Horrible facility!!! Very unkept, unsanitary, and will never go back!!!

Not great but not horrible

My stay was horrible, dirty sheets, dirty walls, nothing was good about my stay, also I was interrupted at 12:40 am while trying to sleep.

An employee complained about the kids splashing in the pool “because they had just cleaned it” which doesn’t make any sense to me so they weren’t able to have fun. I will never be staying at this location again.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom. Air-conditioning unit front was halfway off no bucket for ice in the room. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles.

When we got to the room the ac was turned off, the room was very hot. We turned it on and left to go eat. Returned 2 hours later and it was still hot. It might have got down to 75 maybe. Still not cool enough. The sink was healed up by and piece of plywood. Shower curtain was barely healed up. No wash rags. Beer bottles beside the couch. Worst stay I’ve had ever. Will never go back.

​I had a really good stay at the Baymont by Wyndham. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, with a special shoutout to the lady working the second shift—she was extremely helpful and friendly! There was a slight issue with my initial room, but the desk handled it immediately and moved me to a better room with zero hassle. Great service goes a long way, and I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Louisville. The property was clean, felt very safe, and the front desk staff on the second shift was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Took awhile to get anyone to help check in , then the doorstep room had holes in the wall and the shower didn’t work and it was 80 degrees in the room cause they didn’t have the ac units on . I went and requested another room but it was terrible as well .

Don’t stay at this location is pretty dirty.

The AC was leaking water on to the floor

The facilities were in very poor condition and extremely dirty. The towels were yellowed, and the entire property appeared old, worn out, and badly maintained.

THIS IS A ROACH MOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE. I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. IT ALSO HAD A VERY BAD SMELL BATHROOM FIXTURES WERE LAYING ON THE SINK THE TUB WAS DIRTY AND DISGUSTING THE FRONT DESK PERSON STATED NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO CLEAN THE ROOM AND THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO LEAVE THE FRONT DESK TO ASSIST. LOTS OF CRUMBS IN THE HALLWAY. FURNITURE IN THE ROOM WAS PULLED AWAY FROM THE WALL AND THE TV HAD A SECOND TV BEHIND IT / LARGE WHITE WINGED INSECTS WERE ALONG THE WALL DEAD / THIS PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN NOR SECURE DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE A CRIME SCENE

The whole hotel needs to be gutted and start over. Pictures on Expedia website were extremely misleading. Building is run down and in need of repair. Walls peeling, common areas dirty. No security lock on door, baseboards separating from wall in bathroom. No blankets or towels in room, had to switch rooms because the first one they gave me was unacceptable. Shower curtain barely hanging up, holes in the wall, shower dirty, shower head not clean. As a disabled veteran, very unsatisfied!!! Do Better, felt catfished with the whole experience.

The hotel didn’t look anything like the pictures on Expedia. The building was rundown. The area around hotel was sketchy. The room needed a complete renovation. The bedroom wasn’t clean. No blanket on bed. We frozed all night long. The AC only had one mode so we couldn’t adjust temperature. The toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to use trash bin to flush toilet. I reserved this hotel for 3 nights. We only stayed the one night since it was pretty late to move. I lost my money for the other two nights. I wouldn’t recommend this chain to anyone.

Pros: bed and linens were clean, AC was ice cold, and the room was away from the highway and overlooked my motorcycle. For the price I expected at least a well maintained room. Especially with the pictures posted. I will not be back unfortunately.

Was ok for the price, better to spend an extra $20 for a decent buffet and a shower curtain that functions.

Close to the tournament I was playing in. Furniture was damaged, bathroom was damaged in multiple places, at room fan sounded like a jet engine, and overall it was a $50 room level that charged much higher. Two other people stayed there on my team and the overall opinion was to call it a ghetto and I cannot pick the next overnight stay.

The pictures online are nothing like the it really is. I didn’t even stay there so I lost my money. Rooms smell and is in poor condition.

I'm assuming not all the rooms are the same. The last time I stayed here the room had broken lamps and needed some remodeling. This room did not have any of that. Good room.

When I got to the room both the lamps by the bed were broken with glass laying on the end tables.

