Convenient Shower needed more attention

We didn’t use amenities or breakfast this time. We’ve stayed here many times when visiting family. This hotel has been consistently clean, the staff attentive, and the facilities maintained.

They were able to get me and my family in a room super late at night after the A/C in the house went out. Other places didnt answer their phones and/or didn’t come to the front desk. We would definitely stay there again.

Location

The proximity to both Marble Falls and Horse Shoe Bay. The pool, complimentary breakfast and easy parking are big pluses. The lack of a restaurant is a bit of a downside and requires easy access to transportation. We have stayed there often to visit friends and family.

I was on a weekend vacation with my Grandson and little Boston Terrier. The room was nice and clean. Pillows were comfortable. We used the TV, microwave and refrigerator. All in good clean working condition. Bathroom was nice. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, too! several different choices. Will stay there again.

It’s a fairly new hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s located by the strip mall and HEB, so it’s very convenient

It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.

Room looked new and had plenty of space with every amenity that we needed. The breakfast bar was spectacular as were the Texas shaped waffles! We will definitely visit again.

There are plenty of places to eat all around this establishment. Like a city within a city. Lots of variety. Property is well maintained and the amenities met expectations. The free breakfast saves you a great deal of money especially if you’re traveling with family. Great overall experience.

Everything was good except that there was no shampoo refilled. I had to use body wash instead. Breakfast lacked variety (no oatmeal or cereals) but the taste was all fine.

The internet was really slow and the hotel was pretty dirty. Both room and common areas.

Room was clean and very comfortable and house keeping was fast when wanting something. Staff was always available. There is literally everything around. I really enjoyed our stay. Oh and breakfast was really good!

The continentsl breakfast was ok and the shower stall was clean but as soon as we opened the door to our room, it smelled of a swimming pool and rusty water. The smell of the shampoo and body wash is what helped with the smell of the room. And also, i dont think it was cleaned thoroughly as i saw crumbled up tissues behind and next to our bathroom trash bin. And lastly, the floors were wood or laminate and they were actually pretty dirty so i had to wipe the floor down with some of our disinfectant wipes. But i really liked their pillows.

Facilities are nice but the room was small. Beds seemed like full size and not queen size. There was not a hair dryer in the room. Had to go ask for one. Air conditioner didn't seem that cold. We had to keep getting up during the night and trying to turn it down.

It was in a perfect location, allowing us to walk to several restaurants, spas, nail and hair salons, shops, and an urgent care center.

There are a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. You don't have to drive around for food. The area is very convenient and I felt safe in the area.

Honestly, it was an extremely nice hotel, especially for the money I paid. The staff was very friendly and understandable and helpful. It was very quiet and the breakfast was decent. Don’t expect anything crazy though when it comes to the food, I thought the rooms were very well maintained and check-in was quick and easy overall my stand in Lakeway, Texas for the first time was great!

Probably the best room we have ever stayed in. Staff were all very courteous and helpful, room was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Plenty of restaurants and a HEB within walking distance which made things super convenient.

Shower was dirty, shower water pressure was terrible plus no soap in the dispenser and couldn't even take a shower. Terrible experience!!

Banging doors woke me 6 times on Friday night and only 4 times on Saturday night.

Convenient to Lake Travis, The Oasis on Lake Travis and the falls west of Austin. Additionally, it was a short drive to some of the natural areas for swimming and Westcave.

Quinta 1943 Medical Lakeway TX Room 306 - bathroom door wouldn't close and it was difficult to get into the room because the entry door was difficult to open. Everything else was perfect.
