Nothing this was the worst stay ever This was a mess i will never in my life stay at this hotel ever again. These people had dogs. People were outside in lawn chairs. The staff were all unprofessional from 1st shift to 2nd shift. I walked downstairs past the lobby and the front desk representative had a new born baby in her hand. I’m still trying to process this mess. My toilet would not flush beds was funky. The beds felt like a jail cell mat. IT SMELL HORRIBLE. They moved me from one room to another mess. It was like a block party music loud in the next room. If you thinking about booking this room DONTTTTTTTT keep scrolling

No hot water. Roaches. Dank humid rooms with mysterious brown sticky floors. No cleaning staff. Jobless men vaping outside at all hours of the night and day. Lobby reeking of perfume to cover smells you discover within the rooms. No front desk staff - just barred windows all night and much of the day. This is a trashy apartment complex masquerading as a hotel. Never stay here.

The place sucked. The staff sucked the booking reservation sucked, and I don’t think it’s in a very good location because when I pulled in, I was met with cops driving around the property and in order to go into the office the main entrance there’s two sets of doors and they were both locked and they had to unlock them to let me through the first one and then unlock them to let me through the second one and this was at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Needless to say I didn’t stay there. I wouldn’t stay there. It’s an extended stay hotel, and from the moment I walked in I smelt smoke or maybe it was pot I don’t know. What I didn’t like is listed above and what I did like is my chance to vent at this place is not worth staying at. I would suggest if you’re a single white lady that you may want to stay in like Las Colinas area or something maybe even go to Grapevine or Colleyville or something else in my opinion and we all have one a little bit of a lot scary and the lady that was working there it was rude

Solid location nothing spectacular but nothing bad. Good central location. Was annoyed though that I was in the forth floor and that elevator never got fixed during my 8 day stay

Dirty hotel with roaches

While the system says it is good for solo travelers, it is not good for solo female travelers. The staff and residents are nice, yet this is more of an extended stay hotel than a regular business hotel. Full kitchen is available yet a nightly cost for pots, pans, plates and silverware. It’s ok and safe if you know what you’re getting and for the price they charge, yet not what I expected or was suggested by the reviews.

My room was nasty the bathroom was nasty and had dead bugs in it,and there was no cream or sugar for my coffee, Saturday night there was no one at the desk it was closed. I would have liked a new room but there was none and the elevator didn't work half of the time we had to use the stairs and I'm disabled. I come from Arkansas and was not happy at all.

Rooms are clean and not bad for an extended stay. I was impressed with how clean it was. At first time I entered I was worried. Once got to my room, I was super impressed. Don't be fooled by the Lobby, it's safe and secure for sure.

I would NOT recommend booking this place - the rooms were not cleaned at all and it was not a good experience. My friend and I immediately found another place to stay after checking in.

Hair dryer was not working and they didn’t replace. They have two stove tops but pots, pans were not available. Fridge, internet are good. No mirror in the room. But for the price it’s not bad

It wasn't a bad stay. The A/C unit was very loud and the remote only turned the channel of the television. It was a non-smoking room which had been smoked in by the previous renter and the was damage to the bathroom door. I could stay again if in the area.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and I even found dead roaches, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were rude and did not handle the situation professionally. Cleanliness and customer service should be basic standards, and unfortunately this hotel failed in both. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

No Continental breakfast ONLY coffee. No housekeeping ONLY once every 14 days. Kitchenette only comes with sink stopper NO dishes, pots, pans or silverware. No extra towels for cleaning dishes YOU bring. VERY BASIC , bed, fridge, and 2burner cooktop

2. TV On - The TV was on! 3. Staff was no Help - I got the lady at reception to come and look and she just said they have a new maid that is learning. I told her the TV was on when I walked in and she said they leave them on sometimes. She left, no help. 4. I tried to change the channel on the TV, the remote did not work. I took it to the lady at reception. We verified the batteried were good and the light on the remote were working. She said she would come up in a few minutes an look at the TV. I went back to the Room. 5. No Soap - I waited 15 minutes and decided to wash my hands after playing with the TV remote again and again in an effort to get the TV to Work. There was no soap. 6. Toilet Dirty - Since ther was no soap I started looking around the bathroom and noticed the toilet had not been cleaned. Yes, I have pitures!

