I was given a terrible room no mattress cover a piece of foam underneath and the bathroom sink stopped up room was very damp

Great property for the money… Don’t know if it was just our room, but it was so humid that the area, our couches and bedding were literally wet. That’s the only thing keeping it 4 stars instead of 5.

Our family stayed here for a few nights without any issues. The area feels a bit secluded, but amenities are still within a short driving distance.

A special thank you to the receptionist who helped us during checkout on Monday morning. She was beyond helpful, attentive, and professional. You could tell she had a lot going on and was practically running everything by herself, yet she still handled everything with such kindness and efficiency. She did an amazing job and truly made a great impression on us. The cleaning staff was also wonderful and did an excellent job during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely stay here anytime we visit the area again. The only small suggestion we would make is to provide conditioner along with the shampoo. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

I loved the fact that the room had two large mirrors, I thought that it was intentionally thoughtful and considerate keeping in mind of the guests that will be staying there. The room was extremely clean, spotless, and it was furnished with a full refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is nothing I disliked about the hotel. Just call an uber 20 minutes before you’re ready to leave it can be a long waiting time.

The check in was phenomenal! The attendant was thoughtful and very helpful. Breakfast attendant was sweet and so helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds were hard and the cribs they advertised were not cribs. They were pack & plays.

The staff are great! Friendly, helpful. They create a welcoming atmosphere.The text contact we received does not reply back though. We got in later in the evening started to set up beds, the pullout was broken replyed back to text from hotel. No response.Bedding, towels, and surfaces clean in room. Beds are clean however very uncomfortable. Its the 1st hotel we have staying in that my husband and i both didnt sleep well and our backs hurt. The bathroom door is a sliding door. When closed the door left a gap open enough to see in and light to shine out. 2nd night bathroom door got stuck and locked me in . It was late, had to have help gettibg out. Next moring shared with front desk staff. They sent a maintenance person to fix right away. Fixed to where we didnt get stuck, thank goodness! Gap when closed exposed more though. In room Amenities supplied are great! We have a family of 6. When book reservations we list 6. This hotel supplied the towels for 6. Other hotels we have stayed supplyed less than 6 and we would have to request more. But not here!

Great staff! Clean and very comfortable beds. This will be our go to place going forward when we visit Galveston. Can’t say enough about the staff…they were wonderful.

Walk in and very clean. The front 2 ladies that checked us in were very friendly. Talked to us like they have known us forever. And even talked to my 8 yr old and made him feel comfortable. And all the staff that we walked by was very friendly and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. The breakfast was amazing. The lady putting the food out was so nice. Very comfortable beds. The room was clean and spacious. Overall great place to stay. Will be returning. The only thing was the shower needed more pressure.

We have stayed here several times now and it is always the most comfortable stay!! The suites are HUGE. It's quiet, beds are comfy, breakfast is great and location is great also.

Room size friendly staff

The breakfast was good and the location was good. We were only 13 minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk. We didn’t like the noise from the construction next door.

My family and I came in for a funeral and we booked 4 rooms, all of them were clean and spacious. All the staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Competent, professional and friendly staff!

The hotel is in a quiet area of La Porte, not too far from Main Street. Many restaurant options in the area. Hotel is clean and well run.

Very clean, staff very friendly, and good free breakfast They need to clean the room without having to be asked.

First day toilet was clogged told the housekeeper she said she would take care of it but when we returned back the toilet still clogged. 3 days and 2 nights no housekeeping. Had to go to desk to ask for clean towels.

The staff is super. Only complaint is there was a very loud family out at the pool very late at night or early in the morning and the night girl knew it and was “ oh did they wake you “ if she knew it she should have handled it prior to guests getting woke up. I totally understand family get togethers but……

Nothing bad to say about this property. Everything I needed was close by. They had a Kroger across the street and convenient food nearby. It was clean and safe and new. Would and will stay there again

Convenient location, nice property.

Considering location bit pricey. Washroom doors issue. On the 3rd floor, the floor was bit sloped and you can hear people running on upper floors. Breakfast was average considering the price. Pool is outdoors and so not much use when its cold. Front staff was good.

There was some construction going on at our hotel and the one next to it so that was a little noisy. Overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean and neat. there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. We had a microwave, a good size refrigerator, coffee maker even a dishwasher!. The room we got had a pullout sofa with a partition, which was nice. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were kind of flat and the bed was a little uncomfortable one once it was time to sleep. But the overall experience was nice. The staff was really friendly. Everything was super clean and fresh smelting. I would definitely do it again. Maybe this time I’ll bring my own pillows!

My room was great! The facilities are better than most, especially for price! The check on and out was great too. My dog was able to stay with us, and they were friendly towards me bringing my dog. I will definitely look at staying here again.

Nice clean rooms! Very comfortable & spacious. Home2 provided more essentials for our family than the more expensive resort we stayed at a night before. It had everything we needed! Breakfast was good, and had many options to choose from.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff was overall not very friendly or helpful with exception of lady doing breakfast on morning of the 9th. Front Desk overall needs an attitude adjustment and learn some customer service skills. Other than that, nice hotel and very clean.

The ac wasn’t working in the hall way and also the elevator was hot! There was only one elevator working!

Hotel y excellent cleanliness is excellent the only thing I didn’t like was the area. We stayed here because we visited kemah but it’s pretty far around 18-20 min but other than that great hotel.

It sucked!!!!!! I am a 6’ man and had to use my cupped hand to rinse off !!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely lovely staff. We come to this area often and this will now be our go to place. Super friendly and helpful. If you intend to cook in the room, ask for the burners up front! :)

The rooms stink. Looks like they spot cleaned a pet urine stain in between the beds. (It was still wet). This hotel needs to be better equipped to handle pet smell and stains.

I was not happy at all with my experience this time. It was not very clean. The bathroom vent was broke and didn't work. I bought food to cook for my wife and had to go request a table top burner not just once but twice cause they were broken, so we never got to cook, so more money spent on food and very tired and frustrated over the whole deal. In one night I spent more money on things that should of been accommedating already to me. I have already told them and nothing was done about it cause the hotel was full and will let management know.

The room felt like home and had excellent air conditioning to combat the Texas heat

I had stayed here in March of 2023 with my best friend on a road trip, then again June 24-28th. Our Missouri Classmate and dear friend's husband and daughter own the Moon nearby, within walking distance (just follow the music and walk through the "worm hole"). Great music btw, great ambiance if anyone wants to grab a beer and listen to music. The Hotel is great...very clean, all amenities that you need, a decent breakfast, a great pool and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The staff needs a raise btw! LOL

We stayed 2 nights, I expected cleaning of the room to be done by the staff after 1st night stay while we went out, informed the same at the front desk before leaving, however it was not done when we returned around 4pm. I again reminded at front desk about room not cleaned yet and requested towels etc., left hotel. But cleaning was not at all when we returned to hotel midnight. So we had to adjust with whatever the conditions room and bathroom was. Otherwise, everything else was good. Feel like more breakfast options to be provided though whatever provided were good.!

An additional waffle maker would help to speed up the line in the morning breakfast line. We had several members from our softball team and everyone wanted waffles.
