This hotel was clean. Location is safe. Parking lot well lit at night. The staff was friendly and attentive. The A/C worked great in our room. I wish the breakfast had a little more to choose from. But over all not bad. I would stay here again.

The walls were very thin. I could hear everything on my hallway. The property itself was just OK.

Have stayed here with my family about 6x times, its always been really good, love the bed, good sleep. Staff are really good. Will still come again.

It was mainly clean! Very spacious. The rooms were modern and the beds comfy! Also, free breakfast is always a win! And the staff were all super nice! Will def be back The showers and wash cloths had hair in them but we had our own sponges so no problem

Everything was very clean: the hotel grounds, the room, the bathroom, down to the bed. The beds were very soft and comfortable, and the size of the rooms quite spacious. The bathroom's vent fan was not working, a minor inconvenience. The breakfast was basic but acceptable. The coffee machine that freshly grinds the coffee was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great cheap place to stay

I did not eat the breakfast. Did not trust for cleanliness The attendant at the desk was unpleasant. His name was Dwight. His pants were beneath his ass. When we got to the room there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower and a used bar of soap. I asked for another new room, but the attendant only offered new towels. He came up and gave us new towels but didn’t clean and disinfectant the room at all.

Staff was professional answered all questions we had. Didn’t not have any issues with my stay. This will be my go too when I plan to be in the area.

A/C made noise so we had to turn fan down, then we got too warm! Front desk clerk didn’t seem to care.

King suite was huge, great for a 5 night stay for work and visiting Austin. Safe neighbor near main highway.

From the moment we arrived, Comfort Inn Kyle exceeded every expectation, thanks to an incredibly warm and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcomed from check-in to departure. Our room was spotlessly clean, amazingly comfortable, and set up with everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay. We especially loved kicking off each morning with their delicious free breakfast spread and winding down by the wonderful pool area, making the entire experience feel effortless, comfortable, and well worth five stars!

I don’t understand how I booked a double bed room on hotels.com app and when I checked in it was a single kingsize room. But luckily the staff was able to get me a double bed room. She was very helpful and understanding. Our room was very clean,smelled clean, beds were comfortable. Parking lot was well lit and safe. I employees arrived around midnight to check in the front desk clerk just kept saying we only had one room, even though we provided her with our confirmation and receipt from Expedia. We ended up having to purchase a third room on site so we paid for three rooms instead of two.

Clean and well-maintained. Friendly, if somewhat harried staff. My only complaint is that this place has some of the worst coffee I've ever had. That said, if you stay somewhere and the coffee stands out, you're doing OK. I'd happily stay here again.

Quiet location sets behind Target store and walking distance to IHOP, Panda and McDonalds. Within blocks from the local HEB store if you need overnight snacks etc. Great place to have in Kyle, Tx, as I won't stay anywhere else when in town. The friendly staff greets you and the friendliest ladies that make your breakfast.

Needs more parking availability.

We had to stay there since surrounding hotels had no occupancy. My sister who needs a walker to walk with needed a bathroom accessible to her handicap needs. She struggled to use the toilet. Very disappointed of this inconvenience. You book a room in advance and you face a problem like this is very disturbing.

Nate was the manager on site. He was so kind and welcoming. The pool was open. There was a gym, but we didn’t use it the lights were off. Room was very clean and ready even for early check in. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cold cereals, make-your-own waffles, yogurts, and orange/apple juice. Overall, great experience considering they were short staffed on 4th of July weekend.

After finally falling asleep abput midnight... at 3:30AM our room walls shook from a HUGE bang outside our room. My husband & I jumped up, I looked out the peep hole but didn't see anything. I called the front desk to inform them. The lady said, "ok, sorry." I looked out our window that faced the front entrance to see 2 teenage boys running from the side entrance of the hotel in front of the entrance across the parking lot. I called back to tell then to call the police & look at the cameras. The lady again said, "ok, sorry." Not much sleep after that, so we got up at 6am to get ready for my nieces college graduation. In the elevator we chatted with other guests about the banging we experienced, they too heard it and we realized the 2 boys had gained access inside & were running the halls banging on the doors of the rooms then ran out. This is a safety concern & should be taken seriously. I don't think we will stay here again when we visit Kyle,Tx.

Best location in Kyle Tx. Easy access everywhere, away from high traffic areas. Most convenient for our purposes.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice enough, and clean. Shower was weird, open without a sliding door. Hair dryer in room got too hot on the handle. Would be nice if hotels, in general, would provide enough lighting in the bathrooms for people over 50 to be able to see to apply makeup, or anything else.

Check in was a little below average and the beds were very uncomfortable maybe slept for 2 hours. We’ve stayed at several Comfort inns and this one had bad beds.

The receptionist was good. The other staff was not very welcoming. They focus on DEI goals, instead of team building. The breakfast was bad, really bad. Very generic cooking below basic quality, presented with ZERO inspiration cheaply. No extras, nothing special. Nothing, absolutely nothing reflecting Texas hospitality.

I was very impressed with the property. It is clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The parking was good. Liked the side door access to the elevator. The bed did have stains and the fitted sheet wouldnt stay on the bed. Other then that the room and bathroom were clean

The place smells nice. I was checked in ny dlivin. He was cordial and nice person. We talked for some time about life, work, family, education, and the trades since his background is in the trade skills. The staff were nice. Therroom was cleaned well and there was no smell
