InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX – Leon Valley North

The property is clean and well maintained. The manager, BIll, came by to ask if everything was ok with our room. We found the fan in the bathroom to be loud and he had it fixed the next day. Later , when we had a problem with the microwave it was fixed promptly also.In the end, we stayed a month here , it was better than expected. It is a good, clean, safe, away from home, stay for a month. We didn’t expect to not have the towels changed during the weekly clean when the bedsheets were changed.

The staff here is awesome! We love it here!

I had an incident that happen to me on May 18th, that involved the police. The following morning on May 19th, the manager comes to my door and tells me I was getting kicked out for that incident. I had nowhere to go, as I was from another state miles away. He did give me time to pack and vacate the property, but it was a bit intense to just kick me out and put me on the streets. No refund was provided and no cares whatsoever. So I highly DO NOT recommend this property at all to anyone. Find somewhere else to stay, that offers more for you and your family. You’d be much happier. TRUST ME!!!!!!

From check-in, my room had a strong cigarette smoke odor, even though management claimed no one smokes in the rooms. I have an allergy, and nothing was done to move me or fix the issue. The smell got into all of my belongings. Throughout my stay, staff knocked on my door daily for no valid reason, even after I asked not to be disturbed due to my work schedule. It was intrusive and unprofessional. The worst part happened on the day of checkout (3/30). Before my checkout time, staff entered my room without permission and removed my belongings while I was still an active guest. This is completely unacceptable. What made this even worse is that management did not even attempt to resolve anything—no apology, no accountability, nothing. It was made very clear they do not care about guests, only money. A formal complaint will be made regarding this experience.

That it was very affordable (stayed for 8 nights) and it included a queen bed and a sofa pull out. Will be staying again in the future. Wanted to add an extra night but it was $75, which is more expensive then what the original nights were. Payed 340$ for 8 nights and that comes out to around 45$. But other than that it was very nice and very clean.

Value for money and very close to where we needed to be. Walgreens right next door. Very quiet with other guests very respectful. Laundry onsite is very convenient. Kitchenette made it easy to prepare meals. First room was clean with a good enough stove but very uncomfortable bed. Second time we went back and that room had the best bed but a temperamental stove and it wasn’t clean when we first checked in. Staff were pleasant except for one staff member when I asked for help seemed to get annoyed. The rest were fine.

The handicap parking space should be in front of the room that has handicap facilities and not 2 doors down. Would have been nice to park in front of the room instead of having to walk as I use a walker and this was a big inconvenience for me,

I have reservations I did arive at 8 pm no reception I have to go to others hotel and there charge me no show I have to pay double for 1night and you have to clean your towel and bed sheets never herd of that before heard of that I.

I don't know why but they are constantly checking on the room not a day went by they came to do something in the room I felt like I was being monitored I understand that they had problems before but I wanted to just have peace I keep a very clean place so I believe it still a choice to have housekeeping or not but there you have to have them clean when did it change that a customer was wrong not right all my years of retail the customer was always right.....

Bill is a friendly and professional general manager and the staff is nice too

Friendly when I first arrived, but after I complained about the constant noise, it fell on deaf ears. They never offered to move me to a different room. The room smelled bad. Not a place I'd ever return to.

Lots of places nearby for shopping and eating out. The room was comfortable. The overnight property manager was very nice and helpful; I got locked out once late at night. Will definitely stay again.

The lady at the front desk was rude. We never got housekeeping n the outside walk way smelled like urine!

I really like this InTown Suites. The manager, Bill, and his friendly staff always make you feel welcome. The location is very safe. A lot of traffic and if you come from the 1604 side, the light for the turn around time forever.....if it ever turn green. But that falls on the city, not the hotel. I've stayed at this location before and the cleanliness is always on point. Bill let's you look at your room before deciding to stay as well. That is the only hotel that has given me that option. Really makes you feel like they aren't just trying to get $. Him and his staff go far and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great work, Bill. Trust me, it is not going unnoticed!!

We have been staying at In Town for almost a month and we can't be happier with the hotel and management. Staff is completely accommodating to our needs.

After having to buy for ourselves everything we needed to be able to prepare basic simple meals,for the week we stayed at the facility I could have paid to stay in a more expensive hotel!! I found the web site and stating fully furnished rooms to be false advertising! As the kitchen isn't fully furnished,in fact the kitchen isn't furnished at all!!! No pots, no pans, no plates, no cups, no glasses, no silverware,no cooking utensils, absolutely nothing!! How many travelers or business people do you know walk around carrying these items when traveling??? Why is the kitchenette left empty? Very dissatisfied with Intown Suites!!!

The person staying after 7pm (it is when they close the office) was helpful the time I needed help. Never, ever will stay with them.

It was what they said it would be and we were not bothered or harrased fo every or any little thing.

We booked on hotels.com for a week, on saturday afternoon and I left a special request letting the hotel know I would be arriving late. Come to find out there is no one in the office after 7pm and the office is completely closed on sunday.... no one called to let me know and there was no mention of this on hotels.com. so at 11:30pm my husband, 10 month old son, and I had to find another place.

My stay was awful. I developed a rash from bed bugs there. Management was rude and unapologetic. My belongings were also stolen my last night there. I'm never staying at any Inn Town Suites location again.

Great for a small family yo stay more then comfortable.

The staff was very kind and friendly and they do the best they can with what they're working with. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for and when you book the least expensive option available, you can't go in with too high of expectations. I will say though, that the room is clean on the surface, but don't make the mistake of looking around in the middle of the night with the lights off, or you'll see the roaches come out to play. Also, having cheap rooms like this, Aldo brings undesirables. The guy next to me was rude and sketchy. I watched a narcotics task force swarm a felon and arrest him in the parking lot (he was staying there too). The bed was so uncomfortable, that my spine will be upset wth me for at least a week. All in all, it's tolerable for a week or so. After that, you'll start to feel like it's a prison cell but with worse TV/Wi-Fi than prison probably haha. Just remember that old rule of thumb, that you get what you pay for.

Room smelled funky. It is not really a hotel more like an apartment complex. Inch long beetles came out of bathroom vent. After 3 days was told that 2 towels is all I get for the week and that they only change sheets. Fridge had dents all over from someone punching it.

The checkin was fast and great! The facilities were good and comfortable
