Everything was perfect

The staff was super nice & helpful with AC trouble, getting an extra towel or 2 when needed. As well everyone during the day welcomed you as you walked in and told you to have a nice day as you left. Great experience.

Everything was 10/10. Staff were very kind and friendly. Rooms were very clean so great job on the cleaning staff! Breakfast was delicious. Nothing to complaint about.

The inside of the hotel seemed nice I hated the location of the hotel. I hated that things were broken in the hotel, and most definitely didn’t like the constant noise from the walls and floors being so thin that you can hear everything going on.

Cindy the evening manager was awesome. However, there was a roach crawling on our bed once we got settled in. The TV did not work. We originally thought it was the remote as the one of the batteries said 11/25 on it. I went down to the front desk to report the roach (provided picture) and stated the remote was not working. For the roach part Cindy said she would we report this to management and wrote in a binder. there was this other gentleman who also apologized for the roach but said like all creatures they too want to find a way to live. No, we will refund your money, give you a discount, move you to another room. Just apologies and a circle of life story. I go back up to the room with new remote, only to find that the TV still will not turn on. by this time, we are tired and just went to bed.

Rooms very clean and big, they do offer play pens for baby’s. Where the hotel is located is a great spot there’s a lot of stores,fast food and gas station close by. The staff they treat you well. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was mostly standard stuff but instant oatmeal and grits from the machine was not good.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times, the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained and neatly decorated. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and there was space to sit and eat. I would definitely stay here again.

24hrs coffee

This is an older Best Western but it was very clean and most people are very friendly. Walls are thin and my son and I got two complaints around 8:30pm about my son walking to loud. I felt like he couldn’t walk around because of the person under us. Not really complaining it was just frustrating.

I came to stay with my 5 year old for a mommy and me weekend. 5 minutes after getting into our room the smoke alarm went off for no reason. Of course my son was terrified. He would not re-enter the room for any reason. The hotel apologized and said the smoke alarm was faulty and they moved us to a different room. My son, who had never stayed in a hotel before, was still terrified. He didn't want to stay any longer. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. I couldn't make him stay more than just the first night. He truly is traumatized over the whole situation. I asked very nicely if they would refund me for the second night since we were checking out early. We checked out at 8:30am. They said they could not because I purchased through Expedia. This was very disappointing.

The beds were some of the worst we've ever slept on. Very hard with metal springs poking through. I'm suprised as the reviews said otherwise.

One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to use the media room for team meetings, which allowed us to prepare together in a comfortable and professional setting. Traveling with a large group can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made the entire experience seamless. Their hospitality and willingness to support our team made a lasting impression, and we truly appreciate everything they did for us. We would highly recommend this hotel to any team or group traveling for tournaments or events and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Hotel was great. Pool was a bit dirty as far as debris in the water but most probably never go. We would stay again.

Pleasant Visit.

Upon check in I was given keys to a room with people already in it. I walked in on a couple, which is very awkard for them and myself. I was then assigned another room which had an issue with the air conditioner. It was so humid in the room that the sheets and bedding were damp to the touch. The other room I had walked into was not like this, neither were the hallways and other ares of the hotel so this was definitely an issue with the room I had been assigned. In the morning I reported the issue with the A/C to the man at the desk. He was dismissive and obviously was not going to be bothered with my feedback. I then told him about being checked in an dgiven keys to someone else's room. His repsonse was to ask me for details about the other people's room. As if I had done something to end up in another room. I went to the room I was assigned, and used the keys given to me. At no point has anyone offered to do anything to help the situation. Where is the customer service? I was put into a room where people were already in their beds, disrupting their night and probably making them very uneasy for the rest of their stay, yet there has been zero follow up from the hotel.

As soon as you walk in the door of hotel you can see that the place was very nice and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and a variety of choices that changed everyday.

The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). Thank you, sir, for the late night efforts.

The hotel was good. It’s the traditional by the side of the road Best Western. It was mostly clean although the room felt a bit damp and had a very subtle mold smell.

The room was REALLY clean. I clean my hotel rooms before taking my stuff out. All of my Clorox wipes were clean. Almost no dust everything was clean and smelled clean.

After having a very negative experience at another hotel, just down the road my arrival at Best Western was a sigh of relief. The night front desk staff, her name was Cindy, was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that I was happy with the room and that everything was clean and in order. My room was very clean and you can tell that the staff takes pride and making sure that their rooms are clean and tidy for the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers in the Louisville and Highland Village area.

Nice spacious room, close to shopping, and the freeway. I saw a lady cleaning the room next to mine. She was on her knees cleaning the floor with a towel it to make sure it got clean. The breakfast wasn't too good, but the coffee was GREAT. I'll be back to stay here again, I'll just need bring a sack lunch/breakfast 😂

Everything really was perfect at this hotel. I couldn’t find anything wrong. The rooms are fresh and clean well cleaned. The breakfast was Above & Beyond. It was more than a normal breakfast bar. Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very well thought out. plenty of light, very nice people, very large room, clean, glass shower door, cool glass water bottles that they sterilize and refill, premium shower soaps/shampoos. Much better facilities than most hotels at this level.

At check-in, it would be helpful if guests were asked about room preferences (upper or lower floor, near or away from the elevator, etc.). Breakfast is very good, and the dining area is spotless. My only suggestion would be to offer eggs made from real eggs rather than pre-mixed, along with a wider fruit selection.

It was a very good quality room with a very attentive staff! I will definitely remember Best Western as a hotel option going forward for any future trips.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but they weren't bad. I had to go down and get a plunger for a toilet we hadn't used yet. The front desk offered to move us to another room or provide a plunger, but I had already unpacked, so I just got the plunger. I do feel they should have sent someone to do it. The noise level was not wonderful as you could hear a lot outside, but it was ok. The beds were a bit too hard for me. The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't great!! The waffles were good, but the sausage tasted funny. They didn't have many options whatsoever.

At the date of our staying was little cool weather, but Heater works good! The Stuff are very nice and very helpful of anything...like places recommendations and others, mostly we spoke to Mr.Carlos hi is the best!!! And there is no problem with the parking! Nice place a lot of restaurants and shopping centers close by.

Our room had a musty smell and we found Cockroaches in the bathroom coming out of the drain in the shower. Our room was never cleaned by house keeping and we had to ask for more clean towels to use for the week stay.

I did not like the fact that you tried to charge my card before I checked in, there was no reason for that even to verify my card!
