered ( our room phones may have been out of order because when we called from our phone they picked up)their was no hot water in the morning and we complained, by that time we had to just go without a shower, we came back later in the afternoon and it went to lukewarm for the shower. Also must have been a leak at the 3rd floor above us in their shower because our ceiling was wet and falling down, ( i took a photo). The rooms and hallways also smell like mold or fungus, property owners seem very cheap, everything felt in disrepair. Very bad experience will not stay there again, we stayed there a few years ago and it has gone way down with its quality, new owners should not have this property. Choice hotels should be doing a spot inspection on this property soon.

Checked into our room and our door had an opening at the top about 6inches. Had to relocate room where our key didn’t work. Pool was out of service which is why I booked this hotel specifically. Spent majority of my one night stay in the lobby trying to fix issues.

Huge smear of feces on toilet. Hair in the shower. Hair in the sheets - it was very evident sheets were never changed. No signal errors so we couldn’t even turn the TV on. The elevator was unstable with zero signs of certifications of safety and no inspection stickers. Avoid. I’ve stayed in cheaper motels that were so much nicer.

Very old , room was dirty , door can’t close when you leave. Will not consider this play to stay in the future !

Property was very dated and not much worked. Dresser in room broke and missing drawers, bathroom missing cabinet fronts, couch in room was all faded and missing fabric. Smelled like weed and was certainly not worth what we paid.

Overall, the hotel was good. The stay was enjoyable. Only exception was the bathtub was in desperate need of caulking. Other than that, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, but the entire place felt abandoned. We didnt see a single guest during our stay which was a little weird. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous and honestly, we dont have any complaints. Place was quiet and safe.

This property is in really poor condition. The elevator smells like hydraulic fluid, is filthy, and seems to have mechanical problems (rough and the door is not smooth). The hallways smelled terrible and maintenance was routinely only halfway completed. Multiple outlets either did not work or were missing outlet covers. The room had the expected furniture, but needed care with paint and possible water damage around the ceiling/wall joint.

The hotel is horrible! The rooms are dirty and smell between body order and cat pee. The ac unit did not work. We walked in the room and walked right back out after about 5 minutes, the smell alone was enough to overwhelm you. The others that were checking in right before and behind us left as well without staying once they seen their rooms.

The front desk staff was very good. However, the facility is in serious need of some TLC.

Swimming pool wasn’t open. Shampoo bottle was empty. Hallways smelled. Fire alarm sounded at 1am. Not very good.

The room and EVERYTHING was disgusting. Literally saw cookers outside Windows wouldnt close so there forever wouldn't lock! Roaches, mold etc

My hotel room was clean, but the shower was rusted. I was on the third floor, and my room had no odor, but as soon as I stepped into the hallway, the whole floor smelled of vomit. It was a very pungent odor all down the whole floor. Night front desk was there, but morning I couldn’t check out because no one at the front desk for over 30 minutes. I ended up leaving a note at the desk.

Terrible room, staff, and property. Nothing like the pictures shown online. I’ve never been to a more disgusting property, especially for the price. It looks like crimes were committed in the room. All the furniture was ripped and worn out and bodily fluids were found around the room. Absolutely abhorrent. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We immediately tried to cancel after we saw the room and had to book at another property. The hotel refuses to refund us, so we have to do a chargeback. Worst experience ever.

The location When I arrived the room was not clean. The sheets did not look like they had been changed from previous customer. When I went to the front desk the clerk told me he would give me new sheets and I could change the bed.

The room itself was okay and was clean. Wifi sucked with a very poor signal. No TV channel guide and the night guy was no help. No local stations could be found. The outside of the building was poorly maintained. People left their trash in the parking lot but staff doesn't get rid of it. I hate people who leave trash in a parking lot but staff not getting rid of it makes it worse. Trash cans outside the building were overflowing and needed emptied. They weren't emptied in the 2+ days I was there. Pool was closed. The free breakfast was okay and the coffee was good. I did not like that I was asked to pay a "security deposit" on check in. That's not the norm. I refused to let it be put on my card after the clerk said it would take up to a week after my check out for it to be refunded. I gave them cash and got it back when I checked out. The man on duty when I arrived was very nice.. The guys after him not so much. For sure not more than a 2 star motel.

