The only complaint I have is the pool is supposed to be heated and it wasn't heated , it was really cold.

Loved the hotel the room was also nice and spacious

El hotel es bastante limpio, no sabía que la limpieza de la habitación se realizaba cada 3 días, por lo demás todo muy bien, la Manager una persona muy gentil y colaboradora, respecto al desayuno estuvo muy bien en relación al precio del hotel, yo lo recomiendo completamente.

We have always made it a point of staying at La Quinta when we go to Kingwood, Texas. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfasts were awesome and the staff there were very friendly. La Quinta is always are place to stay. Thank you to everyone.

The pool was in repair for half of our stay, one of the main reasons I picked this location.

Location is fine. Bathroom infested with roaches. A/C didn't work good

Neighborhood is full of Homeless and does not feel very safe. Magnetic Cards for the room gets disconfigurated if they are close to your Cell phone. Needed to change cards twice. Breakfast need more fruit. Only Apples.

Someone stole a small TV off our truck rights after going in to check in, which was highly devastating. This was reported to the office. Outside of this, they stay was decent.

Super small even I got the suite, just i bathroom with 1 toilet. And worse the toilet is inside in 1 of the bedrooms. So no privacy. The only thing was good was the bed.

The room was very nice & comfortable. The breakfast selection was great. Mini fridge in or room not working correctly. Everything froze & one of our sodas exploded. Definitely not a deal breaker. We let the front desk know when we checked out.

This was a great stay. We had a long layover and this place was perfect. Close enough to the airport to be convenient, but not too close that it was too loud. The breakfast was sufficient and it had a decent variety. The pool was a little merky, but the hot tub was better. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. All and all this space worked perfectly for what me needed it for.

We were in room 209. The noise from the Freeway was somewhat bothersome. Everything else was good.

This was a nice place to stay for a few nights. We didn't stay in the room much at all, we were always off with family for the 4th of July weekend. We basically just used this hotel as a place to sleep. Upon first walking into the room there was a bit of a musty smell but once we turned the A/C down and got it colder in the room the smell went away. There was a decal on our bathroom mirror that said we would receive housecleaning services every day unless we left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Despite not leaving the sign on our door, we NEVER received any housecleaning services (beds were never made, towels never replenished, trash never taken out) - but we were hardly ever in the room, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, the continental breakfast was always cleaned up and completely done by the time we got down to the lobby at 10 am (we are late risers, so we expected this). Despite these little inconveniences this was an overall nice place to stay. It was clean and usually that's all I care about in a hotel, lol!

We had to stay day to day while our daughter was in ICU across the road. The manager Jennifer was so helpful and we never had to pack up and change rooms. Eight days of living day to day, but we had a happy outcome and took our daughter home. Wonderful staff

Spacious room convenient to where we were planning to go

Met by extremely friendly staff who went out of her way to get us a room on the ground floor. Room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Room was a great price we will be staying again.

The location was great it was close to shopping and restaurants. I was very disappointed that since I booked through Expedia I wasn’t reimbursed for leaving early they charged me for the whole trip. It was unfortunate because when I have family come to town it would be convenient to stay there. Also they only clean every third day so our room would only be cleaned one night during four nights stay.

My rest room smelled like poop and it didn't go away. The lights went out the last day or morning when I was there. I was a sleep when the lights went out. The TV and lights were on in my room. The hall wall was very dark the emergency hall lights came on every few minutes. Other than that it was great!

Power went out and so did the hot water. There were no emergency lights so pitch black on our floor. No apologies or rewards offered for the inconvenience . Pool and hot tub were closed. The whole place smelled. Then they ripped the whole carpet out on our floor during our stay and left it exposed. Straight up dangerous. On our exit we saw a cockroach. Don’t stay here for real.

Great stay with a very clean room.

The room had a funky smell, like moldy stank carpet. The AC was louder then vehicles at F1; but the cherry on top was only having a sheet and a textured sheet on the bed. No comforters, no comfort, just a cheap springy bed with sheets. It’s weird because the hotel is $30 less than the courtyard. I will never make this mistake again. Save yourself, book elsewhere. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. Also, our power went out after the storm so, the stank in the room got louder.

Everything was great except a heavy musty smell in the two rooms that we booked. Pet friendly, which is great, but the smell was strong enough to make us go and buy some air fresheners for the rooms. The whole family enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi since it was raining!

Took my kids for the pool and it was an amazing experience! Only complaint was the ladder in the pool was wiggling and unsafe!

Just didn’t get to enjoy the bar because staff said they weren’t staffed for it so it was closed…

I don’t remember the guy name that was working when I checked in but I will say he showed great hospitality !! He was absolutely AMAZING !! He constantly checked on us throughout his shift !!

Overall great experience. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had family above us and heard stomping all throughout the night. Rooms also get very cold & the blankets on the beds are think and sheet-like.

We stayed for 2 nights. It was good. Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The bathroom could be more cleaner. I noticed the shower head needs an upgrade. It was crusted with white sediments not sure if they are molds. I hope they do about it. Thank you.

The staff was nice when we checked in. Only stayed 1 night. Was checking the hotel out to determine if we were going to stay there in June. I could not get over hearing the traffic. That’s a deal breaker.

My flight got delayed and had to stay in Houston for two nights. The room was spotless and warm, the light was soothing to my eyes. Staffs were super friendly and courteous, breakfast area was clean and comfy. I’m a very sensitive and picky person especially to hotel air quality, I have to say the lobby, hallway, and room all smell very fresh which means they keep this place clean!!

The room, pool, and breakfast room were clean and the staff was hard-working and pleasant. Gail at reception was so kind and friendly, making us feel welcome, seen, and appreciated. There were a couple of maintenance issues - not directly affecting our stay- that prevent me from leaving a 5-Star review for the property, but the experience was better than expected.

Check in was mishandled. We had two parties with same last name which arrived at different times. My room was given to my son. They said they couldn't fix it. Then out room room was not serviced. No coffee service on 2nd day due to no service. Keys didn't work second night. When problems voiced they just made excuses.

We were given a room next to a person who had multiple dogs “barking loudly” as we were approaching our door. We requested another room far from this terrible disturbance. Then, our new room was spacious & clean, but our tv did not activate because of no internet connection. We were not happy about theses situations. Clifford Strickland

My room I had to kill a couple roaches along with over grown kids playing knock knock on my room door at 4/5 in the morning the attendant at the front desk offered a snack out the snack room no accommodations no nothing not to include I had a 7 hour drive to take before check out NEVER AGAIN!

Gets the job done. Bathroom was remodeled and looks nice but the room is average, did see a small cockroach in the bathroom.

Breakfast was the standard free breakfast. Eggs were very watery.

Staff was friendly and professional. Anything I needed they did their best to accommodate. The indoor pool was definitely a PLUS with the grandkids. This may be our new Christmas tradition when visiting family in Texas.

I stayed at this hotel recently and at first glance the hotel and room looked fine but then I discovered roaches. This made it super uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the pest control problems so future guests can have a better experience.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Pool heater wasn’t working while we were there. We only had housekeeping two times and they were not very thorough. Floors were not cleaned supplies not refilled.