No, the front desk lady was rude. Would not accept that I prepaid for the room at all. Then told me that they didn’t have the room I had originally booked and charged me for an upgraded room. So I paid double and MORE because of an upgrade. Very disappointed!

Worst hotel . Hair all over the room n bathroom n even on the towels.. Disgusted. left over stuff from who ever was staying before..so definitely rooms were not cleaned.. greezy stuff all over the floor..

Staff was okay , place was horrible , smelled like weed ,people sleeping in cars in vans in the parking lot ,a lots of traffic in and out , noisy , dirty room and bathroom . Booked me into a room where someone was already in , left with trash , urine smell and spots , poop stains mattresses was pictures was taken for proof. Had to rebook another hotel after 15 minutes of checking in. The room was humid , sticky and nasty . Much more but try it out

The lazy black guy /light skinned guy who is supposed to be the groundskeeper is rude, tacky,and uncouth. Work on the customer service. Trash in the stairwells all the time. Double locked doors like it’s a prison. Save your money go elsewhere .

The only thing was the floor was sticky and I didn’t see anyone there when I was staying .. missing tv remote .. other than that it was quiet and comfortable

Absolutely awful experience. The room had bed bugs and they had no other rooms to move us to. The only thing they told us was that they sprayed often. We requested a refund and they would not honor it. I never got my money back from the visit and Expedia was no help either. Do not recommend.

My stay was okay. The rates were low, so I got what I paid for. Checking in went great, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room overall was okay, the floors were very clean and the shower/tub was very clean. Some of the cons, the couch and curtains were dirty. There was some confusion later on in the day because they assigned a woman to my room. I came back from getting food and her stuff was at my door. They kind of sent her on a wild goose chase. She said that was the second room they assigned her that already had someone in it.

Needed to check out two days before my original check out day because I didn't have classes for those two days... I had just only found out, and they weren't helpful at all. I was refunded one cent. Not consumer friendly at all.

This place is never consistent. I stay here once a week while traveling for business. On July 5 I rent my usual and was told that no rooms were available I was also told that I should never use hotels.com because they never get things right. The clerk was so rude and dismissive. Last week I stayed in a room that had water damage and mold.

Horrible setup. Had to wait like 30 mins to check in, as no one was answering the phone number. Having to wait for someone to open the front desk window just to simply check in, and the rep not finding my Hotel.com reservation and telling me she can’t do anything about it and for me to call Hotels.com directly, to her randomly finding my reservation already printed and ready for me, was an incredibly slow and painful overall stay. 5 outta 10. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was friendly. But it seemed a bit outdated. The kitchenette area was missing a drawer. The tub has cracks on the side. I will say it was clean so that was a plus. So maybe if your looking for something on the cheaper side this would be it.

Reception area is either closed or No one at the reception. When it was open, I kept ringing the bell, no one came up. Property is pretty dirty. Room was just okay. Deadlock on the door didn't work, refrigerator was corroded etc. Will never stay at this place again for sure.

Two cop cars there at 7pm check in Manager asked if I could come back in 30 min because of a “situation” went to get a cold drink from the drink machine and they said it wasn’t working. When we got to the room, the TV didn’t work wasn’t even hooked up. Floor was sticky. But, the hot water in the shower was really hot which was a good thing!

The actual condition does not look like the picture on the website. There is an odor (like smoke) everywhere in the hotel. Only one person works there, and he is too busy and incompetent to address anything since this is his fifth day working there. The location does not look safe. Some people look strange getting in and out, which raises my concern.

The property is not kept up, the rooms were adequate and not very clean.

Ay least The receptionist was nice and very attentive. The hotel was noisy and smelly, with a constant stream of loud guests and a lingering odor of mildew.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. Not to mention, I rented a two bed room and they didn’t have that available. I had to share a tiny bed with two other people. This place is terrible. We stayed 1 of our 3 nights.