Place smells like weed everywhere. Doors are pieced together. Walls are gross. Place is disgusting.

Everything was good the AC was cool

The pool was out of service. The sink in the bathroom didn't have a handle, there was a giant screw in its place. Hotel was fine for one night, but nothing to write home about.

The breakfast hours are good...6 until 9.

AC was poor at best! Never cooled down enough to use covers all night even though it would shut off. We had it set to lowest temp. It said 61 degrees but not even close! Room was very out dated and just looked dingy.

The first room smelled terrible. There were holes in the wall. The fire alarm was missing just wires hanging. They moved us to another room. The sheets in the 2nd room were soiled. For our safety we asked for a refund and said we would need to stay elsewhere. They were uncooperative. Thankful Expedia helped us out.

Staff were friendly, accessible, and helpful. My room was clean. Most importantly for me, my stay was very quiet.

Air conditioned worked well

Our toilet did not flush properly. Our room door could not be secured from the hall side thus we packed out each time we left. The room tile floor was sticky.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The common areas were clean. Most of the staff was very kind. The property itself was kind of old and outdated and the pool was not open when we were there and that was one of the reasons we selected that hotel. The breakfast was great one day we were there but the second day the sausages were raw and my daughter ate a piece of it before we realized.

The hair dryer is broken. Hotel hallway airflow is poor.

It was no pleasant! As soon as we entered the room there were cockroaches on the bed. We left and demanded are refund which the property owner they couldn't get a hold of to do a refund. I repeat do not book here.

Our door would not even lock, key would not work, and the blinds did not go all the way down. There was a crack on the window. Front desk did not help. Room was clean but I definitely won’t book there again.

Also they charged a $55 caution fee upon check-in (refundable at checkout) but kept $5 as a 'service charge'. This wasnt communicated at check-in. So beware

Property is on Hotel plaza surrounded by several others. Clean room, bed not awful and it was mostly quite which is what I needed for my stay. The weather changed from 80 to 34 and there was plenty of hot water for the morning shower. I would stay again.

Guy that checked me in took a fifty dollar deposit but charged my card 61.11. He told me it would be back on my card upon check out. At check out. Another man tells me 3 to 5 worki g days.

How this even has 2 and a half stars on here is beyond me. This hotel doesn't even deserve a WHOLE one star. This place is filthy. First, i didn't even get the 2 queen beds I requested. Next, everything was dirty, moldy, and rusted. There was a water leak that we were unaware of that made my friend slip. Enriched was so unpleasant.

The lobby was clean and welcoming. Front desk staff were polite, professional, and appreciative at check-in. The hotel was quiet at night, and we slept without being disturbed. Despite the issues, we didn’t feel unsafe during our stay. The location was inconvenient for getting around. Access often required navigating the I-35E feeder road, quick lane changes, U-turns, and construction, and even nearby destinations across the highway regularly took 15–20 minutes to reach. Limited dining options nearby on the hotel’s side of I-35E, with most choices being sports bars (not ideal when traveling with a child). Indoor pool was closed/out of order during the stay (according to other reviews it has been for a while now and still not disclosed on the site) Room had a persistent musty odor and noticeable dust on closer inspection. Electrical outlets were worn/loose and plugs would not stay in place. Door keycard reader/hardware felt loose. Maintenance entered the room after check-in without prior notice for a non-emergency issue (showerhead), and this was not communicated at check-in. Frequent marijuana odor in/around the parking lot; observed smoke coming from a nearby room window. The total charge ended up higher than the final price shown on Booking.com.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

Building was unkept and unfinished renovations. Pool was "out of service". Bugs and cockroaches in room. Leaking shower and faucet. Towels were stained and dirty.

