It serves the purpose for an inexpensive stay over. Bring your own little air nuetralizing spray for optimum comfort! Very Very nice front desk person!!!

The property was clean, however, it smelled like old soggy linens. The breakfast was nonexistent. The bathroom did not have body wash. There were not enough bath towels.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body gel were empty before and throughout the whole stay, stale cereal in the lobby, no restocking of milk for cereal, toilet was clogged the whole stay from only a couple pieces of toilet paper, TV was not link to Internet the whole stay, and failed to link multiple times, room phone did NOT work, but everything else was perfect, comfortable bed, soft warm covers, microwave, etc. thanks for the stay!

It was very nice and clean, I saw some reviews about bugs but I didn’t see any my entire stay!! My only complaint is the bathtub would creak everytime I moved in it but it was better than I was expecting! Definitely recommend

There was no hair dryer. I found that out at 10pm after i took a shower. Called the front desk i was told they have no hair dryers in the hotel. Also the housekeeper tried busting in the room at 915 am. Checkout is at 11 and i had the do not disturb sign out. When we left the room at 1015 he was standing outside our room leaned against the wall waiting for us to leave. The beds are super hard.

Firstly, the ice machine did not work, and the hallway was uncomfortably hot. When I arrived to my double room, the keycard lock did not work, the AC did not work and it smelled of feces. The manager on duty, Priti, politely moved us to another room with a single king bed. After having been in the room 3 hours, the TV suddenly turned off and would not work anymore. Priti came up and tried to fix it to no avail. She informed us they had no more rooms available and left it at that. We decided to leave and when we asked for a refund, Priti smiled and told us "no" and that was it. No apology, no empathy, no effort to make it right: a flat "no" and a smile. Would not recommend staying here. It was actually rather clean minus the smell of the first room.

Nobody at desk for 20 minutes on check in. Hotel under massive renovation, nothing on web mentioned. Roaches in room. Pillows flat. Towels etc old and ragged. Mismatched soaps and shampoos, looked like left overs. Only stayed one night, yet maid service entered room and woke me at 8, 9, and 10am to clean room. On check out they couldn’t find my reservation.

We booked and paid online through Travelocity. When we arrived the hotel said that the storm had knocked out the internet so any reservations done online were not received. They did not have a room for us. I hope I will be fully refunded.

This is a decent and safe place to stay with an affordable price. However, cleaning details like what I hope was dried ice cream on the bedside table, filthy bathroom light switch wall area and a dirty fridge are overlooked. The staff are kind. The TV would not work even after getting new batteries. The buttons on the TV would not work either. But I got to shower and sleep in a decent and comfortable bed where I felt like my safety was not an issue. It is a solid stay for the price.

Nice hotel, super comfy beds... only compliant was the vending machine was sold out the entire weekend. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. The price was amazing & it was located right in between our destinations... which was great!

I didn't like me & my family being singled out. I'll never go back for that reason alone. One particular employee messed it up for their property. I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Not sure what to say. Poor colors, old furniture. Machine with water didn't work. Door to the next room right in front of the bad. Some smells of old things in the room.

The property was a bit outdated cleanliness wasn’t too bad. Staff answered all questions. Tv wasn’t working in the first but were switched to another room with a working TV. Chair in the room was broken.

It was a decent place for the price. The TV would not work and the receptionist could not fix it it was stuck on an HDMI and the remote had no way to change it back to cable. The bathroom smelled raw sewage but was livable with the fan running constantly. The sheets in the room seem cleaned enough. The staff were very nice
