Rooms are good for what they are. Beds are comfortable. It needs some updating but a good stay for a short visit

Nice clean hotel. Was surprised at no coffee in rom but understood trying to be environmentally conscious.Have to wait on coffee machine to brew individual cups so slows things down a little. Would like to have more light above bathroom sink so can better see to do makeup and hair. Only one light in mid ceiling makes shadows in mirror corner,

We kept loosing power multiple times per day, requiring staff to come up and do a reset. The TV in our room also continue to have the branding and advertisement in the middle of the screen. After several attempts to fix it, they ended up having to replace the TV. Seems like a lot of issues in a short weekend trip.

Hotel staff was great! The bed and pillows were awesome. Nice gym with cardio equipment and dumbbells up to 50#. We walked the neighborhood a few times. Only complaint is cleanliness, could use a good deep clean,

The pool was clean the rooms were clean and everything that was needed was in the room beds were clean a very nice experience.

The floors get soaked when you shower cause the curtains arent long enough and the ac was very noisy.

We continued to loose power the entire stay requiring someone to come up and reset our room multiple times a day. Our TV was broken and needed to be replaced.

Nothing unique. It was clean, staff was friendly. Pool was okay. Could have used some umbrellas. Really hot. Water warm. Breakfast omelette weren't so good. And barely warm. Sausage mediocre. Biscuits and gravy weren't very good. Coffee was great but took too long to brew a cup. Room was clean and comfy.

Checked in for a floral class and stayed three days, 10/10 would stay there again. All the staff was super nice and professional, Room was beyond clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated that they restocked my room each day and it was a nice and clean space. Breakfast was great too!

The AC was loud and it smell like humidity. You have a microwave but no coffee machine in the room.

The pool was okay, it just looked old and had some grim along the top edge of the tiles but the water was clean. The chairs were old and torn and there were only 3 available to lay out on. The bathroom looked like it was not maintained the night before. Same with the inside bathroom, the trash was full and no toilet paper at 7am. Breakfast tasted good. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The sausage and eggs were okay. Enjoyed the variety of yogurt and breads. Took a shower after the pool and for some reason could not get hot water during the afternoon. It was hot during the night time. Not worth the cost and can see why it got 2 stars.

Great to be in Leander proper instead of in Cedar Park or somewhere else. We just stayed 2 nights and we were only there to sleep, so can’t tell you much more. We’d go back.

The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. It was SO dirty. The room and bathroom looked like they haven’t been properly cleaned for years and our sheets smelled slept in. The room also didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to us arriving - crumbs on the chair in the room and I had to wipe down the counters myself.

Visible debris on the hallway carpet (lots), multiple walls with paint in need of repair, and our room was visibly dirty on certain walls. Again- most important priority is the bed for me, so I was very pleased in that regard. Everything else just looked very worn compared to other properties we have stayed at in this chain.

A lot of people have to be gone by six 7 AM so if they started breakfast at five, it will be amazing

The washers and dryer in laundry room needed quarters .There is no coin changer. The front desk did not have quarters .What is the point in having a the appliance when we cannot use it?

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful the breakfast was lackluster and the bed was not comfortable.

Everything was fine, but I would have preferred a coffee pot in the room not just in the lobby.

Good location. Good parking. Bathroom had hair on the floor and missing two tiles. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front to check us in. Room was ok for the price.

Wonderful new hotel

The sheet on the bed was not clean and had a blood stain on it. I did not see it until the next morning after I had slept on it. I was so disgusted! The cleaning staff must not be changing the sheets and the bedding.

There was no WiFi during our stay and restroom tub looked old and stained.

Nice staff, clean rooms, toiletries provided are Dove products.

The room and breakfast were very disappointing compared to other HIE's we have stayed with. It seemed like a fairly new property but flaws in the room (especially bathroom) made you wonder what has happened to that room before and where was the attention to detail? The tub was missing part of the porcelain finish and was "painted" in. The paint stuck to your feet after the shower. The baseboards were tile with pieces missing. The toilet paper roller was falling off the wall. The ceiling looked like a dartboard. Lampshades in the room were dented and bent. The breakfast- (Don't normally expect much)- The eggs were ok but the potatoes were raw and links almost the same. The pancake machine did not work. No pre-maid oatmeal. A few in our group skipped breakfast and stopped somewhere else to eat. No issues with the staff and the check in- out process went very well. I hope this is a one off location as we have booked two more HIE's in the near future.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was a disappointment. The pancake machine was offline. Scrambled eggs weren't available. Turkey Bacon and Turkey sausage instead of real bacon and sausage. Didn't try the biscuits and gravy. The coffee was bad.

Found a used tissue between pillows, several hairs on bathroom floor and surface peeling in tub. Following breakfast an employee wandered over while staring at her phone and turned off the television (while I was watching it) then turned off the lights. Otherwise, the facility was nice. Beds were comfortable and I would definitely stay again, but not for the breakfast or friendly staff. The workout space was very nice. Parking and location were great!

Front desk staff was very accommodating, and very friendly. Even my little grandson who is 4 said "nana that lady was so nice." We had a light over our bed that would not go off, I really didn't want to switch rooms with a 4 yr old and we were tired. She came up and remediated the issue..my daughter lives in Leander and we always stay at this hotel. Wish I could remember her name. She also gave us an extra blanet to use for our stay.

Room was clean, breakfast is very basic, the most annoying part is there are a line of trucks parked by the entrance making it very hard to get out of the parking lot - no visibility - not sure why the trucks are parked there - causing a traffic hazard every time we got out. The hotel needs to fix this.

Staff was wonderful. Bathtub was chipping paint so taking an actual bath rather than a shower was not an option for me. Breakfast was limited and didn’t appear fully cooked. Otherwise very happy with my stay

The staff was very professional and nice. The room was fine. The Sheets on the bed was not clean and the tub was disgusting. Because the sheet not clean or have marks from other ppl I could not go to sleep right away thinking about this. The tub was dirty and disgusting. I was truly not happy. The staff was nice and no I didn’t complain to them at all I sucked it up and thought I get what I pay for.

First nite had to sleep in my clothes due to freezing broken ac. Lost power in the afternoon while getting dressed for my grandsons wedding I had to dress in a darkened room. Free breakfast was cold. I requested credit for the first nite due to loss of sleep and use of room. Front desk was advised and she said she would inform manager and took my email address. To date no response at all.

Unfortunately our stay was not a pleasant one. We were initially assigned room number of which included a king size bed, that was part of our package. We set our luggage down by dresser area and unpacked a couple of items and then turned in for the night. The next morning our luggage was completely taken over by ants! Our garments were comprised and it was absolutely offsetting, not to mention a complete turn off. We immediately called the front desk and requested promptly requested another room. Our request was granted. We did not receive a king sized bed as initially packaged & purchased. Instead we received two separate full sized beds. With that said, I believe that some sort of refund or compensation should be administered considering the circumstances. Other than those glaring issues, the staff was courteous.

We had ants in our room and since the housekeepers and maintenance man did not speak English it was difficult to explain the problem. The front desk person had to explain and they brought in a chemical to spray the desk and floor area. Ants were back within a couple hours. Not happy they did not offer to move us and choose to spray room while we were in it.

The room itself kinda smelled like a smoker. But everything seemed clean, just kinda smelly. I did let the front desk know when i was checking out about the lack of coffee maker and the smellu fridge.

We stay at this hotel when we visit family. It’s a quiet area with food & shopping options close-by. The property is clean & rooms are nice.

Great location. Quiet and safe. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. Definitely will go back in the furure.
