Worst hotel that I have ever stayed at.

Overall the room appeared clean, but when we walked in there were two large areas that had standing water, almost like the floor had just been mopped before our arrival, but the floor still had dirt so I don’t think it was mop water. I don’t walk around any hotel room without shoes on because of ick factor, so it didn’t change anything for us other than being unsightly. It’s not a very large property and the parking lot is very small. The rooms have mini fridges, but not sure about a microwave, as I didn’t pay attention.

The staff was very warm and helpful. The area was quiet and bed was comfortable. It was a pretty decent choice.

No elevators, Phones dont work, Bed had hairs all over. Drunk people make noises through out the night and fight outside the hotel..Hotel staff doesn't care.

Alright place office lady kinda up tight and irritated it seemed.

Parking was great. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Coffee pot was defective, staff replaced it quickly. Receptionist was less than inviting! Beds are very uncomfortable.

This was a clean hotel room just for a night or two I would stay they don’t clean only change towels unless long stay strong smoke smell but plug-in worked the room bed comfortable ac works but the overall hotel stairs dirty and trash in hall washroom affordable and room was quiet except slamming doors in the morning and close to airport 30 deposit it was a pleasant stay

For being sp close to the 69 it was very quite. Good safe parking.

I will say one thing. Google Maps may show this motel as an 11 minute drive from the airport, but it’s actually an 18 minute drive from the rental car place. So keep that in mind. Oh and one other thing, the room did smell a bit like how smokers smell, but it wasn’t bad at all, and once you crank the A/C the smell goes away. I think you’ll find this place to be very simple and efficient.

The tv didn’t work and the remote was broken. The phone didn’t work. The good reviews for this property are definitely falsified. I checked in, saw the room, and immediately left. Not clean enough and roaches in the corner. I couldn’t even get the property to refund me for either night of the stay even though I didn’t spend more than 5 minutes in the room. Totally unacceptable management and false advertising.

This place was so clean and no noise, no crazy people doing crazy stuff. No smell of marijuana anywhere and they have a weekly rate of $356 approx. It was great for my temporary stay in Houston.

This is an underrated property. The room is clean and bright, the location is remote but otherwise this is a pleasant surprise. If this had offered coffee and snack bars, this would be an ideal place especially for this price point. I'd come back if I had the choice.

Crooks keeping there bookings and availability open only to tell me room unavailable when I arrive 30 minutes after booking. Refund, nope the property will push the responsibility of refund onto Expedia and Expedia will push it onto the property. I'm sure the hotel is clean my review isn't rating poor on safety, Cleanliness or location, it's strictly alerting future guest that if you use third party booking, and you see they have 1 or even 2 rooms left, don't book. Or when you do opt to pay the $5 to protect your stay if that even guarantees a refund.

This is a secret gem in Kingwood. Close to amenities, very clean property and completely renovated. The bed was so comfortable! The price for what is offered is amazing. I would stay again!

They do not allow early check-in, regardless of how many days you book. On top of that, be prepared for a lengthy checkout process before your security deposit is returned. The staff insisted on taking extra time to inspect my room while I was already running late, which made the experience frustrating.

For the price you can’t get a better spot. The place was clean and tidey. The room had high ceilings and was well appointed with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The shower was nice with marble and had nice hot water. Lastly the mattress was very comfy.

The room was very clean and spacious, the exterior is clean and parking is good, I loved how quiet it was. No breakfast at all and no coffee in the lobby there was an in room single cup coffee maker ? only 1 ice machine and its on the 1st floor.

Rooms were dirty and the bed had holes on each side where other ppl slept the shower head sprayed everywhere but where you needed the tv in the room was broken, staff never offered any discount or to move rooms the mattress had stains all over it and dirty towels under mattress, very dirty rooms

I was here early Jan 2026 for the first time. My stay was 5 days. It was a highly clean & well kept experience. The customer service was excellent. The only recommendation I have is to enhance the very limited continental breakfast to include bottled water, tea, fruit & oatmeal packets/toppings. Thanks for the kind hospitality, he even took photos for us.

This isn't the best for shopping or even family get together but it out of the way off 69 and Humble is right up the road so not too far if you have transportation. They do not have good food in themorning its hot milk and runny battered waffle mix it tasted like it was nasty water and no flavor at all . The cereal was stale and I am sure 100 percent it's due to value in the costumers but nasty water should filtered water on coffee and offered some other options if your budget is small remove breakfast period cause it's just gross to water down the mix and offer stale food and sink water coffee come on . Every single soul deserves the right to be treated the same this is just awful to me to know when you go to places that serve this other people that are like Hilton quality that y'all can at least treat the people like Hilton does a so anyway that's what I have to say about it it's not too bad of a place and you know the quality of service wasn't was great and they were sweet they don't communicate much they just kind of let you in or don't they got everything that you need to know on little signs on there you know paraphernalia and no smoking in the rooms and no animals they don't offer no pets there because I don't know why.. honest review.

Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate in that cleanliness is lacking. The couch had a white powder stain on it and towels had dark spots on them. Redeeming qualities are that its location is near the freeway and the mall. It would be decent for a one-night stay and nothing more in my opinion.

It was good until I wanted to extend the stay. They over charged me and I am still waiting for my refund.

Great hotel

Staff was nice. Near shopping and dining.

We ended up spending the night in the hospital but what little time we were there, the bed was comfortable and room was clean.

And when we arrived, there was an ambulance and a fire truck and what appeared to be a person being removed in a body bag. Once my boyfriend got there, he freaked out and we left. We didn’t stay the night.

Staff were incompetent and difficult to understand when talking to them behind glass windows and they didn't understand us.. tried to book taxi they tried but cause they couldn't get hold off someone left it and didn't tell us very annoying..

Comfortable bed

I enjoyed how spacious the rooms were and how well the staff accommodates for requests from guests.

Very clean and well maintained. Quiet area. Although there are not any shopping and dining on this street, you can quickly access these options close by. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was nearby, especially restaurants and the airport.

We were on family vacation and had 5 rooms . The check in was rude and caught watching the camera to come to our rooms to harass us. They had ppl living cooking grilling drug use and they were more worried about in each others room

My overnight stay was comfortable and accommodating for my needs. Friendly front desk check in, made me feel comfortable staying there.

I would not book here again! It was nasty in the room and around the property! People working on cars being loud. People sitting outside their rooms questioning me because I supposed they lived there! I found another hotel to be in that night I arrived. I didn’t stay in that disgusting room.

I got my key went in it had been dirty pee on the seat all over the toilet and black mold it smelled horrible I tried calling the office the phone just rang until I came out and actually went down the lady wasn't in the office had to wait on her told her how it looks and pics I told her I wanted a refund and left to another hotel she said it will show up two days later it was DIRTY I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Spent all night in a non smoking room with the neighbor smoking. Hotel refused to do anything about it. Have been going back and forth with expedia for almost 5 days now trying to get a refund because the manager wont speak with them. Useless
