Hampton Inn & Suites Houston/League City

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to stay if you’re going on a cruise. The location made everything easy and convenient, and it was nice having a comfortable place to relax before heading to the ship. We would definitely stay here again for our next cruise and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good pre-cruise hotel.

I dang near ran out each time cause I thought that thing was going to fall . The hotel over all is great, the breakfast is amazing . The ppl and the little pond like water by the property is cute n chill.

The fact that you have to make your waffles made the day for the kids. There was a cockroach and got the room swapped and the new rooms ac stopped working.

I had to wait a while to check in because the clerk was not at the front desk and there were two other people ahead of me. Once checked in, the hotel and room were nice and clean. Breakfast was adequate but the food temperature was not very hot.

Hampton is a clean and friendly property. If I had one suggestion it would be that there isn’t enough light in the room. There are only two shaded lamps, and no overhead. One is on the desk and one on the nightstand. We bought another reading lamp at target (we were there for a week) in order to read and put together a puzzle on the desk.

Everything was GREAT! I will stay here again. Due to the close proximity to cruise port, prices were escalated a little bit.

Check in was easy but did not recognize me as Hilton Honor member. When I mentioned that I was, I did not receive the welcome complimentary water bottles which other Hamptons practice or the welcome message on the TV screen in the room. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of clean towels, soap & other extras. The breakfast was standard waffle bar, cold & hot food, juice & coffee. The property is located in a very busy section of League City and very close to UTMB Medical facilities (within walking distance). A wide variety of restaurants and shopping is nearby & convenient.

Location was great,employees were absolutely great. I know it was a fluke but the system went down and we couldn’t get a key to our room.nobody’s fault but it made the stay a little difficult

We loved this hotel!! We stayed for 2 days. The hotel itself was very clean! The staff were very helpful and were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was clean and refreshing!! The room was very clean and lovely looking. 5/5

Room not enough towels for three guest, requested for some did not receive them. Had to pick up a desk. Trash was not taken out. Ice bucket full of water from previous guest usage.

My sheets had long black hair on them we needed more towels they only had pool towels no face towels the air conditioner was going off and on around about 3 am I think it was on a timer .

The bed was free of bed bugs - I always check thoroughly. The bed was actually so clean, it looked newer. The sheets were clean and comfy, they had a soft pillow and a firm one so you could choose. The bed iwas comfy. The room was well stocked, clean, nicely designed, and had a wet bar. There were 6 towels, several washcloths, and an ironing board in the room. And we got the cheapest room they had! I normally struggle with hotel shampoo, but this one detangled my messy hair immediately, and smelled good. They had free coffee in the room and the lobby. They had free breakfast included (but we missed it because we slept in). It smelled good though! The man at the desk was so nice. He made jokes, was friendly, and seemed like a genuinely good person. For being one of the cheapest options available, I'd easily stay here again. No doubt. I saw one baby cockroach - but let's be realistic, this is Texas. My own home has the occasional cockroach. This place is pretty dang clean. For a hotel, I don't have complaints about this one.

Is it the Ritz Carlton? No, but everything was clean, friendly staff, and continental breakfast was great. Perfect spot to stay the night before we left for our cruise in Galveston.

The larger than life ducks that walk the property are a turn off. They were in the driveway in front of hotel. The breakfast wasn’t all that good. Also, the cook was rather rude when my granddaughter left the cover open on the bacon. She had the nerve to tell me.. I’m sorry but isn’t that your job to close the cover to the bacon. She also was soliciting for tips… Front desk staff was discussing a guest who had a bad experience and I could hear them from the dining area. That discussion was inappropriate within ear range of other guests. I won’t stay there again..

We stayed here in a suite before leaving for a cruise. The property was fairly clean, our room was spacious, but we asked for a rollaway bed which was delivered before arrival. To say the rollaway bed was awful is an understatement. We have a 17 yr old girl and 15 yr old boy and them sleeping together would be strange and uncomfortable for them which is why we asked for the rollaway. First, the mattress had a huge stain which was completely unacceptable, and all you could feel was springs, there was no cushion at all leaving it unusable. We asked for 2 extra blankets for my kids since they sleep cold, but they told us they were out of blankets, how does an hotel run out of blankets??? Also, they never delivered a pillow for the rollaway. Due to that being unusable our 17 year old daughter had to sleep between my husband and I on the king bed. It made for a very very long night. We are very loyal to Hamptons, but If you are considering staying here, think twice if you think a rollaway would help your sleeping situation and bring extra blankets because you won’t get those either.

Hotel is clean just a bit outdated

First time to stay at this hotel; normally stay downtown as my husband has his appointments at the MD Anderson Holcomb location. Very friendly staff, gave excellent suggestions for dinner. If our next appointments are in League City, we will definitely be staying at this hotel.

I’m fighting cancer and flew into town early for my appointments. Edna let me check in early so I could rest. That meant so much to me and gave me the rest I needed

Lovely hotel in a great location. Walmart and restaurants all within a few minutes drive. Rooms lovely and clean, with very reasonably priced laundry. Breakfast was nice, it would have been good if there was some more hot options. Lots of parking and a nice pool to chill at. Staff were very helpful and also very welcoming.

The only thing that I can complain about is the loud ac unit. Everything else was above par. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in.

This was the best bed we have ever had at a hotel! Not too soft, definitely not firm…and the breakfast! Amazing buffet and choices. Very clean!

The Parking was good and never any issue when arriving back every evening. Hampton Inn And Suites in League City Deserve a Five Star Rating.

We had adjoining rooms. The one room was handicapped accessible and was very large and spacious. The other room had two queens and was very small.

At 5 AM the air-conditioning started making a racket and it was difficult, but not impossible to sleep through when I let the front desk know through text as a Hilton honors member. They apologized and let me know they would have someone from maintenance look at it after we checked out. Also, they look to be one stain on the chair that was in the corner by the window and it also looked like there was a stain right after the tile transition to the carpet in the bedroom from a iron like potentially a hot iron.

Breakfast is nice and hot. They covered a good selection of bread and protein. Hot Coffee, juice and milk. Front desk is very friendly. The fitness room has a good cover of equipments for workout, weights, treadmill, elliptical and peloton bike.

La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Nous avons utilisé la machine à laver et c’était parfait. Le petit déjeuner est correct et du même niveau que d’autres chaines d’hôtels. Le personnel à l’accueil était très bien. Seul bémol l’insonorisation des chambres. On entendait un peu trop la personne marché dans la chambre au dessus de la notre.

when Hilton renovated the property, it would have been worth their time to touch up the reused furniture/bathroom cabinets etc to make the renovation look complete.

Excellent from the time I walked in to check out. Greeted with a smile and was helped by two representatives at the desk. Breakfast was great, with many options. Upon check out Ruben and Edna were the best!!!

Clean rooms and close to our destination

I had to call the front desk four times, and to the front desk once to ask them to address a room (327) that was obscenely loud and smoked heavily of marijuana. Front desk literally told me to “deal with it, they can only call and tell the loud pepper to stop.” I had to be up at 4 am for an early flight. I literally got zero minutes of sleep listening and smelling the party, while front desk did NOTHING.

Staff is professional and friendly, the lobby is nice and clean and has room for large parties to sit and visit. Rooms are nice and large with comfy beds and pillows, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast is fantastic!! Cyndi and her staff do a wonderful job. Can’t say anything negative about our stay!