No frills I have stayed here many times recently more and more dogs. The elevator smells, if you have allergies don’t stay here. Also bring febreeze as the rooms smell the same they linens smell unwashed 1stay the tv didn’t v work. INFESTED WITH ROACHES ! WE CHECKED IN AND IMMEDIATELY CHECKED OUT. they were crawling through the walls and cracks! The bedding and towels were dirty. I was scared to sit anywhere in that room. The tub was disgusting. Omg. The outside of the property did not reflect the inside. This why you cannot judge a book by its cover! Hotel staff were nice tho.

The reservation the month later - not so much

On the positive side, everything seemed to work. TV, fridge, shower, etc. Didn't see any bugs. I needed a cheap hotel on short notice, and this filled my need, but I wouldn't go back.

They booked the rooms and my guys that work for me get there and they give them a room with one queen bed in one room and 2 queen beds in the other room. I had four guys that needed a bed and we only had 3 beds. I had to rent another hotel to be able to get two rooms with 4 beds total.

Showed up and they didn’t have

Room was clearly not clean when we checked in at 9pm. The hallways and elevator smelled like weed. Bed was unmade and there was trash and used towels from the person who occupied the room before. There was a note posted on a door down the hall alerting that occupant about pest control coming to spray their room. We did not stay the night and went to find another accommodation.

Last time I was here it was nice and smelled good. This time, it seems like management change... smell of weed in elevator and hall all 3 nights. Which made me feel uneasy will have to find another go to spot when I just need some space.

It was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay. I will continue to stay at this property for my vacations and business trips. Their security is excellent.

Perfectly adequate for our needs, especially for the price. I especially appreciated the kitchen, though other travelers should be aware that the kitchen isn't stocked with anything (no dishes, pots, utensils, etc.) which is in contrast to other similar places we've stayed.

The heater did not work in my room

The employees were professional, polite and nice. The smell of the hotel was nice. My only issue was the bed was too soft needed a like more firmness to prevent backache. But would go back again.

Secure, friendly, inexpensive. Rooms are big but sorta empty, designed for long term stays. Kitchenettes in the rooms mean the hallways smell like food. Bed was serviceable. This place gets the job done, for cheap.

My stay here was ok. I did have to complain several times about the person above me walking hard all times of night and letting their dog bark off and on from midnight til 5 am. I had a few restless days because all you heard was a dog bark. They did offer to move me rooms but I only had a few days left in my stay. I just don’t like the face that the front desk “closes” at 10pm and opens at 9am, the room gets cleaned once every other week (I had to remind them to come clean the room because I was renewing my reservations through hotels.com), and you have to pay for clean towels if it isn’t your “clean day or week”.

I stayed here for 7 days in November 2024. There is a registered sex offender that resides here. I got the alert that there was one with the same address as this hotel. In addition, These were my issues: 1. Broken blow dryer, when asked if it could be fixed or replaced they stated “there is nothing we can do about it. 2.They annoyingly woke me up on the first morning of my stay to spray for bugs. Despite this, there was still a huge cockroach and a spider in the room several days later. 3. They DO NOT clean the rooms. 4. They gave me only 2 towels for a 7 day stay. When I asked for new towels on day 5, they stated that they charge $3.25 per day for towel exchange, and even though I didn’t ask until day 5 for a towel exchange, in order to get clean towels, I was going to have to pay the daily fee for every day of my reservation even though I would only be getting fresh towels for 2 out of the 7 days. They refused to charge me only for the 2 days I would actually use this service. 5. The room was not cleaned well. 6. Although there is a kitchen, there are NO PLATES, SPOONS, BOWLS, CUPS, etc. you are required to supply these yourself. 7. Their toilet kept clogging up. When I asked for a plunger; they expected me to come down to the front desk to get the plunger, and then carry it through the hotel and back to the room. 8. The WiFi is very slow. This place is really gross. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY

They charge to have the sheets and towels cleaned I had to take my own trash out to a dumpster. I stayed 8 days no one came to clean after I asked the front desk twice. I was told that I have to speak with management about it. The entire experience was horrible. It looks clean on the surface but its extremely nasty