The entire building felt condemned, and we were afraid of being assaulted in the parking lot. Screens were pulled off the windows and laying on the ground outside. I almost got tetnis from a lamp that had more rust than chrome. The one chair looked pulled from a dumpster and badly worn. There was a bucket to catch the leak in the middle of the hallway on the first floor, and when we asked for an extra pillow and blankets, they gave us a pile of pillow cases. We were seriously concerned about black mold in the walls and bathroom. We couldn't allow our children to stay there, we were that concerned for their safety. We left within about 10 minutes of checking in, with no refund for any of the days we canceled.

The room had a stale air odor. No shampoo or body wash. noisy HVAC. Coffee maker did not work

It was pretty and it was straight forward. Many things were wrong with this visit - First of all I was charged an extra $10 upon arrival for housekeeping, never in my life have I had that. Second, I was given 1 card for a three-person reservation - I later asked for more. But the worst thing of all is there was a number of yogurts in the fridge which expired on January 1st, and the date I found them was January 9th! I reported this to the desk receptionist, who confirmed no manager on duty, and he did not seem very apologetic, nor did he certainly did not rush to deal with the issue. Not impressed

Room was filthy and falling apart. Electrical outlets (2) weren’t working. Light fixtures were damaged. The bathroom was outdated and had damaged bath tub and bathroom doors.

My covers had stains in them. The tub was rusted

The whole building smelled like weed. There was A LOT of people from the outside stopping at one specific one. I killed a roach in our room and when I called to check on a pair of shoes that I am sure were left in our room he rudely said there was nothing and if it was left it was probably trashed and hung up. Worst hotel ever!

When we walked in to check in the staff were in the lobby playing dominoes. As soon as we went into the room it smelled like an atrocious amounts of weed and cigarettes, impossible to be in. The restroom had a significant large hole on the ceiling that was leaking right on top of the toilet. We had asked for another room and the owner said they didn’t have any other rooms available, but online it said they had 5 left? He told the janitor to just clean it and it will be “fixed”. The shower walls had black mold and the tub was disgusting. This is the worst hotel we have ever been in, we checked out as soon as we could and stayed at a different hotel.Wouldn’t recommend it.

I was solo on this trip but had a 2 queen room. Rolled back the bedspread to find uncomfortable stains on the sheets. Tried other bed at least the stains looked older. The shower wall had screws sticking out & later a found the grab bar that had been pulled off & laid in the corner. Staff was nice to keep from a one Star. Great location but it has several other hotels very close. Had a great stay next door the next night.

The staff offered to change rooms, but I can imagine the other rooms being in any better condition. We had to get out fast!

Also, breakfast was lacking, just cereal, milk and pancakes, basically sugar and carbs. There were no fruits, the bread area was empty, there was no yogurt and there were barely any scrambled eggs left (mind you, we arrived early, not when breakfast was almost over). Don’t waste your money!

The entire stay was horrible. The pool wasn’t available when walk in the hotel it was entirely hot there wasn’t any hot water n the tub I called the front desk from my cell phone bc the room phone didn’t work. After talking to the front desk they told me that they would get maintenance to turn the water up. The water never came up hot. Came down the second day n the Lobby smelled completely like weed. This has been on of the most horrible experiences ever.

The room itself was fine. Comfortable, relatively clean. BUT, when I checked in, I wasn't greeted - just "ID please." Not very friendly. No info given about amenities or location of anything in the hotel. The first morning, went down for breakfast at 6:15a (scheduled to start at 6:00a), and it wasn't ready. The staff seemed surprised we wanted to eat. It got worse. There were no bowls for the cereal and no orange juice was available. I asked my dad to check later when he went down, and still no. We both asked about the deficiencies, and the staff said something about "the manager forget to order stuff." The next morning, the same, except now the toasted didn't even work, so we couldn't have bagels or toast either. The staff person did come fix the toaster after I complained, again. We were not impressed. Upon check-out the staff member offered us water for the road, at no charge, which WAS nice. But honestly, the damage was already done. We felt we had been bait-and-switched! Breakfast was advertised, but only barely provided. We definitely won't ever come back, and would not recommend.

