It was located right off the expressway. It was a kitchenette suite and the refrigerator didn't work when we checked in and had to be replaced. The electrical outlet in the bathroom never worked for our entire stay. The hotel smelled dank and musty. The staff was so so. The continental breakfast couldn't even be called a breakfast as there were one or two items you could choose from for hot foods and practically nothing as far as cold food goes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the money we spent on this hotel I'm sending notice to the manager that I would like a partial refund. Plus, they had an outdoor pool which we could not take advantage of due to a nest of wasps inside the pool and closure in one of the trees. Not the hotels fault but we lost power two nights in a row.

Multiple stains on the wall and ac unit had a wet smell coming from it. The kitchenette light switch didn’t work so the light stayed on all night until I unscrewed the bulbs.

Comfortable beds, well equipped room, quiet and nice breakfast. Staff very friendly

The room smelled like smoke and it was a “smoke free” room. I told the front desk. They did nothing to resolve the concern. The toilet did not flush, so I had to use it several times with unclean water. The television did not work. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00, but it started at 6:30. I spoke with workers, including a shift manager, five times and did not get anything resolved. They said because I booked through a third party, the only person that could do something was the property manager. He was not on site each time I called and came to the front desk. Sleep Inn is attached to this hotel. I will never stay at either place again.

They act like they couldn’t find my reservation with you guys. And did not give me the room I asked for which was a queen suite. They said what I paid with you guys was a regular 2 beds and that is not what I asked for. So I had to get another hotel and Mainstay held 600 on my money for a week. Never again will I stay there!!

The hotel ended up being a decent stay. We got there saturday morning so there was only one front desk receptionist. It took a bit long to get checked in like 35 minutes. The room was clean nothing crazy. If youre just looking for a bed to crash then its not bad. Price was good for this room also. Left sunday morning no problem.

When I arrived the property were two hotels in one. I checked in with no problem but when I went into my room, there were some many issues. I had 15 issues with this thing wrong in my room and they didn’t do anything to help the situation better.

No alarm clock, fridge did t work., wakeup call forgoten, breakfast food always needed refill and eggs super overcooked, cafeteria area had minimal serving utensils

Over all when I told him about the juice. He was very kind and fixed it. They were very polite. Customer service was great the only disappointment was the breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from. The yogurt tasted old. Like I said the breakfast was the only thing that was very disappointing. I think there should be a staff that should prepare breakfast and effort should be put into preparing the breakfast because you can tell that they didn’t really care about that part.

Breakfast was ok juice's watered down...area wasn't clean and attendant was sitting in a room off to the side on his laptop... people were hanging out in the parking lot at 2 am and the bathroom door kept coming off the hinges also a room attendant entered our room without permission and removed toilet paper then refused to give us enough towels to accommodate all of us in the room. Attendant at front desk made us pay 20$ extra because he said we didn't state on the reservation how many people would be staying...I booked a room with an extra bed that slept up to six people....there was exactly six people 😡

Requested to move our room from the top floor on backside of hotel overlooking the pool. However, the view also overlooked a truckyard which wasn’t great. We immediately requested another room, and stayed on the 1st floor. It was conveniently located to all amenities, which was pleasing. They may want to grow tall trees to block the unpleasing view of the truck yard.

The housekeeping was bad. Didn't have towels. Just had towels for the first noght but it wasn't enough for everyone in my room. Had to go out and buy my own towels for the rest of my. Nice place bad service.

Ask for extra blanket and pillow to be placed in the room. Had to get it myself. Ask for extra towel was told they didn’t have them until 9. We was out all day at the races ask for them when we got back still none available. Which was a problem since we had 4 adults and one child in the room with only two towel to use for the 2 day stay. The second night there was water coming through the vent into the bathroom floor from the room above.

Lots of parking.. They truly dont answer the phone dont understand why.

Best place to stay for tournaments with kids. Aleays an easy check in and check out. Breakfast is pretty good. We have alreasy stayed at this location twice and will be staying again.

I went to relax and it was just what I needed. The service was very accommodating. The other people that were in the hotel at the same time seemed to enjoy themselves as well. I am sure I will go back again.

Booked room for 5 people for 7 nights. Had trouble getting extra towels, room only had 2 towels at check in. Eventually just skipped front desk and asked cleaning lady. Other than that our room was always clean good size refrigerator, stove was tiny.

I really like the pool

The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. It was clean. We had trouble with communication with the staff and getting additional towels for the room. There were four of us in the room and the room was only furnished with 2 sets of towels. (We had to take towels from the fitness room in the end, because they never gave us any). The room also had a sleeper sofa in it, that we planned to use for one of our children. We were only given one sheet for the bed and no blanket. If I had known that this was a policy of the hotel, I would have brought my own bedding for it.

furniture could use some cleaning. room service was terrible had to ask for towels and each time there was either none available or housekeeping wasn’t around. speaking of there was no housekeeping so we had to sit the garbage outside in order for it to get picked up. on a good note, breakfast was consistent

For the price, it was a decent stay. It's only an 8-10 minute drive up the road from all your food and shopping needs. Right off the interstate made it easy access, but it also means you will have the noise from traffic non-stop. I felt very safe. Lots of security cameras. The AC in my room worked very well, which was a blessing because the weekend I stayed there was extremely humid and warm. The office chair was missing from my desk for some reason, but I made do using the coffee table to do my work at. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very spacious for just a standard room. The full kitchenette was a bonus. My only criticism is housekeeping needs to scrub some of the walls (there was residue from past occupants possibly spilling drinks or splashing while cooking) and the tv remote was sticky/oily.

