Best Western Plus Lake Worth Inn & Suites

I bought the travel insurance because my job moves me around and I had to leave after 1 night and they would not refund me the rest of the week!!!

The room was broken down. Outside the room was awesome. Sink that wouldn’t drain at all. Bathtub that wouldn’t drain fast enough and standing in ankle high dirty water. Shower curtain smelled like mildew. Pull out bed was broken and had to move broken bars to get it to open. Mattress on it was useless…like sleeping on two bars all night. But everything outside the room was awesome.

Need movie channels I hate commercials lol.

Second stay there. I will continue to choose this hotel when I come to Fort Worth.

A solid stay for the price; much cheaper than other options nearby, with an easy in and out. Too hot to use the pool, which is not temp-regulated or shaded at all.

Sorry but we do not reuse towels we get new ones

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was nice. We appreciate the espresso machine. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time staying at this property and both times the property was very clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very well kept, the beds are comfortable. The swimming pool is clean. The breakfast is good. I will definitely be staying here again.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. Our room smelled like cigarettes. I requested a non smoking. We drove from 3 states away and there was no where to park the truck with box trailer attached. We arrived early in the am after driving throughout the night and were very tired. I wasn't even thinking of checkin time so we were charged an extra $50 to checkin early. The room was ready to go so it's not like they had to clean it or anything. One night I ask for linens and was treated like I was a bother and was handed one sheet. Not a good experience at all.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was excellent. The breakfast was hot and fresh. I liked the filtered water station in the lobby. The swimming pool was great. We will be back!

No coffee maker was disappointing along with an iron that didn’t work unless you held it a certain way.

Nothing Old outdated and bed was made but not clean we found hair and dingleberries in the bed.

It was fine there was nothing wrong with the facility.

Good place to stay. The only issue we had was we put do not disturb sign on door but they came in anyway while we were out. That was very wrong and a big thing for us

The hotel staff were the most friendly people. The breakfast was good the area was kept clean there always was a staff member there to help and make sure everything was full. The room was clean the cleaning staff couldn't have been more helpful. We spent 6 days at the hotel it was great. Location for resturants was the best.

Clean room, the gentleman who checked us in was not so friendly. He was on his phone and I had to stand there for 5 minutes while he did whatever he was doing. He made eye contact with me and ignored me. But other than that it was great.

I was a little nervous because of the lower rating, but I have to say this place was cleaner than some Embassy and Marriott’s I’ve stayed in. The room was huge, too. The staff were friendly— they even made sure to ask how our kids did at their competitions (we were there for a state track meet) and cheered them on as we headed out to compete. **10/10—we would stay here again for the next state meet.**

How big the room was. No coffee pot, the elevators were really really slow, the price of the room.

Breakfast was good. The rooms we're clean and spacious and the air conditioner stayed cool all day and night in the texas heat.

Very clean rooms, staff was polite, checkin was quick. The location was a bit off the highway but don't let that stop you from staying there, well worth the extra 2 minutes.

BUT ... the building, and especially our room, had a strong musty, stale odor that made the stay unpleasant — almost like old smoke lingering in the room. For the very high price, the value just was not there. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and location, but the high ratings were misleading.

Good buffet breakfast, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Big supermarket right opposite, No sidewalks or road crossings so a walk was basically traffic dodging!

This hotel has been renovated to a BW+. Well, to begin with the beds are so high, they are hard to get into. If you are less than 6’5, your feet won’t touch the floor. The food was ok but the waffle was awesome! The amenities were acceptable. They gave a very old BW a facelift but the renovations were sloppy. I looked forward to our stay but was very disappointed…

We leave to go fishing by 6 a.m. so breakfast is too late. Toilet had slow flushing problems.

We requested early check-in around 12:00 - 1:00. We never got a response. We called on the way to Ft Worth and told that we would have to pay a $25 early check-in service. We declined. This was poor customer service in my opinion!

Property is decent but a little over priced in my opinion. Rooms have a cleaning product sent which bothered our sinuses a bit, but the room was clean. AC worked great and no other issues for our one night stay when visiting family.

the room had a damp wet smell to it.seem like they either had a leak at some point or got flooded because i was on the bottom floor.if i had been in the room for a long time i would have asked to be moved to another room

The owner takes pride in is property and it shows. Breakfast is excellent too.

My room had been updated in the sense of paint and a newer mattress. It still slightly smelled of cigarettes or something from the years prior. The bed was comfortable for what it was. Bathroom has not been updated. Caulk and grout lines were cracked and dirty. The biggest problem was when I was brushing my teeth getting ready for bed, a cockroach crawled under the bathroom door. So now as I’m going to bed, I have to worry about those in the room now.

Everything was close. Drug store, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores. If you needed something quick within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean. No funky smells. Towels were nice and white no stains! Carpet was stain free. Air filter in air conditioner was clean. Definitely would recommend.

Other than the room feeling humid upon arrival (Texas weather) all was good in our room. We lowered the temp and it did helped! Breakfast was as expected. All tasted fresh but eggs tasted like typically free hotel eggs. Good enough for our quick stay. We did appreciate the 24 hour coffee machine and refillable water station. We would stay here again for sure.