Clean

Very loud hallways until after 3am and that included the staff talking loudly in the hall. Also very loud from the mall directly behind the hotel. However, the worst part about this hotel is that they fraudulently charged my credit card for a "service fee" I was not made aware of and never informed it was a thing. Was told there would be a $50 incidentals fee charged to my card, but would be refunded after we checked out. Turns out they charged my card $61.11. I called to ask why I was charge and they said they extra $11.11 was a service fee. I demanded that money back and the hotel has not refunded it as of yet, nor the $50 incidentals charge. I have also had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

The person that checked me in was extremely rude and it felt like I was wasting his time. The room smelled musty, the air conditioner quit working and started leaking water into the floor causing the musty smell. They switched us rooms and the new room smelled like cigarettes. We decided to leave and stay elsewhere.

Terrible smell in the room, the smell was like old wet carpet that it wasn't dry properly. Shower will make Terrible noise when turned on. Bed sheets didn't feel cleaned yuck. Floor where badly clean they even felt sticky. When undoing the bed my daughter found a nasty dirty tissue paper underneath the bed sheets. Terrible. I was about to stay at the property this past weekend and the room was in terrible condition, and after promptly going down right after check in and asking for a refund so I can get ready for a function, they denied even after the condition of the terrible condition of the room, telling me I would have to contact who I booked with and ignoring their calls for over an hour.

Upon check-in, i was charged additional fees. My family checked into the room and found a large sticky substance on the carpet. We found the refrigerator in our room did not seal properly and the items did not stay cold. Our shower had a hand rail that was very loose and coming off the wall. The AC unit was not very cold despite the temperature setting.

It was in a good location BUT it wasn’t clean at all it was a old urine stain on the mattress cover I showed the manager carpet was dirty and STICKY the picture on the website was NOT ANYTHING ALIKE and when you called the front desk they NEVER ANSWERED I HAD TO CALL ON MY CELLPHONE AS a person wanting to reserve a room to get anyone

The place is very run down. Sheets were dirty, room was not cleaned properly, restroom looked liked it had not be cleaned, restroom light didn’t work. Obvious signs of corrosion because of humidity in rooms.

This is our 2nd stay here. First stay a few weeks ago was alright. Staff is friendly. This stay wasnt great. The first room we were given had clothes on the bed so it was occupied. The 2nd room the door didn’t actually lock when we left. You could just push the door open. The 3rd room had a wet spot on bedsheets when i pulled the comforter back. The front desk gave us new sheets which was definitely appreciated but i asked for a prorated credit and was told that could not be done. The side glass door entrance is broken and hanging off the hinges. The pool was closed both times. The breakfast is the same eggs and sausages every day. The pan of sausages was in the microwave this morning so i put it in the serving tray. Theres not much variety. Plain bagel, plain bread, nasty sausage. We will not stay here again.

Honestly, the price was good. we got 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It was only for the night, we checked in like at 8 pm and left like at 6 am, it was a decent clean for the rate and the value for the room, it had some type of fragance but it didn't stink. So the sofa bed had a bunch of coins after I took the cushions off which means they don't clean that good, also the phone wasn't connected and we had to go downstairs for sheets for the sofa bed, it was a questionable clean for a hotel, there was dust on the trim in the bathroom and a lot behind the nightstand cause I was trying to plug in the phone also the side door f the hotel doesn't close which is scary if you're staying very close I felt a little at ease because we were in the second floor, yes the elevator does make noise in a way like an old one would I guess but seem to work fine, other than that you honestly get what you pay for, all the other hotels had crazy high rates and this one was a bit more moderate even though they have a $50 dollar deposit fee that will be reimbursed in 4 to 5 days I think.