This is definitely not the best hotel to stay at. First there were no face towels in the bathroom, I had to go to the front desk and ask for them, second the chair in the room was stained with red stuff it was just filthy, the entire hotel had a mildew smell to it, and the breakfast was horrible. There was no meat and the waffle maker was broken, so that was a bummer. I guess for the price I got what I paid for.

First room chair desk broken I almost fell, bathroom shower rail broken, only 2 towels, no hand towel or wash towel. We pay for 3 people. They change our room, also broken chair 💺not enough toilet paper and only one trash can. Pool did not work for 3 days. Day service in front desk very unpleasant. It was in Lewisville. Bed sheets were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Multiple issues. The smoke detector in the room was covered by a plastic shopping bag. The toilet was wobbly, not securely mounted to the floor. Walls were dirty. Strange brown substance on bathroom walls. Trash on the floor of the room. Cigarette burns on the chair and carpet.

Nothing The shower head was broken, there was graffiti on the doors and walls the ac couldn’t cool the room properly, no soap no shampoo no wash cloths only one bath towel. This was a very bad experience

The front guest is always so nice, but the cleaning crew need to do better .. The weekend rooms are way expensive, for it to be this way. The bathroom was not clean, the coffee maker was still plugged into the socket over the toilet, the back of the toilet did not fit well, the shower head was broken, there was spots all over the wall and graffiti in the bathroom. It was not a clean room ..

Breakfast was also disappointing. The options were extremely limited, consisting mainly of waffles, bread, and coffee, with no protein options such as eggs, bacon, or sausage. I have stayed at another Baymont hotel in the past, and that experience was very positive—the property was clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. In comparison, this stay felt significantly below the standard I expected from the brand. Overall, based on my experience, the hotel appears to be poorly maintained and did not meet the standard I have come to expect. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for improvements moving forward.

The carpet was stained everywhere we went in the hotel. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great AC

When we arrived the room we were given smelled of smoke, was dirty, dirt and smudges on the wall, mold all over the bathroom, in general it was not good. I was graciously given a different room how we it didn’t accommodate 5 people and the room was just as bad, smelled of smoke even worse as people weee smoking right outside of the room and the carpet was caked with gunk and I could not possibly allow someone to sleep in the floor. On top of this is a non smoking room and the stinch was so bad, allergies and asthma issues would not allow an overnight stay in this facility. I kindly asked to checkout right away. We didn’t not stay even an hour and left immediately. Checkout was quick and I was instructed to call Booking.com for a full refund in which I was told that night by booking.com I was getting.

Comfortable Furniture dated

Staff was not friendly. The room was in disrepair - tiles loose on bathroom wall, shower curtain rod pulled loose from wall and barely hanging on, TP holder broken, wooden pieces that were supposed to cover the A/C drain knocked down and lying on the floor, security bar on door ripped off, etc. The pool was understandably closed in since it is March. The breakfast was pitiful - only powdered coffee creamer and no sweetener options except sugar - both in dirty multiuse containers. The muffins were dry and gross.

The new room I was moved to had a couple lights that barely worked, the sofa chair had stains on it, the office chair was broken, there was a hole in the bathroom wall corner, the tub looked filthy (although the damage looked like it needed more than just a simple cleaning), the air conditioner in the room looked dirty so I was scared to turn it on. Overall, the room was the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in. Also, the complimentary breakfast was just cereal and a waffle maker which isn’t true breakfast in my opinion. There is a Cracker Barrel right outside, but that’s just paying for breakfast. This place is definitely not worth the price they charge per night.

Also, I got there about an hour early and the staff is I couldn’t have a room but as soon as you did find a room in about 15 minutes, they got me into room to rest and I was able to get pick up my wife and we came back and rested for a couple hours. Great stay

The room was terrible and everything was dingy, smelled funny. When you stepped into the shower felt like the floor was gonna give out under you. House keeping didn’t show up to the clean the room at all until the last night, had to go get my own toilet paper and fresh towels. The windows were boarded up on some windows

All amenities where not available like dryer and I have to constantly clean my own room because of language barrier and others I should be given something for this horrible experience

I'll keep it simple. If I had not been able to get the rate I did through Expedia, this was not a motel that I would have chosen to stay at. I chose it for the rate I got because I knew I wouldn't be there much at all during the 4 days I stayed so I made do. The front desk staff was couteous. It's not however a motel I would choose again if I was going to spend much time there or if my family had been with me.

