I will say they had good breakfast though.

The actual shower heads have shutoff valve that is not very visible and never mentioned so if you do not know about it water will not

Overall the hotel was neat and clean. There were a couple of issues that I think they need to change. The first one was when I use the Gioma there was no cups to drink water. There was no towels to wipe yourself off, and there was no cleaning supplies to clean the machines after you use them. The second issue was that the rooms only had a couple of plugs and the lamps didn’t have any USB ports to charge anything by the bed. I had to end up going to Walmart and buying a USB cable and box overall it was good for one night. It would’ve been better if they would’ve had those issues corrected.

I couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful it was.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Although the facilities were clean, they were so run down. They did not look like it. Weeds were growing out of the cement around the pool. Cracks in walls. Worn out, floors. If it was any more run down, it would need to be renamed a motel 6.

The breakfast was good and clean area to eat. The room was decent and clean. The tub in the bathroom when you stepped in had a cracking sound. The towels were dengy looking. I received a prank call at 3am in the morning saying there was a gas leak in the hotel. I called several other rooms to see if they received a call and they said no. I talked to 2 young ladies the next morning as we were going downstairs. They said someone called but they didn't answer the room phone. Christina from the front desk called me to insure that everything was fine at the hotel. I spoke to Mark who checked me in and he said no outside calls came in and Rajesh also said no record of outside calls came into my room. My son was in the room with me and told me to hang up the phone. The person said it was a serious matter and I needed to wet a towel and place it under my room door. He also instructed me to open the room windows. Then he advised me to take the toilet seat off the toilet and bust out the windows. He stated that 2 people had passed out and it was urgent to get the proper air coming in that room. He said the insurance would pay for the windows. I did not hear anyone else busting out their room windows. He said the fire department were on their way. That's when I hung up the phone and called a few other rooms. As a Travel Advisor I will not be recommending the Best Western Plus to future clients.

We loved our stay there. They do need to fix the side door to the motel. It opens without using a card, and I was concerned about safety. Everyhing else was wonderful. I would have given 5 stars of it jad not been for the side door.

I needed a quick place to stay and I booked this hotel the same day I needed to check in. Staff was very nice, hotel was next to stores and the highway. Breakfast was the same every morning which was fine. Since I was alone I appreciated that someone was always at the front desk and it was in a very well lit area. If you are looking for fancy and new this is not the place but it’s decent, clean, and safe.

The espresso/ lattee /coffee machine was the coolest thing I have ever seen at all hotel - even a much more expensive. That alone was worth it.

I will absolutely book here next time I'm in town. All the staff was so friendly and gave excellent customer service. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff member on breakfast duty during our stay was the nicest soul ever. The cleaning staff is on it! It smelled so clean and I had zero dust allergies during my stay. It's a good location with lots of fast food options nearby too.

Nothing. The accommodations had several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The sheets, comforter, and pillows appeared dirty, and the towels were old and dingy. There were also small holes in the back of the shower that raised privacy concerns. The room was extremely hot, which I reported to the front desk. Additionally, the heavy traffic and noise contributed to an overall unpleasant stay.

Front desk staff is very friendly however the lady putting out the food for breakfast was not. I let her know they were out of cups for the waffle batter and she replied with “then what did you use?” I replied “a bowl” then all she said was “oh”. She did refill the cups minutes later but that question and attitude was not necessary.

The smell of the rooms. The stains on the pull out beds, we book two room and listed our children ages. We had one room on the second floor and the other on the third floor anything could had happened.

Elevator wasn’t working, dirty walls and missing tiles on floors, When we arrived to our room there was a big square plastic container under the air conditioner. The whole carpet next to the bed was completely soaked! Did not realize this until my socks got wet. Hugh cockroach in a corner, which I did not see until the morning. Pillow cases are old and dinghy. The pillows themselves were horrible as well. This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in and we would never stay here again! Beware!! Furniture are worn terribly. It was not worth the money we paid. Super noisy outside, due to traffic and thin windows. Shower head hanging from the wall and not much water pressure. Mold and mildew smell and they even had a diffuser to try and mask it!