Once I got to the room, the issues only got worse. The furniture was old and clearly hadn't been updated or well-maintained since the hotel opened. The bathroom had visible mold from the sink to the tub, which is both disgusting and unacceptable. On top of that, there was a bad, lingering smell in the room that I couldn’t get rid of no matter what I did. I sprayed the room down and tried to turn the air on and it only got worse. Not sure if the filters been changed at all. To make matters worse, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty, and it was clear they hadn't been properly cleaned. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe during my entire stay, and I couldn’t wait to check out. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I feel like my money was completely wasted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’ll definitely never stay here again. I am so upset I wasted money on this hotel. I could not convince myself to stay at this property causing me to leave earlier than expected.

The staff was very friendly.

There were cockroaches coming out of the bathroom. The two smoke alarms were not set up. Big safety hazard! The bed sheets were dirty along with dark, red stains on the sofa bed.

The doors on the exterior of the property didn’t lock to get into the building so anyone could come in from the side doors. The entire building including our room had a bad smell. There was no smoke detectors in our room but the wires for it were exposed. It may have “looked” clean but it didn’t feel clean at all. Everything was very dated.

Car broke down and I have to stay overnight, convenient location. hotel looks good from outside, good parking spaces, quite. Inside small entrance duty floor, pool out of service. Room good, comfortable beds, shower duty, clog bathtub. Breakfast uncook porklinks, very basic.

The hotel was not well taken care of. The pool wasn’t working, room phone didn’t work, wasn’t as clean and neat compared to other hotel stays.. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable. Overall stay was very good. Could use a little more detail in cleaning elevator and bathroom sinks. The hotel was very quiet and had a wonderful night of sleep.

Great location for area we were visiting. The walk-in shower had no curtain and no curtain rod. The water from the shower ran all over the bathroom floor, making it dangerously slippery. I am 80 years old and recovering from a broken hip. The floor was so slippery after my shower that I came close to slipping and falling in the bathroom. The only way I was able to avoid falling was to spread out all the towels provided onto the wet floor. That meant I had no extra towels to use the next day.

Not clean, not dirty, just ok. Rooms musty and need work. Feels/looks like 1/2 rate construction.

Clunky sounding elevator, door dragged on tile floor, top lock was broken off, toilet seat wasn’t clean, rip at end of sheet, curtains had rips, sun-blocking curtain wasn’t installed but rather was leaning against the wall (hazard for our toddler!), a/c was wasn’t working properly all night, breakfast was included but nobody was refilling items or keeping it clean, stains all over dining room carpet, none of the tables were cleaned off after use, and finally, they required a $50 deposit which I’m afraid they’re going to keep because of the tears that were already present in our room. There were no bugs visible but it’s definitely past its prime and hasn’t had good upkeep. Overpriced for what you get. $140 was too much for this place.

Broken bathroom door and smells of drugs

Everything. It smelled like marijuana, there was urine in the toilet when we got in, the door was badly repaired and hardly shut, missing faucet handle, no AC, and the indoor pool was closed and had a nasty mold film on it.

It was filthy. I didn’t feel comfortable at all but for to the nature of our last movie trip and limited availability in the area, I had no choice. I didn’t like the fact that the juice machine only had water, the pool was closed and beyond filthy.. cover the whole door so guests won’t have to see it. It’s very outdated, everything was old, they can’t even charge snacks to your room, you have to pay when you take it from the snack area. The staff was not very friendly upon arrival but over the course of a couple days, they were more friendly. I feel that was because I started questioning where the manager was. Also when we arrived the room we were given was not clean. It looked like someone had just checked out. Dirty towels & bed linens everywhere. I told the staff and he asked me was I sure. I just got in town at 4 am with luggage to carry…do you think I’d come back downstairs at that time of the morning as a joke?? They don’t have any accommodations for vegan or clean eating customers. It was just awful. I wouldn’t stay at this location ever again.

AC doesn’t work well. The room is humid. Front desk staff doesn’t care about the customer.

Once I checked into my room I checked right back out. The smell of mildew and mold was overwhelming.