Room had horrible odor, the heat blows out cold air. No assistance from front desk.

First, got a room that I had not booked and after they switched rooms to be more similar to the one I had booked, the room was falling apart. Lamps and phone not working. Bathroom had weird stains and fixtures falling apart. The hotel staff did not seem to care about any issues or upkeep and even the luggage trolleys were taped together and falling apart. Very disappointed with my experience.

Room had a dirty syringe in it. I asked the front desk for housekeeping to leave clean towels. Not only did they not leave towels they didn’t even clean the room. This is second time we stayed here and the same thing happened the first time. I will not go back

The sink was detached from the counter and there was burn holes all over the bedding. The second room they gave us had black mold growing around sink in the bathroom and the emergency lock was broke there was holes all over the walls and the beds had hair all over them!!! Asked for a refund she said she refunded me but i never received my refund they are now saying i stayed there and the Manager wont return my calls.

The room was not the best , this place definitely needs an update and an upkeep .The mattress was uncomfortable , you could feel the springs on your back not to mention gross with stains .breakfast options wasnt good. Furniture is worn and moldy , wires everywhere, the small chair in the room had a big hole in the back like someone slit it to hide something. I stuck it out because it was a business trip. I will not recommend this place.

This is my second stay. I will stay here again next time.

We have stayed in this hotel almost every weekend for about 2 months, but have recently decided to go somewhere else for our stays. While most of the staff is very pleasant to deal with, that isnt the case with all of the staff. Theres one night person in aprticular, skinny with black hair and glasses, who acts like having to do the job she is paid for is beneath her. Very little communication skills, rude demeanor to paying customers, and little to no situational awareness. The rest of the staff, very pleasant and always accommodating to everyones needs. But it only takes one person to spoil the experience. Other than that the hotel was always great to us. There are a few minor things here and there but all in all a really great property to stay at, and some of the nicest rooms available in lewisville. Would highly reccomend getting actual blankets for the beds tho lol

Night stand corroded. Tv stand corroded. No microwave. Asked old man in charge. He said no microwave available. Big white spots all over carpet, looks like old vomit. Restroom ceiling, black mold, then 2nd day leaking from top room. Asked to be moved, no reply. Old man in charge said no. No refund. On my 3rd night, young lady calls, they move me. Too late, I was checking out the following day. I already inhaled everything. I had to wash all my uniforms at laundry mat prior to arriving home. I felt itchy for several days. The worst hotel I’ve ever been at. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless if it was free!!!

Room was kinda gross. Extra lock on door barely worked. Asked them to change rooms and they said they would fix it and they didn't. Fire alarm went off at midnight one night for no reason.

It was the right hotel for the right price before heading out to the airport.

Good enough

Bed was Stiff tub stained, drain in bathroom sink drain slow. Gym was poor treadmill was not working. Housekeeping did not come in to clean our room or refresh. Our towels. Bathroom hadn’t been swept room did not look like it was vacuumed before we arrived. Room was smelly. Deadbolt was also broken. Located right next to a loud noisy gas station that is very active at night.

Only thing great about this place was the lady that helped us. Give her a raise. But this place needs a remodel.

The sheets on the bed had holes in them and the room was dirty. I wiped down the chair before I sat in it and it was very dirty. Overall there doesn't appear to be any upkeep on the facility

The place can use some updates broken faucet missing light bulbs carpet stinks specially under the bed probably never been vacuum since they open counter lady was rude asking where I can get bottle water she point me vending machines that don’t sale water. 24 hr. Fitness you can forget it it’s lock. Pool was dirty.

The room we stayed in they didn’t have any shower gel in the dispenser , no hand soap in the dispenser, stuff all on the walls and some flower/ rose petals on the floor, but we did bringing our own body soap and sanitizer. Everything else was good.

The rooms are outdated and dirty and we tried two different rooms and both rooms were damaged.

Customer service is always good. They make sure you are taken care of.