Nice place overall - but the a/c was terrible in my room. Never cooled down overnight. Further - the drywall at the bathroom ceiling was water stained with visible mold over the tub from the tub at the floor above leaking onto the ceiling.

The hotel is older but decently clean. Could use and update. The pool looked okay the hot tub was a no go. Definitely needs and update. I would probably stay somewhere else especially for the price.

The hotel is not well marked from the road and it is easy to miss the turn. Also, the turn is a little hard to navigate into with the traffic. That is not the hotel's fault though

We just stayed overnight on our road trip to get to the coast. Comfy and clean bed and a quiet hotel!

everything was great. Fire alarm battery was low so there was constant chirping on the last night. staff was great.

Nice and Kind staff

It was exactly what we had hoped for on a quick stop

We stayed at this location last December and liked it enough to book a recent stay there. We were amazed to see how much the overall appearance of the property had depreciated in 5 months. The breakfast selection was so poor we went out to get food. The topper - the 2” roach which was on the wall of our room. We left. I will say that the manager was nice enough to refund our money.

Everything was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that I couldn’t turn the ac down lower. I love sleeping in cold hotel rooms and couldn’t get it as cold as I like. It was cool and comfortable so I’m not complaining.

I was very impressed with the night shift desk clerk. I believe his name was Mark. He was very helpful when I had cell phone issues. Fantastic employee. I will definitely stay again when I return to Dallas.

Pretty clean elevator didn’t work all weekend door kept getting stuck and nobody ever put a sign or anything

The room had a particular old smell. I even decided to check out a day before and went to a different hotel. There were kids running around d on the hallways and knocking on the room doors I expected more from Best Western.

Our 2 night stay was OK. The check in was easy and quick. The linens and towels were dated, clean but winkled and thin. Elevator was off and on. Breakfast selection was decent well maintained.

For $200 one night stay, I would not recommend this outdated place. First breath you take is air freshener to cover up the stink of the worn outdated carpet. Bathroom was unclean. Bed was comfortable enough and nice breakfast selection. Staff was nice.

When we arrived the elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. The bathroom was not clean and when calling down to ask for someone to clean it they didn’t have any cleaning staff available. The front desk clerk came up to clean it but the way she cleaned was not sanitary but in fairness she offered to give us another room before she “cleaned” the toilet seat. Honestly I wasn’t convinced it would be any better. We were only there for one night so decided to just stick it out and leave early. I would not stay there again.

Breakfast was just okay. Room was dated and the bathroom needs a deep clean and update. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The property as a whole could use an update. Staff was very kind and professional.

Beds were comfortable. However the rooms really need to be updated, specifically the carpet and the bathrooms. Lights in bathroom were extremely dim.

The rooms were clean and loved they had outlets available everywhere. It was all I needed a bed, a shower, a toilet, and a tv. The basics were covered but they also had access to a pool, a gym, ice machines, etc. I didn't eat any breakfast but did enjoy the coffee machine daily. It is also a convenient location off the highway and many places to eat or shop nearby.

Had a reservation for 5 days and our stay was wonderful. Only odd thing was there was no screen on the window.

Room was large, nice staff. There was no yogurt for breakfast, they were expecting a delivery (for 3 days). The bread and bagels were not fresh. But the Waffle maker worked, and coffee/cappuccino machine was great.

The shower was impossible with water getting on the floor. I don’t know how often the hotel is fumigated but I always felt like a bug or fly was on me, but not see anything. Possibly bed bugs, but it needs to be checked out.

Room was clean upon arrival and housekeeping did an amazing job touching up after our first night. Overall the room was comfy however the black out curtains were slightly off track letting in more light than preferred during the daytime. Fridge compressor was loud at times and noticed it freezing up as we were cleaning it for check out but overall a decent hotel and good location.

The hotel was really nice, staff was friendly. Only disappointed with the breakfast. The gravy for the biscuits was basically just seasoned water and the waffle mix was out both morning. Other than that the place was awesome.
