When i check in the put a smoking smoking rm.it literally burned my nose and throat smelt so bad of weed and my kids had asthma.it was late and tired when said something they said we reserved a smoking and was not the case ... had to have them come fix channels.on TV and not the room just smelt of weed that whole side of the hotel.

The man up front was rude and disrespectful the bathroom was very small the air didn't work in the room we requested a crib and did not get it requested a downstairs room and did not get it the outside of the room the ground was unlevel very dangerous and we had kids with us

This place smelled HORRIBLE... luckily we were only there for the one night and left early in the morning but our 8 hours of that smell was terrible! This hotel is also booked with laborers through a company so the parking was filled with oversized work trucks taking up to 5 parking spots at a time. The parking looked like a worksite with all the oversized work trucks. So, parking can be an issue with you having to walk quite a ways to get to your room.

It was gross. The room smelled of cigarettes and the bed looked unclean and nasty. I got there at 2AM and was super tired too look for anything else

I have absolutely no complaints about this property. From the check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. I was treated well, the place was clean, the location is convenient.

Most Motels 6 are not well maintained and usually get about a 3. This one is one of the best and everything was updated.

Worth the price.

Overall it was a good stay I couldn't find any parking because of all the electric company trucks but other than that oh and there was somebody fighting outside of our hotel room but other than that it was fair enough stay

Room 137 smelled like a wet dog all night, the sheets smelled like mold and it was uncomfortable especially with it being a non smoking room i expected it to be cleaner. Thats horrible & i will not ever book with them again.

The overall property was clean on the outside and looked clean on the inside though there were roaches found in the cabinets, the white towels had what looked like oil stains on each and every last one of them. Also, the bathroom walls, ESPECIALLY the ceiling was fully covered in mold. The staff was very rude and mean especially the lady owner. They are all about money and zero about customer service.

Parking is scarce and my microwave and top sheet was definitely run down. towels were gross went and purchased my own. Other than that quiet. Everything worked fine other than those items

Nasty place. Bugs everywhere. Would not recommend to stay here. Tried to get a refund but was denied.

Parking lot was always full, room was filthy and had roches.

The kitchen was not equiped for cooking, the room was atleast clean, some what. I think to improve the room should atleast have a ironing board, laundry bags like other motels , and pots and pants for cooking if your gonna have a srove.

The staff is wonderful, i appreciate the clean rooms and the cleaning staff. Whenever i needed an extra towel, or out of toiletries they were provided... i stayed for a longer time, than average, the prices on Expedia assisted in my longer stay. The desk staff was always pleasant and willing to help or answer any questions. I woild recommend and most definitely stay there again

This hotel was nice for our 4 day stay in Texas. We had a room with a kitchenette, it was very spacious and allowed for our small children to be busy. One burner on the stove didn’t work so we had to cook in batches. It’s near many stores and amenities with easy access to major roadways. Over all a nice place to stay and not have to eat out each meal.

I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay because of how dirty it was staff was rude there were people live it front of the hotel didn’t feel safe

The room had roaches and the towels had stains on them I know it’s a cheaper hotel but other locations for this hotel chain are much cleaner and not bug infested .

Was a stopover on my way home. Check in was good and staff was friendly. Room was clean and smell free. Despite being next to the highway it was quiet enough especially from other guests. Good value.

My room key stopped working and when I went to get a new key the room was under someone else's name.. I paid for a week. I showed the reservation with it being under my name. They still would not give me another key. There was no resolve.. huge inconvenience. I managed to get the key working but I couldn't leave the room. I have no idea how the room was under someones else's name (Armando). Makes no sense. I will never go back. The willingness to not help was disappointimg. They made a mistake end didn't have a resolution.

I had a delay in checking in due to vehicle issues the room was reserved for Saturday through Sunday. Yes I understand there is a check in, and out time what I don’t understand is the room is reserved till (check out) time. So I should be able to get the room NO MATTER the time I check in till it’s time to check out. Motel 6 in Lancaster Tx wanted to change me for the room, but let me check in because I only had 5 hours till check out. I paid to have that room for 3pm Saturday till 11am Sunday so what was the issue!!!!!!

The room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, parking was great, front desk was friendly. The bed was comfortable although we did bring our own pillows. We also brought our own coffee pot because I noticed in the pictures there was a microwave, fridge but no coffee pot so, it was a very nice stay. Kudos to the cleaning staff

Refused to change rooms or provide required items. The comforter was stained and full of burn holes. The bed protector was also yellow stained. Agent refused to give any information for the manager

Television was streaming only, and you need to have personal accounts to watch any TV.

Chicks was literally trying to recruit prostitutes. They walk around naked, fight and make plenty noise. Property is unsafe and overrated for children.

Honestly, all the time is something wrong the last time when I go up, the sheets for the bed is wrong is dirty so last time for this week the bathtub oh my God that’s so disgusting

House keepers enter your room with out permission. My things were moved around after requesting that I wouldn’t need house keeping services. I was laughed at and asked to leave the premises. I will never stay here again

Roaches evident. So bold they do not run when the lights are turned on. Morning and evening staff act as though you are troubling them when you arrive for check-in, especially if you ask for a hard copy of receipt of payment. Saving grace staff wise, the Night Desk Clerk was courteous, and caring.
