My stay on July 31 was a comfortable and quite pleasant experience. This was a local hotel stay for me, since my wife was having a girls night, but I would definitely look to book again at a Courtyard by Marriott on my next out of town trips.

This hotel is good except the housekeeping. They skipped cleaning the room without explanation. If the hotel policy is providing house keeping every other day, it should be communicated otherwise, I expected daily house keeping services. Other than that, everything were good. Room is spacious, location is very convenient and the hotel is well maintained and clean.

Breakfast not included. Even while other hotels nearby offer the same. The room was not cleaned properly, pet and human hair was on the carpet everywhere. They vacuumed after our request and we see the clear difference after that. The bath gel was empty and we did not bother as for refill. Not and expected experience for the rate paid.

I love the room, location but especially the staff.

Property was clean, check in was good, bed was comfortable and room was very well maintained. No complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning and that's a non-starter for me, even though the room had a coffee maker and I had already made and consumed the allotted two cups.

Really nice, modern and comfortable room with everything I needed - toiletries, nice shower, coffee maker and water. It was almost 100 degrees outside and my room stayed a cool 67. Also, located directly across the street from NASA and good food choices. I’ll stay there again when I’m back in Houston.

The hotel was great. No complimentary breakfast and pool was kind of dirty. Other than that, everything was fine.

Room was disgusting and smelt awful. Sheets felt like some sweaty slept in them. If I could give zero stars I would.

Staff were very nice and helpful, especially the gentleman working at the small cafe. The epitome of southern hospitality. Would stay here again.

I was there as a chaperone on a middle school trip. The room was excellent, the only issues were with a single manager being, shall we say “overzealous” in her attempts to ensure all children were neither seen nor heard at any point they were on site. The head teacher bypasses that one and her behaviour was swiftly corrected.

I felt safe during my stay. Location is convenient to restaurants.

We only stayed one night while visiting space centre but it was perfect! Great location ( walkable to space centre). Very clean, comfy bed. Convenience food we were able to purchase downstairs after late arrival. We particularly loved the young man with curly hair on reception, he was a delight! Nothing

Our stay was good while visiting NASA and the surrounding area. Property is right next to police station which made the area feel secure and there were a good amount of restaurants within walking distance. The drive into downtown was easy and not too far. Only gripe was water pressure was a tad low, but we got over it. I would definately stay here again when in the area or even if I had things to do in downtown.

Room was clean, however was disappointed ,if your stay is 5 nights room is cleaned every other day so no clean towels or coffee supply refills supplies. No breakfast or coffee provided in lobby, Starbucks is available and you can purchase limited microwaved food which is not edible, definitely eat Off Property!

If you want a hotel near NASA it's a good option.

1. It seems lack of staff. Room didnt ready when we arrived after 4pm. 2. directed us to a wrong pre occupied room. 3. keep waiting for room ready for another half hour. 4. not friendly evironment and heard noise day and night.

We stayed here for two nights. Very convenient to Space Center Houston which was the reason for our stay, just being a short walk away. Room was very quiet and clean. Plenty of parking. Quite a few food options around the area if you didn’t want to use hotel restaurant.

Room was great. TV was awkward. No working channels. Had to use streaming app. Wanted to check weather and news and wasn’t able to.

The room was very clean and the evening staff were excellent. Joshua was very helpful, courteous and attentive. I saw him with a curious child of a parent checking in and he was showing him everything that he was doing to get them checked in on the computer. It was nice to see someone taking the time to be nice! ( I hope this makes it to the people that need to see it.)

The place was clean and quiet. Wish Marriott Courtyards had the free breakfast like their sub hotels. Nice area. Would stay again.

It was far away enough from the busy street and noisy roadways, but close enough to our destination for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Amazing from the beginning to the end the staff is so hospitable and sweet. The manager should be proud to have such wonderful people there. Will be back again!

Very good but old property. However the bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep in. The TV was old and hard to watch.

Stay was great. I didn’t like the pet friendly, because there was animal hair in our room on the carpet and the dining area smell like pets

Pillows were flatter than crêpes not pancakes, crêpes. Bathroom was filthy. There was throw up on the back of the toilet we got conjoining rooms. Bathroom floor was dirty. Hair is hanging on the walls in the shower and again we asked for some more pillows because of the crêpes that were in the room told the man two times at the front desk. He assured us they would be sent up never were. We had the worst nights sleep ever at any hotel will never recommend and will never stay at another one of your hotels, horrible service and filthy room and horrible bedding.

They do not provide complimentary breakfast, which would be a good thing to include.

Booked the room because it was right next to NASA. As soon as we get there I wash my hands and the sink was pouring out water from the bottom of the faucet when it was turned on. Curtains had gross looking stains. AC didn’t get that much cooler than 73. When I was getting ready for bed I found a German roach crawling on the bathroom door. Will never stay here again. Wasn’t even worth it to talk to front desk because the roach made it final we will not stay here again.

Nicest and most helpful staff I’ve seen in a while. Only issue I had was no towels in the swim area but told the front desk and they delivered to us personally. Will be back.

Great location. Close to NASA Space Center, Restaurants and shopping. Kemah Boardwalk is only a short drive.

We at at the bistro downstairs for breakfast one morning and for 4 people, we paid $90 for a very basic meal. Also, we stayed 2 days. We expected our room to be cleaned / serviced while we were out the second day and were disappointed to find that our room was not serviced. No clean towels, our garbage was still there, and our beds were not prepared. Not the end of the world. But if you charge like a higher priced hotel, we should get the amenities of a higher priced hotel.

Please consider this review as priority. I have had a bad experience using the property. My bag was full of bed bugs. I threw my bag and also the clothes in them.

Windows and mirrors were dirty. Our bathroom towels were placed neatly as to appear that they have been changed, but they looked like someone wiped cheetos all over them. Room has an awkward layout, which makes it hard to watch tv from the bed.

We are so happy with this hotel. This is our third stay here. The rooms are large and comfortable and the front desk staff has always been great. The restaurant has great food and the pantry is stocked and reasonably priced. This hotel is located conveniently to NASA as well as practically anything else you could want.

Evening staff was unpleasant. Door lock was broken. Staff made us go up and down 3 times before sending someone to help. Front desk unfriendly. Stated that we don’t know how to use the lock on the door. Showers dirty. Windows and drapes dirty. No coffee or tea offered for guests. Very unfriendly place. Don’t recommend this place.

The room was small. The property did not have free breakfast buffet. Cost $41 for two people for breakfast. It was close to work related activity. The toilet needed to be fixed. The management arranged this immediately.

This hotel is in a nice neighborhood, quiet, clean and safe. Very close to NASA Huston Space Center

Not very promising in terms of newness and luxury of the building, but comfortable because of the low price and no problems with accommodations.