Horrible stay. Stayed in 2 suite rooms attached. Did not have enough towels we’re unable to get more unless brought what was dirty down and when did was told they were out. Couldn’t get more pillows, was given a torn up blanket, had to get it replaced. The sofa beds are totally worn out and extremely dirty. Found a big roach in one room and an insect that looked like a bed bug. The pool was filthy the rugs felt icky. Just the worst stay ever. The employee from that night was totally rude. Will never stay their again. Was not worth the price paid.

I would have giving them an overall 5 star but our bathroom door was broken and the room smelled like seafood. And the ac wasnt running properly. At night it was hot and in the day it was really cold. Other than that the hotel was nice.

The place overall was great! However, the tub was dirty, they ran out of towels, and the water pressure was low. Otherwise, breakfast is hot every morning for 4 hours, the Hotel is fairly clean, law enforcement is active, and the staff is pretty friendly. For the price, you really can’t beat it!

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days , work related , linen change was never offered or done. Fresh towels and restocking bathroom essential never happen. We stayed because we paid in advance.

I loved that I was on the first floor. But I was close to the pool and the first night I was there. There was a family that decided to go swimming in the cold weather and cold pool.

They were very rude didn’t want to give me my deposit back saying it smelled like smoke and I don’t even smoke! My kids were literally in the room! Why would I allow smoking to be allowed when they are just kids I will never stay at this hotel and I DONT recommend it to anyone!

This is a great hotel to book very clean hotel! Great food! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their guests!

I was not pleased with the front desk employee's additude and the breakfast foods were not available to the guests in a timely manner.

Had a reservation a week in and advance and upon arrival, my room was not ready. Had to wait about 30 minutes while they rushed to get one ready. Cleaness of the lobby was disattisfing, there were dryed spills all over.

Not a family freindly place staff was rude breakfast made some of us very sick overall bad experince would not go back ir trecommend to anyone

Not clean, the sheets had holes, the pull out sofa was super dirty, the fitness center was closed, that was super disappointing, the washer did not wash clothes at all!!! Waist of money!! The card to my room kept on not working had to get it programmed all the time! The breakfast was not the best only had it maybe twice.. the lady working there was super unfriendly, looked like she hates her job!! ..The remote only worked at times asked to get a replacement and didn’t have another to replace.. super annoying! Was there for almost 2 weeks.. not my favorite, unfortunately will not be staying there again..

The room and bathroom were clean and nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because they have a kitchen. Unfortunately, they were missing the pots, only had 1 glass, 2 plates, bowls, and silverware. My reservation was for 4 people. I asked for a pot and a blanket for the pullout couch and never received them. The Continental breakfast was good.

Room was spacious and set up with nice with mini kitchen but had a weird smell, wobbly toilet seat, extremely slippery bath tub and weak water pressure.

I stayed due to last minute travel for work. It smelled very bad in the halls and room I stayed in like weed and cigarettes. The towels I got in my room (two) were no clean and had some stains on them. When I went to bed there was a fake eyelash stuck to the corner sheets. Workers are very rude, do not say hi or ignore you when you greet them.

My fiancé and I went for a nice little get away planning to relax and cook some dinner, having a kitchenette would be nice but upon opening the door the sink was disgusting and full of old food. Sink and garbage disposal were inoperable. They told us there were no other rooms available and they could have someone come fix it tomorrow even tho that’s when we’d be checking out. No other accommodations, discount or refund was offered and we still have yet to hear from the manager. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing, the bathroom vanity lights did not work. The light did not work for one nightstand (I swapped the bulb from the wall lamp). The wall lamp did not have a shade. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was very low.

Stay was mid. Check-in was easy got to the room it was nice, we stayed in the king w/sofabed. The pool closed at 9pm which I saw on the website 10pm. I asked for extra sheets and blanket for the couch bed and the employee said that they don’t offer extra basically I needed to bring my own so I dont know why they offer a couch bed but don’t offer sheets and blankets to go with it. Breakfast was a joke coffee machine didn’t even work. Rooms does have small kitchen which is nice for extended stays. I’m up in the air on if I would stay here again.

The property looked nice upon arrival but mins after going in our room I noticed roaches in kitchen and bathroom area. The hallways and lobby of hotel were always 84-89 while it was 92-97 outside. The pool was disgusting which was unfortunate since it was so hot and one of reasons I picked the hotel. There were multiple teenage basketball teams staying there and they kept us up at all hours of night. Trash was piling out of all then trash cans on every floor all weekend which made it smell as well with has hot as hallways and lobby were.

The service was terrible. I requested for a new mattress for the sofa bed and for housekeeping to clean the room and was denied and told to email the manager. I called choice hotels customer service

Pool was closed ( seasonally ) . Breakfast included was basically a waste of waking up, staff complaining that they didnt have anything to cook but would be better tomorrow. Which didnt get better. Soggy questionable Eggs that we recooked in our room and some sausge, cherrios with no way extract and milk that had been moved into a pitcher with no date . Coffee machine was water not coffee. Should be listed as a 1 star hotel with no accommodations. If it was just a standalone room would be fine but needed a location that provides what is listed to be included with the stay with at atleast a C grade of delivery.

Melanie at front desk was excellent. Very polite and professional handling multiple guests during middle of severe storm with tornado sirens going off. She was great!