Had 5 people. Gave us a room that would only sleep 4. Switched rooms to one with a couch. That was great, but there weren't enough towels, there were no sheets for the couch, there was white stuff on the edges of the floor, the floor was sticky, the sheets were stained and the bed was uncomfortable. Went out the next day and came back expecting the room to be cleaned, etc. Had to go to the desk twice for the extra towels, extra sheets and toilet paper.

The property was very dirty and in bad condition. We had to change rooms three times before we could find one we could stay in and it had black mold in the bathroom ceiling.

We had the best time, pool was clean and rooms were clean and comfortable, we will be back

Anymore who gives a review more than 1 or 2 for this hotel is fake. First let's start with the fact no one was at the front desk when we arrived and we had to wait several minutes (despite chatting to signal our presence) and finally ring the bell to have someone to show up. Then the fact I had requested a disabled room and was never offered one. When going to our room to discover that half the carpet was wet and it was smelling moldy. Back to the front desk (still no one, ring again), we signaled the issue and were answered: "OK, I'll give you another room..." Like it was something normal and OK to deal with. No apologies, no concerns expressed, nothing... The hotel itself hasn't been renovated for 20-years or so. There is unfixed (or very poorly fixed) water damages on the wall, A/C is attached to the wall with bare planks, holes in the bathroom door, scratches on wall paint, rust in the bathtub, no even an alarm clock... You get the idea... We didn't even have a spare toilet paper roll available, so we ran out of it. Finally, for breakfast, you will got nothing other than pastries and cereals. No milk, no fresh fruit, no yogurt... It looks like the owner is cutting every corner it can to save money on this property... I wouldn't say anything if the property was located in the middle of nowhere with very low passage. But not in the vicinity of the Dallas area...

It was unclean nasty moldy dirty carpet

The carpet was wet because of the ac. Assistant manager has no people skills whatsoever. He was rude and aggressive to the point that i had to get a refund and change hotels.

It was so horrible i did not sleep. Everytime I went to the Front Counter there never anyone there to assist. Room was hot no ac, whole in the bathroom door, when i walked in the water was running in the bathroom, room smelled like mold.

For the low price you get what you pay for. We walked in to check in an the person was on his cell phone, we got our room and the fridge had food inside and the a/c unit wasnt blowing cold air much.

This has got to be the worst wyndiam hotel I have ever tried to stay at. Room dirty, toilet constant running, soap dispenser laying in tub, carpet and bed covers spotted and dirty.

This place was NASTY! There was bedbugs, smelt like weed, the rooms were not clean. There was holes in the wall the blankets were stained. Do not stay here!!

Was very poor. Pool was not open as they stated it was when i called. It was noisy all night. Smelled of Marijuana in the halls. Water would barely come out of the sink in the bathroom. Remote control for tv didnt work

You get what you paid for but the hotel should definitely be a little less; maybe low $50 a night. The covers had cigarette burns and stains. The shower did not work well. Maintenance came to fix it but we had to go. Breakfast was good though.

Picture made room look nice clean, but no my rest room had mold by shower no trash cans. Only had 2 towels in bathroom. Carpet was dirty and had some sticky spots got bit on my arm and face while laying in bed. Never staying again

Long drive needed a place to lay down … the ac was cold which I liked the bed was descent comfy the sheets and blanket were thin.. there was no usb plugs for chargers the wall sockets were not covered, the shower didn’t work shower head didn’t shoot out water. The pool was closee… the breakfast was plain but Cracker Barrel was right next door so you can walk which was convenient… the staff at the front desk was polite and kind.

Bathrooms smelled of urine, didn't appeared to have been cleaned maybe ever, dead cockroaches on the floor of the room. Musty odor throughout. Totally disgusting.

If I vould give zero stars, I absolutely would! Dont be scammed!!! Pictures are deceiving! Stains, dirt, leftover towels from the last guests, no towels for the new, no toilet paper, nasty everything!!! Smelled like cigarettes and weed. A roach motel was cleaner! Save yourself and look for a hotel in Denton and not super sketchy Lewisville!

It's a older establishment but was looking for a new one

Make sure to bring your own shampoo conditioner and soap. They didn’t supply none of that. Pictures shown of the property are not up to date. Would not recommend if you’re looking for cleanliness. Staff was very nice though.
